21/10/2026: A truly wonderful place, excellent cuisine, the fish was cooked to perfection! The accompanying vinaigrette was perfectly balanced and refreshingly crisp. The garnishes were interesting and very well seasoned. To finish, a hot and cold caramelized plum dessert, served in an ivory-colored siphon with a refreshing cotton candy ice cream. The welcome was excellent, with attentive service. Well done to the team!

19/08/2026: Discovering La Table de Cassan and the world of its chef, Mathieu Sylvestre (Maître Cuisinier de France), was a truly wonderful experience: refined, inventive cuisine, bursting with freshness and precision, while maintaining an apparent simplicity and, above all, the generosity of the kind of fine dining establishments you love to return to. The lunch menu makes the quality of the ingredients, the cooking, and the service accessible, making it a must-visit if you're in the area!

We too often take the time to share bad experiences and complain when we're not satisfied, but not enough time to appreciate a job well done, especially when the welcome, the service, and the food all come together to offer such a wonderful experience. We came to eat before a movie and had such an exceptional time that we ended up canceling the film to stay! The atmosphere was warm, the decor tasteful, and the service impeccable. As for the food, the three-course meal was flawless: the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. Thank you to the entire team for this delightful experience; we will definitely be back!

18/10/2026: I highly recommend Le Faubourg restaurant! The atmosphere is excellent, especially with the piano bar in the evening. The staff are responsive and very friendly. As for the meal, I have absolutely no complaints: everything was excellent! 🥰

30/09/2026: We were looking for a restaurant on a Saturday night without a reservation. We chose this one by chance. The dishes were good and reasonably priced. The service was attentive. We had a great time. The coffee dessert (crème à la café) is as good as in Italy 🇮🇹. I recommend this establishment.

The food was high quality, and the lunch menu was good even though we ordered à la carte. Our dishes were piping hot – a flawless experience from start to finish! 😊

18/09/2026: An excellent lunch. I discovered this restaurant by chance. The owner suggested the daily special: salmon steak with sautéed vegetables (it was Friday, so why not?). I savored it (the word is apt) at the counter; it arrived in exactly five minutes. The fish was cooked to perfection, the vegetables were delicious, almost crisp, and above all—and this is rare enough to be worth mentioning—the sauce was excellent. I commend the cooking, the ingredients, and the sauce, all delivered with the attentive service typical of good old-fashioned neighborhood restaurants. I haven't mentioned the prices, but they are very reasonable. I highly recommend it and hope to return.
