22/05/2026: The Moroccan dishes and specialties are very good and served in generous portions. The service and welcome are outstanding, and the small homemade digestif at the end of the meal is always a hit.
We've been coming for years, sometimes as a group of four or five, and we're never disappointed by the Moroccan cuisine.

A minor reservation, however, concerning the new dessert: described as a "strawberry soufflé" on the menu, it isn't actually a soufflé, which can be confusing and lead to slight disappointment. Despite this detail, the overall experience remains very positive.
16/06/2026: I've been a regular at Nautilus for many years and I always return with the same pleasure. The food is excellent, the service attentive, and the atmosphere very pleasant. The owners are incredibly kind and know how to welcome their guests with a smile. It's a place where you feel right at home. I highly recommend it!

28/05/2026: I was here in France from June 24th to June 28th, 2026, and was able to visit many sights, including the Château Écouen.
That alone is impressive, but it's also a museum that's really worth seeing.

I had the flambéed asparagus with burrata, yuzu salsa, and grated coconut, followed by the squid tempura: delicious, fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor.
Pleasant setting, friendly atmosphere, decent service, and dishes that are a bit different from the usual fare.
A great place for a leisurely meal or a drink. I highly recommend it.
