07/06/2026: It's a shame the service and ice cream don't live up to the location! The ice cream isn't good and is topped with cheap, canned whipped cream, all served with appalling service... Disappointed! It used to be much better...

12/05/2026: The chicken supreme on the menu was a very dry half-thigh, clearly cooked the day before and reheated in the microwave. The fries were soggy. I asked for extra sauce, but it was bland and sickeningly sweet, like a supermarket salad dressing—nothing homemade. The daily special was an overcooked pork chop. We left hungry and didn't even bother ordering dessert. There were very few customers, which explains it.

29/03/2026: A truly wonderful place! The decor is unique and very pretty. The food was a pure delight!!! We started with an excellent amuse-bouche of broad bean and mint cream. The creamy lentil soup with truffles was simply perfect, as was the egg on the plate. The monkfish, fish and chips style, with its miso mayonnaise, was a real treat! The beef was so tender it melted in your mouth like butter. For dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed the soft cookie with peanut sauce and the financier served with mint tea ice cream and lemon cream. In short, a fantastic experience thanks to the kindness of the lady who served us and the culinary skills of the gentleman! Thank you.

29/04/2026: A place well worth the detour. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had the blind man's bluff menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The dishes are sophisticated, nothing is left to chance. The setting is unique, as it's in a former school. We'll definitely be back.

07/07/2026: We discovered Bistrot des Saveurs thanks to a meal our daughter treated us to. The food was excellent: the dishes were very good, well-prepared, and lived up to the restaurant's reputation. Unfortunately, the experience was severely marred by the attitude of the person who appears to be the manager. Throughout the meal, we had to contend with numerous fruit flies. The problem reached its peak when a fruit fly fell into a glass of wine. We reported it immediately: the glass was removed, but no replacement was offered, no gesture of goodwill, not even a complimentary coffee at the end of the meal. When we brought up the issue again when paying the bill, the response was, to say the least, surprising: we were told that there were also fruit flies in her garden and that this was therefore normal. Comparing a private garden to a restaurant where menus cost €52 per person and glasses of wine €9 is baffling. Even more surprisingly, we were told that "the bill wasn't expensive" and that the wine we chose "wasn't expensive." This type of remark is particularly inappropriate towards customers and is completely unacceptable given the level of service one has the right to expect in a restaurant of this caliber. Unexpected events can happen anywhere, and the occasional presence of an insect probably wouldn't have justified a negative review on its own. However, the complete disregard for the problem, the obvious lack of business acumen, and the inappropriate responses to our comments leave a very regrettable impression. Unfortunately, excellent cuisine isn't always enough to compensate for such disappointing service and customer relations.

16/05/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! Without a doubt, the best cassoulet I've ever tasted. The welcome is exceptionally warm, with genuine attention paid to the customers. You immediately feel at ease in a warm and authentic atmosphere. A truly delightful experience of gastronomy and conviviality, just the way we like it. And ideally located near the "Aux Portes du Sidobre" bed and breakfast, where the welcome is equally attentive. An address to remember!

06/06/2026: The ribeye steak for sharing was simply sinewy and rubbery! Expensive for the quality they try to sell you. Avoid this place if you want a flavorful ribeye steak, marbled with good fat.
