30/11/2025: This was our second visit to this restaurant, and we were delighted with the experience. We opted for the "Blind Man's Buff" menu at €50. It included a starter (based on foie gras), fish (scallops), meat (smoked duck breast), and dessert. Everything was superbly prepared, with very subtle flavors. A true gastronomic experience.

03/01/2026: This Friday we were passing through Castres. There weren't many restaurant options, so we stumbled upon this one by chance, and we highly recommend it. The meat was excellent, the vegetables delicious, and the wine pairing was spot on. The young and very professional team made sure everything ran smoothly. Honestly, well done!

20/12/2025: Vegetarians beware! They only serve high-quality, even exceptional, meat. The side vegetables are very good, and the charcuterie is excellent. It's a shame they wouldn't change my ice cream flavor for dessert!

24/11/2025: The waiter was very pleasant, smiling, and provided good information about the dishes.
The beef burger was clearly high-quality meat.
I thoroughly enjoyed the side salad and fries. The accompanying sauce was just okay, like an enhanced mayonnaise.
Next time I come, because I liked the relaxed atmosphere, the dining room is spacious, there's plenty of room, and no one is crammed into your seat, I'll choose a salad; they looked very good.
10/11/2025: We arrived with a reservation, but the daily special was unavailable and not replaced. We were directed to the menu, only to find that the dishes we wanted were no longer available. Despite the waitress's friendliness, we decided to go elsewhere. We left the restaurant without a word from the manager; I even had to say goodbye three times before getting a response!

13/01/2026: An amazing find, just away from the main square and so worth it. Very simple menu and food format. Salad starter, pasta dish and dessert all of which were incredibly tasty.
Service was fantastic too!
Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

29/06/2025: Scam, received a good gift for a pleasure menu, I was served a trust menu, 30 euros cheaper. Service could be improved, very slow, wine ordered, not served, it had to be requested, I'm still waiting for the ice cubes. Too bad, the cuisine is fine.

Warm welcome and attentive waitresses.
From appetizers to desserts, this delicious place deserves to be shared (shh!) It's well worth a star with exceptional value for money.
If you're passing through Castres, don't hesitate to stop by for lunch or dinner.

04/12/2025: Very nice cafe, but very expensive, avoid it. Hygiene leaves much to be desired; the same cloth is used to clean the tables, the bar, and the coffee machine, especially the nozzle used to make cream or heat milk... (the cloth wasn't rinsed).
