13/04/2026: Always excellent. A real pleasure every time. The profiteroles with pistachio ice cream are to die for. The Lyonnaise platter is also very good as a starter. The daily special is simple but delicious tripe. Whenever I can, I eat at this restaurant and I'm never disappointed. What's really great is that everyone mingles in this magical place, from bankers to house painters, dentists to electricians. It's definitely worth a visit. Reservations are recommended.

30/05/2026: A recommended address for a first visit: very good service, a very attentive, smiling, and welcoming owner. As for the food, I was left wanting more in terms of quality; it was quite average. I was a little disappointed with how my fish and chips was cooked. Overall, a good place.

Beyond the impeccable quality of the ingredients, the service was simply exemplary: professional, attentive, and incredibly generous. A huge thank you to Kaïs, the chef. His cuisine is authentic, focused on the purity of the ingredients he is so passionate about. But more than his culinary talent, it was his personal touch that truly resonated with us: he makes a point of leaving his kitchen whenever possible to spend time with his guests. In just a few exchanges, you no longer feel like a mere customer, but truly a guest in a special encounter. My daughter and I will be back as soon as we can. 17/05/2026: This crêperie is located in the heart of the Saint-Jean district, a stone's throw from the cathedral, on a street frequented by tourists. The atmosphere is warm and the concept simple: homemade crêpes and galettes. The vaulted cellar dining room adds a charming and authentic touch. We tried two dishes. The Italian platter features a well-made crêpe, accompanied by a ball of mozzarella with pesto, a few sun-dried tomatoes, and a little dried meat. However, the overall presentation lacked generosity: the pesto was sparse, the olive oil subtle, and the absence of balsamic vinegar was noticeable. I added pepper and salt twice, which I never usually do. Buffalo mozzarella would have been more appropriate in terms of creaminess and how well it complemented the other ingredients. The result is decent but lacks depth of flavor, a bit bland. The ham, cheese, and egg crepe is more convincing: the combination is well-balanced, and the egg on top adds a delightful twist to the flavors with every bite. One notable drawback: a wait of over thirty minutes before being served, due to a large group occupying the establishment. The situation is understandable, but a small gesture from the staff would have been appreciated, even if symbolic. Update - new visit and rating adjustment: The Aixoise (goat cheese, tomato, Emmental, mozzarella, honey) offers a fresh and well-balanced flavor, with a pleasantly measured touch of sweetness from the honey. The option to add an egg is a good idea; the combination works well. The Normande (chicken, creamed mushrooms, Emmental, mozzarella) stands out for its good ratio of ingredients, with no single element overpowering the others. This time, the service was very fast, we were the first customers at lunchtime, and like the first time, friendly and welcoming.

22/05/2026: Excellent. Very good service, warm welcome. The complete meal with a buffet of starters, main course (andouillette sausage with fries), cheese platter, dessert, a quarter-liter of wine, and coffee for 18 euros. Unbeatable value for money in this area.

10/05/2026: Excellent value for money (set menu from €20, main courses from €13.90), the food is delicious in a very friendly, traditional Lyonnais setting. The Lyonnaise salad, in particular, is among the best I've ever had.

09/05/2026: I'm very disappointed, to say the least. It's not a real bouchon for me, in the sense that there's no atmosphere and all the dishes are typical. In fact, the whole street is the same, with almost identical menus and prices.
