You should really check your beer stock before serving the wrong things to the wrong people.

29/09/2025: We received a very warm welcome from all the staff. We had come to cycle in the Sillé-le-Guillaume area, and the dinner was good and plentiful, perfect for athletes. The whole group enjoyed the meals and the picnic lunch provided by the restaurant.

25/05/2026: A fantastic find! Simple, efficient, and very friendly. We stopped by on our way to our holiday destination and were able to enjoy a starter, main course, and dessert all in under an hour. The home-style cooking is excellent, and the owners are incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

21/03/2026: The worst restaurant I've ever been to! For a price that, in my opinion, is above average. For starters, there's a choice, but only very briefly because everything is cleared away before the end of service. Grated carrots without seasoning, dry pâté… served with day-old bread. Honestly, the plates my colleagues and I had are beyond words… The first one had a hamburger with dry, hard rice and no sauce, probably from the day before. My second colleague had a hamburger with steamed potatoes, the same problem. My third colleague had spaghetti that was crystallized! Probably from being in the fridge for a day or more. It must be complicated to heat water to make fresh pasta. Absolutely unacceptable! The dessert, on the other hand, was fine: ice cream. Opening on Friday evenings is good. Owning it is better! Otherwise, why not do anything at all? I don't understand the point of having set hours, and then, under the pretext that "it's not very busy," pushing us out as quickly as possible... it's so disrespectful! Anyway, if you want to be treated like dogs, go ahead, ladies and gentlemen! Otherwise, choose a restaurant that deserves your money.

22/05/2026: Absolute Perfection! A Must-Try Culinary Delight in Le Mans I had an incredible dining experience tonight at La Chicane - Brasserie Maison, located inside the Novotel Le Mans. Everything was absolutely amazing, but the highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Roast duckling fillet with sweet and sour rosemary sauce. It was cooked to absolute perfection—incredibly tender, juicy, and flavor-packed. The sweet and sour rosemary sauce was a masterpiece, balancing the richness of the duck beautifully. It was so incredibly delicious that I could honestly eat it over and over again! The only regret I have is that I am leaving tomorrow, otherwise I would definitely come back for round two. If you are staying at the hotel or passing through Le Mans, do not miss out on this fantastic restaurant and this exceptional dish. Highly recommended! 🦆✨🍽️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Impressing deliciousness! The Best Duck Dish I've Had in Le Mans Tonight, I had a wonderful dinner at "La Chicane - Brasserie Maison," a restaurant located inside the Novotel Le Mans. What particularly impressed me was the main course I ordered: "Roast duckling fillet with sweet and sour rosemary sauce." The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, and it was so delicious I was speechless! The rosemary sauce, with its perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, brought out the best in the duck's flavor, and it's a taste I would truly want to repeat again and again. Unfortunately, I have to leave tomorrow, so I'm really sad that I won't be able to come back and eat it again. This is a fantastic restaurant that I absolutely recommend to anyone staying at the hotel, and especially to anyone visiting Le Mans. I wholeheartedly recommend it! 🦆✨🍽️

17/05/2026: A Sunday lunchtime at Mimoza to enjoy their brunch menu. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. There was hardly any wait to be served. Salted butter with the half baguette would have been even nicer than unsalted. The croque monsieur and omelet were both excellent. The vegetable stir-fry was delicious.

10/05/2026: Very disappointed. This establishment, once very well-known in Le Mans, is no longer as good as it used to be; the service is subpar (I recently waited almost 40 minutes on the terrace). The menu, however, is very good, especially the lunch menu. They really need to improve the service.

26/05/2026: Restaurant with a buffet-style starter, main course, and dessert listed on a chalkboard. Reasonable prices. I recommend it; it's convenient, inexpensive, and feels like home with fresh ingredients.

07/04/2026: A truly wonderful family moment at the Grand Hotel 🐣 There were six of us to enjoy the Easter menu… and it was a real success. A welcoming table, delicious dishes, and that little extra touch that makes all the difference. You can taste the work in the kitchen, the attention to detail, and above all, the desire to please. A meal that simply warms the heart. Thank you for this delightful experience; we will gladly return.

07/04/2026: We came for lunch after the flea market and were lucky enough to enjoy the new terrace. A real treat. The setting is pleasant and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after the morning's activities. The welcome is warm and the service attentive; you immediately feel at ease. As for the food, nothing to complain about: it's delicious, beautifully presented, and generous. A wonderful place in the area; we'll gladly return.
