30/06/2026: I discovered this incredible estate nine years ago when I started working as a wedding photographer, and even then, I fell completely in love with it. I've returned several times, and each time my heart skipped a beat at the authentic charm of the place, the flowers, the omnipresent nature, and the wonderful tranquility. When it was my turn to organize our wedding, it was obvious that we should celebrate our love at Lou Meou! And we experienced a dream weekend, a timeless escape, an enchanting interlude we will never forget. All our guests were captivated by this place where we cried, laughed, and danced… The kindness and availability of the owners were so appreciated, and they helped us immensely to make our wedding a dream come true. 18/07/2026: Greeted with a smile by the owner, we were seated on a very pleasant terrace. The menu was very reasonably priced, with a children's menu offered for 11 euros. The menu was varied and featured local produce. The andouillette was excellent and highly recommended, as were the ravioli. Quality products and refined cuisine. We also discovered a delicious white wine from a nearby vineyard. I recommend it.

31/07/2026: La Petite Maison greatest achievement in my opinion is reaching authenticity of its cuisine - its Provence cuisine tastes like what a (starred) grandmother chef from 50yrs ago might have cooked for its family - that with with humble but modern twists. It’s delicate but not pompous: it’s hearty and it’s kind. It doesn’t pretend to be something it’s not. We went for the longer tasting menu, and it was honestly delicious, delivered like clockwork, dishes worked together like a natural succession of chapters from the same book. Service was very kind and attentive, highly appreciated as we came as family of 5 including a baby. Wine advice was absolutely spot on with a white CdP which was absolutely grand and, when you know of London or Paris prices, very reasonably priced. The terrace is lovely, right off Place de L’Etang which is lovely too. A very special location. Yesterday I understood the chef took care of the whole lunch service alone with a commis. Old school. La Petite Maison is a jewel of french cuisine. I’d like to come back and see what the chef does across the different seasons…

16/07/2026: Fantastic experience. Really good food, all dishes were extremely tasty, especially the main course with chicken breast and lobster. The snow crab/spicy crab dish was perhaps a bit too sour from passion fruit, it took the focus off the main element. Unfortunately, the service was not 5 stars, the waiter clearly wanted to hurry us through. Definitely recommendable all in all🙏🏼

28/07/2026: Absolutely fantastic for discovering the region's wines. Sébastien introduced us to some real gems. He's incredibly friendly and attentive, truly understanding his customers' tastes. I highly recommend this establishment, located next to the Ibis hotel. As mentioned before, you go in to browse, you hesitate, and ultimately you leave with everything you've tasted, without any sales pressure, simply because of a shared passion for the finest local products. We even bought some excellent local wines that we would have otherwise completely missed out on due to our lack of knowledge.

10/06/2026: The location, located in a small village, along a small tree-lined avenue that leads to a beautiful historic center, is this small grocery store full of very interesting products. There are fabrics, artisanal soaps, liqueurs, beautiful glass jugs, and many interesting household items—little gems. I also found some espadrilles with very elegant colors; you can tell they're handmade. In front of the shop, there's a delightful deore where you can have lunch. From the blackboard, I discovered they had an excellent aioli. I won't review the food because unfortunately, I didn't get to try it, as we only stopped for a drink. Anyway, it seemed like a truly special place, one of those French secret shops that looks like something out of a movie, and therefore very, very pleasant. During the time we were there, many people who knew each other passed by and chatted with the owners, who were very kind.

30/07/2026: I've spent at least 600 euros a year at this bakery, buying bread every day plus extras... but what can I say about the lack of humanity from the new owners? I cycled here to get my bread in 36-degree heat, and on my way home I noticed my small water bottle was empty. I asked for some more water since I'd just paid for my baguette, and they simply refused, claiming they only had hot water in their establishment... No worries, you'll always have customers... but not a penny from me, and I hope you feel the effects of your lack of humanity one day... it just reflects your character.

14/05/2026: We stopped at the first restaurant we came across, and what a pleasant surprise! The welcome was warm, and we were quickly seated. The chefs, who also served us, were particularly attentive and took the time to explain the menu and the specifics of each dish. I chose the "Spring Menu," a true delight, rich in flavor and perfectly executed. The dishes were refined and elegant, and the portions were perfectly proportionate to the work done in the kitchen. The meal was served in several courses, which allowed us to fully enjoy the experience and eat at our own pace. With calm and pleasant service, we spent about an hour and a half at the table. We left completely satisfied, ready to hit the road again towards our destination.

21/02/2026: The setting is very pleasant, and the two gentlemen who run the restaurant are very friendly and have a great sense of humor. The quality of the meal was truly commensurate with its price: excellent, refined, and original. I loved it! 👌

24/06/2026: Not a bad cafe, the coffee is good and inexpensive, the pastries are fresh, the floor was dirty, and there is no air conditioning, for the French heat, a disaster.

19/07/2026: A truly beautiful place... a very warm welcome, the staff did everything to make us feel welcome... we even danced, although it's not really designed for that, as there's very little space.... My only regret... ice cubes in my coffee ice cream 😭😭 and no coffee beans... perhaps a change of supplier is in order when you call yourself an "ice cream parlor"... I have very fond memories of it and I recommend it to everyone....

19/07/2026: Initially, everything was perfect: the setting is beautiful and exotic, the welcome is warm, the service is pleasant, and the products are high quality. I was even planning to return for a meal. Unfortunately, my opinion completely changed when I saw a customer give her dog the spoon she had just used for her ice cream. This scene completely disgusted me. For me, this is unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint, especially in an establishment that serves food. It's a real shame, because everything else was very good, but this incident made me change my mind. I won't be back.

18/07/2026: I've been coming to the Vaucluse region on holiday with my wife for the past four years. I knew the restaurant and the owners before, thanks to my grandparents. Even though there's a bit of a wait for a large table, I give this restaurant 5 stars! Because the quality-price ratio is unbeatable! Even if there are some issues for some people, if you're not satisfied, go somewhere else. It would also require some goodwill from everyone and not having to call two hours in advance for a large table. Try that at another restaurant and you'll get the same treatment! The human body can withstand a lot of heat and stress, but the people at this restaurant work two shifts (lunch/dinner) every day, five and a half days a week. They're not supermen either. I'd like to see you try it out in their shoes and see if you could manage that many shifts and that many years, or if you'd close down after two years because it's too hard… It's easy to criticize, but try it yourself! If you come to a restaurant, it's partly because you don't want to eat a sandwich or a simple meal at home…! Or go to McDonald's…. So I say THANK YOU to these people for cooking us quality food with fresh ingredients, not processed stuff.
