Expensive for... meh...: At the same price you can find better, more typical, something to enjoy more, in Lyon; for the same thing on the plate, we expect to pay less. It's better to try something else, all that's left is the memory that it wasn't worth it.

22/09/2024: Restaurant to avoid! Number of places totally disproportionate to the capacities of the kitchen. Servers overwhelmed and on top of each other. A lot of waiting and the 2 starters arrived at the same time as the dishes. Then, a wait of more than 30 minutes before the last 2 dishes arrived... the others had finished eating. We ended up paying without eating the dish. Finally, a bottle of wine for 7 euros sold for 48 euros.

14/08/2024: Terrible hotel. Staff were rude and argumentative. When you go to your rooms you have to climb stairs with your luggage with no assistance. They ran out of breakfast and took their time replenishing the food. Only ham for meat, no beacon. Why?? The orange juice tasted off and the coffee wasn't great 😕

25/08/2024: Small, friendly brasserie a few steps from Part-Dieu, where I stopped several times for a drink away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping center. The prices are correct.

25/05/2024: Deplorable welcome!!! A woman doesn't even take the time to give us the timetable even though we tell her that we don't know the ice rink and that we have driven 2 hours with 3 children. We take the ticket at 11:21 a.m. and the ice rink closes at 12 p.m. and she doesn't tell us!!!! What use is she in a RECEPTION if she can't even give reception information!!! And what's more, I ask her for skates, she tells me that they don't exist and at the skates the ladies tell me that of course they do exist! Incompetent, mean, unwelcoming, unpleasant and so on. Has nothing to do in a public reception where people come to have fun! Fortunately we found a very understandable employee who listened to us. (Hence the 2 stars otherwise 0) In short, pay attention to the reception, ask for all the information because apart from "collecting" it is useless (that's what she told me when I went to ask her for accounts)

30/04/2024: Very nice to spend time with family. I recommend the ice hockey matches. Small downside for the speakers (too bad for the atmosphere during matches)

12/11/2024: Magnificent golf course superbly maintained in a somewhat special setting. In fact, the building which serves as a club house is not finished because it is a business that has collapsed. So it leaves a strange impression. The 9-hole course is friendly and technical and the 18-hole course seems impeccable. Not having had time I will come back and see it up close.

12/08/2024: De retour de vacances et j'étais de passage aux alentours de la tour de SALVAGNY, je voulais tester la formule déjeuner -piscine, qui me paraissait parfait pour finir les derniers jours de chaleur dans un cadre rafraîchissant.. Je me suis donc dirigée vers cet établissement. Dès la première minute, accueil parfait digne des établissements de luxe à l'étranger, rapidité concernant les renseignements et l'installation.. Tout était limpide, j'avais donc opté pour une formule déjeuner- piscine.. Tout était parfait jusqu'au moment de l'attente entre l'entrée et plat principal. Plus une demi heure alors que j'étais arrivée avant les deux tables derrière et les gens étaient servis avant moi.. Je me suis décidée enfin de demander si on ne m'avait pas oubliée..(.. il était 13H15 et j'étais à table vers 12H20. Les serveurs très polis me répondaient alors comme il y avait des gens qui préféraient être servis tard, et donc le chef a pris tout le temps.. J'acquiescais cette réponse en souriant intérieurement, en regardant les gens derrière moi.; :) Ils étaient servis depuis au moins 20mn et sont arrivés après moi.. Les clients de l'hôtel sans doute.? Ma réflexion présentait comme telle: L'établisssement ne privilligaient pas plutôt les clients de l'hôtel plutôt que les clients de passage et qui sont amenés à revenir?;) A part ce détail qui a de l'importance, ( j'avais hâte d'aller à la piscine) tellement il faisait chaud.. Tout était presque parfait.. Surtout le service.. Je vais donc revenir ou nous allons revenir si nous sommes dans le coin.. Le déjeuner et la qualité étaient excellents, il serait dommage de passer à côté de ce café restaurant qui dipose des atouts non négligeables. Juste ne pas faire le distingo entre les clients de passage et ceux de l'hôtel,... Une deuxième visite s'imposera, histoire de voir s'il y a toujours un temps d'attente de plus de 30mn entre l'entrée et le plat principal, surtout il y avait peu de convives.

08/12/2024: Lol For a balanced diet, avoid Flunch Buffet without vegetables, only starchy foods. The welcome is to cry. We speak to you as in the city. You should relax because originally, we came to have a good time. In short, run away. And go to McDonald's. It's the same but better.

15/09/2024: Miso soup cut with water and tasteless, zero value for money. The rice portions are ridiculous. The restaurant replaces items in the order without even warning, and doesn't care when we call them.

22/09/2024: I’ve been living in Lyon for almost 8 years, I’m fluent in French and met one of the rudest waiters in town… Food was ok, nothing out of this world. The service, that’s another story. From the get go the waiter was not very nice. I’m not pretending the waiter to be super happy but at least a little bit of courtesy. After he brought the bread I gently asked for butter and he rudely said NO. He ended up bringing a big slice of it charging 50 cents. Fine. Then he sat down and had a meal break. A few minutes later a couple entered the restaurant and he told them no service until 19h. It was 18:30h… the couple sat there waiting. We had to ask him to pickup our plates while he was eating… After reading other reviews I guess we weren’t the only ones with a not so pleasant experience.
