22/01/2025: Cold welcome, fine cuisine. Too bad Madame is not up to the task! The water automatically served at the table is horribly chlorinated and destroys all flavor of the food, too bad, it would just have to be filtered. When you kindly point it out when paying, you get reprimanded with a haughty look and a bad answer! What a mistake, Madam, it is you who do not honor the qualities of your husband!!

05/09/2024: A first for us, but completely successful. We chose this place to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary alone, while enjoying a good meal. We were delighted with all these flavorful dishes. We had a blast! An address to remember and to give with your eyes closed to our guests in guest rooms and gîtes!

03/12/2024: Staff who take great care of customers, doing everything to satisfy us. We really feel welcomed. The rooms are pretty and clean, well soundproofed, the bedding comfortable. The bathroom is the only point to improve: the shower head which cannot be adjusted in height and a non-watertight wall which means that water gets everywhere. It's very unpleasant. On the other hand, I appreciated the Nuxe products.

03/09/2024: **Disappointing and avoid for the price** I went to the restaurant "La Part des Anges" in Castres with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience fell far short of what one would expect for the price. From the reception, the atmosphere was frosty, with a blatant lack of conviviality and humor. We had an unpleasant comment when we reported the absence of the 23 euro menu on the flash code available on the table. No questioning from the staff, which shows a lack of consideration for customers. The dishes themselves were another source of disappointment. The entrée, while visually pleasing, was unbalanced in flavor. As for the main course, it was simply inedible: the meat was overcooked to the point of becoming dry and difficult to chew. The wine, supposed to accompany the meal, was served late, as was the bread. This spoiled the harmony of the meal. The aperitif, for its part, was served in ridiculous quantities for an exorbitant price, which further accentuates the feeling of poor quality-price. The only positive point of the day was one of the waitresses, who was pleasant and smiling. However, the other waitress seemed lost, hesitant and even grimaced while stating the menu, which didn't help improve the mood. In conclusion, for the price that this restaurant charges, I would not recommend "La Part des Anges". I do not intend to return and I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff there, telling them that I would share my experience.

03/09/2024: **Décevant et à éviter pour le prix** Je me suis rendu au restaurant "La Part des Anges" à Castres avec de grandes attentes, mais malheureusement, l'expérience a été largement en dessous de ce que l'on pourrait espérer pour le prix. Dès l'accueil, l'ambiance a été glaciale, avec un manque flagrant de convivialité et d'humour. Nous avons eu une remarque désagréable lorsque nous avons signalé l'absence du menu à 23 euros sur le flash code disponible sur la table. Aucune remise en question de la part du personnel, ce qui montre un manque de considération pour les clients. Les plats eux-mêmes étaient une autre source de déception. L'entrée, bien que visuellement plaisante, était déséquilibrée en saveurs. Quant au plat principal, il était tout simplement immangeable : la viande était surcuite au point de devenir sèche et difficile à mâcher. Le vin, censé accompagner le repas, a été servi en retard, tout comme le pain. Cela a gâché l'harmonie du repas. L'apéritif, quant à lui, était servi en quantité dérisoire pour un prix exorbitant, ce qui accentue encore plus le sentiment de mauvaise qualité-prix. Le seul point positif de la journée a été une des serveuses, qui s'est montrée agréable et souriante. Cependant, l'autre serveuse semblait perdue, hésitante et grimaçait même en énonçant le menu, ce qui n'a pas aidé à améliorer l'ambiance. En conclusion, pour le prix que ce restaurant pratique, je ne recommanderais pas "La Part des Anges". Je ne compte pas y revenir et j'ai fait part de mon mécontentement au personnel sur place, leur indiquant que j'allais partager mon expérience.
