16/12/2024: First time at La Closerie and what a pleasant experience! The dishes are fine, beautifully presented, very good of course and their cooking is perfect. The friendly service is neither too slow nor too fast. Everything was tasty but special mention to the artichoke espresso, original and delicious, and to the French toast, a wonderful dessert. Thank you for this great time.
15/12/2024: Gourmet cuisine with seasonal, local, ultra-fresh and tasty products accompanied by tasty juices. Excellent value for money with a Michelin-starred restaurant that hasn't been too big-headed, the chef who comes to say a little word to us at the end. We were lucky enough to be in the room next to the kitchen. Go there, go there and go back!

Fresh products, substantial dishes, I didn't manage to finish my plate and yet it was very good!
The products are fresh, it is rare that we leave a restaurant with a smile like we left with a smile yesterday! So an opinion is the least we can do to support people who do their job well. Thank you for your welcome

Excellent fresh salad, burger and beef to die for. Delicious dessert with fresh seasonal fruits.
Entirely homemade with fresh products. Address to remember.

21/09/2024: The dishes were very copious and very good but a big downside because of the wait our 2 waitresses were too overwhelmed... on the other hand their smile and very communicative good humor 😉
Regulating the number of guests might have been a good idea... or one more person...
But the stop was worth it the village is very beautiful

La Cour d’Honneur offers refined cuisine, expertly prepared ingredients, and genuinely pleasant service. Special mention goes to the wine list, featuring some excellent selections like the Jaboulet Crozes-Hermitage, which perfectly complemented the meal.
The atmosphere is elegant without being pretentious; you feel comfortable and leave satisfied. A sure bet in the city center—I highly recommend it.

02/07/2025: Stayed for two days. The room has a very good large balcony with a view, overlooking the lavender fields in front. There is a slight floral scent in the breeze. This resort is recommended for self-driving tours. There is no better hotel in Sault.
28/06/2025: Top! Beautiful location, with a view of the mont ventoux. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and dinner! Our dog was also welcome. We enjoyed it.

Ce fut une belle découverte, si nous sommes encore de passage dans la région nous y reviendrons à coup sûr 😉

romantisch, rustikal ohne schnick schnack, aber viel Flair.
24/08/2023: Magnifique hôtel - restaurant situé dans un manoir avec toute son histoire. Il a été repris par 2 frères très accueillants et d'une gentillesse incroyable qui fait qu'on s'y sent comme à la maison. Ils servent des produits locaux. C'est un lieu calme et apaisant. De plus, les chiens sont admis. Encore merci pour ce moment de détente fort agréable 😊
