03/09/2026: The place is really nice for finding some respite from the summer heat, as it's open to the breezes on the terrace. The platters are generous and the wine is good! The steak tartare is also very good 😎

11/08/2026: It is always a real pleasure to enjoy a good coffee and chat with a wonderful and pleasant duo of saleswomen.

02/08/2026: The blonde waitress on August 1st was very annoyed. She was asked, "I'd like some coffee." She replied irritably and with a delay. And when she was asked to grind it again because she'd forgotten, she rolled her eyes. Advice to this young woman: "Customers come to you; it's an easy job. Find a job where you're the one seeking out customers, and you'll see the difference. I promise you'll change your behavior."

16/07/2026: I came here for lunch with my partner. The service was very welcoming (a young man and a young woman), both very friendly. The food was good and they gave helpful advice on what to order. I recommend it.

06/07/2026: Very warm welcome and good food. The waiter was quite romantic but not very professional... :)

22/07/2026: The daily special was perfect, excellent value for money. Warm welcome, very friendly staff. I had a great time.

02/07/2026: Watched England vs Congo here with a few locals and the bar man. Pints were reasonably priced and ice cold. Bar was welcoming and warmly. Cheers lads!

26/06/2026: The welcome was disastrous: the waiter took your order and told you he'd already sold half the menu. As a result, only one salad and two main dishes were left. The food was good, but the welcome and service were appalling.

26/03/2026: Standard food, neither good nor bad, it does the job for lunch (if you're not in a hurry...). However, the service and atmosphere of the restaurant were deplorable! The men there were all unfriendly. We won't be back!

03/09/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! They lack respect for their customers and make inappropriate remarks, both the waiter and the owner. I was having lunch with my grandmother before her train from Perrache station. Unfortunately, it was canceled at the last minute, forcing me to be on my phone at the table trying to find her a new one. The waiter, passing by, commented, "Oh dear, phones at the table are unacceptable... we're in a restaurant, after all!" That was the first instance of disrespect. Then, when my grandmother went to the owner to pay for lunch, he responded with a very disrespectful tone, as if she were completely out of it: "Madam, I've already served you, haven't I?" She replied, "No, no, I just want to pay," to which he retorted, in a condescending tone, "Well then, what's the problem?" Naturally, I intervened to tell him to speak respectfully to his customers and apologize to her. It's poorly explained, but honestly, avoid it at all costs; the service is awful, they're completely out of control.

02/09/2026: The welcome did not meet our expectations. The meal was disappointing, with only three pieces of stale bread and burnt fries. The service was very mediocre. And to top it all off, a gut-wrenching after-dinner drink.

08/08/2026: The menu looked good on the card. The service was practically nonexistent and not at all pleasant. It was as if we were intruding. The dishes were too salty. The children's menu was just processed food. Frankly, for the price, I expected authentic food, especially in this setting. Very disappointed.

03/08/2026: The heat was the only problem, even though the terrace was shaded. The dishes were perfectly cooked, and the service was friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed it, and I'm from Andalusia, I should mention.

27/05/2026: We were looking forward to enjoying breakfast at your establishment, but as the terrace was in full sun, we asked for the parasol on your lovely terrace to be opened a little. The waitress, who wasn't very friendly, categorically refused. We had come on Monday at the same time and had been very well received by the waiter on duty that day. What a shame!

04/09/2026: Breakfast this morning was very simple. I was greeted by a smiling, professional, and very polite gentleman. The food was also good. Thank you for your service, see you soon!

03/09/2026: I used to really like this tea room, having visited once or twice, but my third visit was very disappointing. I didn't remember the portion being so small for €7, and on top of that, it was probably from the day before or even two days before: doughy/dry and practically just biscuit. For a cheesecake, that's a shame. Unfortunately, my partner also had one, so we could compare. I'm not sure I'll go back, or at least I'll think twice before eating anything there.

27/08/2026: A bald guy was horrible to me, he literally told me to get lost, out of my sight, for a glass of water during a heatwave. I don't think I deserve so much hate from a waiter, even if it's during a rush.

13/08/2026: Excellent! The waitress was fantastic, pleasant, and helpful. I only had two mozzarella sticks, so I can't comment on the food. But the beers were good and the service was top-notch.

11/06/2026: Quality budget hotel where everything essential works. Not the wifi which is miserable. Almost enough hangers, hooks and shelves. The shower hanger could be better. Thanks for the good breakfast. Perhaps worth noting that there are two Ibis Part-Dieu hotels in Lyon. We went first to the wrong one. Both are within walking distance from the Part-Dieu railway station.

11/06/2026: Due to the rail strike, my train was cancelled, and I cancelled my reservation. Having prepaid, the fare conditions do not provide for a refund. I contacted the hotel by email to reschedule, but without success, as my cancellation was made too late. Since SNCF only notifies its customers 48 hours before departure, it's difficult to anticipate a cancellation! My scheduled business meeting has been postponed until early July, so I will avoid booking a room in an Accor hotel. I am also considering cancelling a pending reservation for Paris for July 2nd and 3rd. At over €200 per night, I was hoping for some kind of compensation from the Accor group; oh well!

16/09/2026: Stopped for coffee and a pain au chocolate. Lovely lady serving, very n9ce and friendly. €8.50 for a pleasant breakfast.

06/09/2026: A lovely time spent on the terrace overlooking the Saône. The pastries and biscuits were delicious! The cappuccino was a little watery... but the service and atmosphere made up for it 😁

18/08/2026: The staff were friendly and the place is spacious. However, the music, Zara/H&M style, is much too loud; you can even hear it through headphones. Furthermore, there's no air conditioning, which should be taken into account in a hot city like Lyon. At the very least, a few fans to circulate the air would make a real difference. The coffee is fairly standard. Overall, the young people who served us were friendly and attentive. I hope to return, since it's close to my home, and I hope these comments will be taken constructively. I wish I could come more often.

28/08/2026: Great atmosphere, especially if you like Latin music, reggaeton, bachata, etc. The music is really nice and the cocktail menu is quite varied, so there's plenty of choice. The staff is really friendly and always in a good mood. A special mention for Amira, who is always smiling and attentive, takes the time to chat with customers whenever she can, and really makes sure everything runs smoothly. She's the kind of person who brings a real positive energy to the place, always with a smile! I highly recommend it for a great night out with friends.

16/08/2026: Thank you to the security guards who do a really good job. I had a bad experience with a "man" who kindly took it upon himself to grab my backside, groping it as if it were freely available. The security guard, having been informed by my friend, didn't try to understand and quickly spoke to him and removed him from the club for good. THANK YOU!!!
