07/04/2026: A truly wonderful family moment at the Grand Hotel 🐣 There were six of us to enjoy the Easter menu… and it was a real success. A welcoming table, delicious dishes, and that little extra touch that makes all the difference. You can taste the work in the kitchen, the attention to detail, and above all, the desire to please. A meal that simply warms the heart. Thank you for this delightful experience; we will gladly return.

07/04/2026: We came for lunch after the flea market and were lucky enough to enjoy the new terrace. A real treat. The setting is pleasant and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after the morning's activities. The welcome is warm and the service attentive; you immediately feel at ease. As for the food, nothing to complain about: it's delicious, beautifully presented, and generous. A wonderful place in the area; we'll gladly return.

19/04/2026: Ordered a gourmet coffee, 40-minute wait

17/04/2026: Disappointing lunch today. Sautéed potatoes that looked like they'd been left over the day before, they came with a very cold beef carpaccio (it must have come straight from the freezer) and were completely tasteless... except for the taste of water. I'm definitely having bad luck, as this is my third attempt at this brasserie... after a very dry croque-madame and fries that were practically burnt a few months ago. As for the third lunch, I can't remember... but it was more of the same. I'm done with this place.

02/12/2025: A huge room with a very large bed, a beautiful bathroom (see photos), a nice TV, a fridge, and bathrobes. I recommend it for a relaxing holiday or weekend getaway.

02/11/2025: A comfortable and truly lovely room. The wellness area is well-designed, offering a very pleasant sense of privacy. We were very happy with our two 50-minute massages. The staff intervened only at the right moments, allowing us to remain completely relaxed. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast, with a wide selection of high-quality products. We plan to return this spring.

12/12/2025: Still as good as ever! Regarding the service, I don't share some of the opinions. Clearly, the owner is "unconventional," but that's part of the charm of this place. Everything is homemade. Lunch is €18 for a starter, main course, and dessert on weekdays. In the summer, the terrace overlooking the Loir River makes it the most beautiful spot to eat.

16/10/2025: Traditional, refined, and refined cuisine. A warm welcome and relatively fast service. Pleasant setting with a view of the cathedral. Located between the old town and the city center. One of the only restaurants in Le Mans open on Sunday lunchtimes. Which is a plus.
