17/02/2026: We were completely unfamiliar with Auberge des Sources, and it was a wonderful discovery. I booked a rather late Valentine's Day table, and despite this, the staff were kind enough to find us a table for two. The initial phone call was already very pleasant and professional, which promised a lovely evening. Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiles and attentive service. The service was impeccable throughout the meal: present without being intrusive, and attentive to every detail. From start to finish, the meal was a true delight. From the amuse-bouche to dessert, each dish was carefully prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The meat was particularly tender and cooked to perfection. The set menu offered for the occasion provided excellent value for money, making the experience even more enjoyable. We had a magnificent evening in a pleasant and welcoming setting. A huge thank you to the entire team at Auberge des Sources for their warm welcome, professionalism, and the quality of the food. We will definitely return and highly recommend this establishment.

20/02/2026: A pure delight! Birthday meal, table of 10 / aperitif and set menu: €37 Restaurant in the heart of Lagny-sur-Marne serving semi-gastronomic cuisine. It had been a long time since I'd eaten so well. Homemade foie gras baked egg: perfectly cooked with a real piece of foie gras. Sea bass fillet with shellfish sauce, served with mashed carrots and rice. Delicious fish flavor and perfectly cooked. Floating island: simply divine! My spoon lingered in the homemade profiteroles: pure bliss. In short, exceptional value for money and impeccable service. I'll be back very, very soon.

20/02/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went to the Au Goût de la Nature restaurant in Meaux and everything was truly excellent! The dishes were flavorful, beautifully presented, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The service was impeccable: welcoming, professional, and attentive from beginning to end. You really feel well taken care of. A wonderful place that I highly recommend. I will gladly return!

16/02/2026: For our first visit, we were satisfied and will definitely be back. Reservations are recommended as the restaurant was full this Sunday at lunchtime. We had let them know we would be a little late; the welcome, both on the phone and in person, was very friendly. We appreciated the staff's personal touch (they were accommodating with the menu, mixing and matching dishes and drinks...). The cuisine was to our liking, sophisticated, beautifully presented, and the portions were just right. We did have to wait a little while for our aperitifs, but we assumed this was due to our slight delay and, more importantly, the number of customers. Thank you, and we look forward to coming back to try new dishes. The dining room had a pleasant atmosphere (we were seated at a high table and liked the concept).

17/02/2026: We received a warm welcome from the entire team and had a very pleasant time. We were there for my mother's birthday and everything was perfect. The food was excellent, and everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, was happy. We will be back.

15/02/2026: We had booked Le Relais du Buisson for Valentine's Day. There were three of us. The welcome is always pleasant. They take their time. A small glass of champagne with an amuse-bouche to start, excellent. The menu was varied and delicious, with starters, main courses, and dessert. However, since we were upstairs, we didn't get to enjoy the jazz band that was playing downstairs. There could have been a speaker upstairs because, apart from the excellent menu, there was no atmosphere, which was a shame. Finally, our table was on the side, along the wall, and there was a cold draft coming through the glass roof.

01/03/2026: What a discovery! Right in the heart of the Fontainebleau forest, a magnificent bistro with an incredible wine cellar. 18/02/2026: Dinner on a Wednesday. Lovely place, warm welcome, beautifully decorated dining room, quiet atmosphere (not too crowded), comfortable seating, impeccable service with dishes modified according to allergens, even a suitable amuse-bouche was served instead – well done! The portions were quite generous, the dishes were well-prepared, we had a very enjoyable meal. The bill was reasonable. A satisfying experience; we will definitely return when the weather is nice to try the terrace.

15/03/2026: The management needs improvement; the team is friendly enough, but there was absolutely no support for a "new" waitress. The manager is completely absent and ineffective, running around everywhere but nowhere at the same time. No wonder the staff is different every time we return…

You immediately feel at ease, and everything is done to ensure you fully enjoy the experience. You'll find the Léon quality we love: generous, consistent, and delicious dishes. It's a place where you come as much to eat well as to have a good time. A reassuring and friendly address that I always return to with pleasure.

14/02/2026: This is a place I go to very often with my wife. Tonight, the atmosphere was superb for our Valentine's Day dinner: a talented singer, a beautiful rose given to every woman in the restaurant, and impeccable service provided by Yanis. We had a wonderful evening!

15/03/2026: We had a wonderful time eating there on a Sunday at lunchtime. The service is fantastic, especially Anaïs, a superb person who leads her team with joy and good humor. The owners are very nice people; I'm proud to know them. The food is excellent. And the atmosphere is perfect if you need a pick-me-up; don't hesitate to go.

07/03/2026: Very welcoming place, super friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. The food is excellent for the price, especially the taste! We had the snails, which were spectacular! The entrecote was also very good. We had the mashed potatoes as a side instead of fries, and they were really good; you could tell they were made fresh. The cocktails were also very good. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through this area!!

07/03/2026: My partner and I stopped for lunch during a short stay in Paris. We ordered Burgundy snails, poached eggs with morel sauce, and the classic entrecote. The dishes were truly delicious, well-balanced in flavor, and the portions were generous. We also sampled some typical French wines, which paired perfectly with the dishes we ate. The cocktails were also very good, especially the house ones. The staff is truly kind and welcoming, ready to accommodate any need and very helpful. Highly recommended, it's definitely worth a detour to stop for a meal. Compliments to all the staff!!!
