07/08/2026: A truly wonderful experience at Prairial. The dishes were all excellent, creative, and perfectly executed, with warm and attentive service. We might have appreciated an additional meat dish on the menu, but that's a minor point. On the other hand, the wine pairings didn't quite live up to our expectations and didn't provide the expected added value. Despite this, the experience remains of high quality and well worth discovering.

13/09/2026: I just celebrated my daughter's 20th birthday. We had a fantastic evening! The manager was incredibly attentive! The team was amazing! The DJ was fantastic! The food was delicious! And the venue was simply magnificent! I recommend it 1000%! Thank you again for this wonderful evening.

12/06/2026: It's always a pleasure to arrive at this hotel, which exceeds Novotel standards. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Well located for my needs (close to the A7/M7 motorway). But the main draw is its staff, who are always available, professional, and friendly. This week, a special mention goes to Quila and Vaïté, but the entire team (both Reception and Restaurant) deserves praise. I highly recommend this establishment.

04/09/2026: Fantastic from the moment I entered the establishment, with a warm welcome from the owner and his team. I'd been wanting to come for a long time and try the "oreiller de la meunière" (a type of millet porridge) – a real treat! It's definitely a starter to share, as ordering a main course afterward isn't possible. I knew this restaurant from the previous owner, but it's a continuation of the same style, with the new owner's touch. Thank you again, and thank you for being there.

It was her first fine dining experience, and she was thrilled. 😇🍽️ She even bragged about it to her friends afterward, so if I say she enjoyed the experience, I think I'm being fairly objective. 🤥😂 The food was delicious, and we had a fantastic evening. The only slight drawback was the service: I got the impression that several members of the team were still quite new or learning the ropes, a bit like what I felt at the Melhor cocktail bar next door. Nothing too problematic, though, as their kindness and willingness more than made up for it. 😊🙏🏻 It's mainly a general impression: perhaps having more experienced staff on hand would help guide the newcomers and make the service even smoother during busy periods. Special mention also goes to the person who advised us on the wine. 🍷👌🏻 She understood perfectly what we were looking for and guided us off the beaten path rather than automatically suggesting a Chardonnay. That's exactly the kind of advice I appreciate. Thank you to the whole team for this evening and especially for introducing my mother to her first fine dining experience in such wonderful circumstances. 😊✨

We were served by Oscar, and I must especially mention him: I have rarely encountered such a professional, attentive, and pleasant server. Truly impeccable service that makes all the difference. I highly recommend it!

22/07/2026: After nine years, I returned to this institution… The chef has changed, but the owner, Giles, remains at his post. What can I say except that I thoroughly enjoyed the €25 frog leg menu: starter, frog legs with fries, a quarter-liter of wine, and a coffee. One wishes there were many more establishments of this caliber.

He offered us lots of options and ideas, and adapted to all our requests (vegetarian, halal, etc.). He was very dedicated and gave us great advice. His team is fantastic, incredibly kind. I've never seen such dedicated and amazing staff. Thank you so much! 🥰 Wedding for 120 people

11/04/2026: Excellent restaurant and caterer for your events. Rudy and his team prepared the buffet and cooking show for our wedding, and it was excellent. A diverse, generous, and delicious menu with a very pleasant team. I highly recommend them!
