21/11/2024: Nous avons trouvé cet endroit en hésitant vu l'emplacement touristique. Mais surtout n'hésitez pas. Nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur vers 15h. Menu du jour et pizza excellents, service au top et de bon conseil et rapport qualité prix extra. Bref arrêtez vous pour une escale déjeuner ou dîner.

15/11/2024: Accueil très sympathique.Cuisine très pro. Rapport qualité/prix Top. Terrasse ensoleillée. Que dire de plus ? Certainement la meilleure brasserie d'Avignon 🆙🆙🆙🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻

11/04/2024: Went here for a special dinner and it was. Great food well paired with local wines by the wait staff. Food was great and it was not crowed unlike restaurants in the central square. 5 star food without all the carry on!

21/09/2024: "The highlight of the evening" the boss who is in the kitchen verbally attacked us by bringing us dessert because after the main course we dared to ask for the rest (because it was a bit long). Apparently according to his apologies by telephone message ; It’s his humor!!! Well we can say that his humor is breathtaking and aggressive!!! The small positive is that I burst out laughing until I cried because I thought he was going to jump on the table to give us a correction. First and last time for us. A WELL HEARING!

05/09/2024: Très mal accueilli on voulais demander des renseignements, nous étions à vélo rien était indiqué que c’était interdit au vélo et là on nous a dit de dégager avec le geste .incroyable jamais vu sa et ou est situé le restaurant il va en voir des vélos

23/10/2024: "Au Fil du Temps" : Quand le génie culinaire rencontre... l'absurde Si tu as déjà rêvé de vivre une expérience gastronomique digne d’un grand écart émotionnel, alors "Au Fil du Temps" est fait pour toi. Situé dans le charmant village de Pernes-les-Fontaines, ce restaurant te promet des montagnes russes où l'excellence des plats rivalise avec un service tout droit sorti d'une dimension parallèle. Tout commence avec la réservation. Facile, non ? Eh bien, pas ici. Après avoir d'abord oublié notre réservation, l’établissement nous en a finalement trouvé une… pour deux personnes. Sympathique, sauf que nous étions six. Mais pas de panique ! Grâce à une habile négociation, nous avons tout de même réussi à avoir une table. C'est à ce moment-là que l’aventure a vraiment commencé. La salle était dirigée par une seule personne. Un modèle d'efficacité ? Pas vraiment. Nous avons rapidement compris qu’il s’agissait de la femme du chef, qui, visiblement, a autant de souci avec les réservations qu’avec l’audition. Ce qui a créé des moments d’anthologie. Quand nous avons demandé quel vin elle recommandait, sa réponse fut un subtil mélange d'expertise et de philosophie : "Je sais pas, celui que vous voulez." Voilà, le sommelier du futur. Le clou du spectacle ? Quand nous avons demandé si le pigeon était copieux, sa réponse, d’une précision chirurgicale, fut : "Ben, je sais pas, ça a la taille d’un pigeon." Un cours de biologie rapide en pleine dégustation. Pour couronner le tout, l’un de nos plats fut tout simplement oublié. Peut-être une vengeance discrète après quelques ricanements à table ? Mystère. Mais attendez, parlons des mets. Parce que, oui, les plats étaient divins. Le pigeon, malgré sa taille bien proportionnée, était un véritable délice. Le mélange terre-mer de filet de bœuf et sardines, audacieux et parfaitement exécuté, a enchanté nos papilles. L'assortiment de fromages, sublime. Et que dire du dessert au chocolat ? Un chef-d'œuvre à lui tout seul. Bref, du pur génie gastronomique. Le chef, que nous soupçonnons désormais de simuler une légère surdité à la maison (qui pourrait lui en vouloir ?), mérite toutes les félicitations. Son talent est indéniable. On lui souhaite bien du courage car, si ses plats sont à la hauteur, on ne peut qu’imaginer la gestion du service à domicile. Peut-être se réfugie-t-il en cuisine pour échapper à la gestion du quotidien ? En conclusion, "Au Fil du Temps" est une adresse incontournable. Pour la cuisine, évidemment. Et pour l’expérience ? On pourrait dire… lunaire. Mais après tout, qui ne rêve pas d’un bon repas avec une touche d'absurde ?

09/09/2024: Rainy day in Faucon, diner inside. Empanada really nice as the charcutterie. Main risotto with veal. Cheese and creme brullee lavande as dessert. Nice atmosphere inside, full house and well served. Including localnwine of the winery around the corner. Was a good evening!!

25/09/2024: Really exceptional restaurant with a warm welcome from busy hard working staff. Delicious food in a cosy atmosphere thanks to the flame heaters by the table . Scallops for me and lamb shanks for him. Both very good. Highly recommend

Restaurant located on a square in Vaizon La Romaine with a beautiful terrace where you can choose between sun or shade for your best comfort. If you are in Vaizon, do not hesitate to go there and if you are not there, do not hesitate to go there. You will not be disappointed. Last little detail, very good value for money.

05/09/2024: Beautiful culinary experience in a superb setting. Few tables, be careful to reserve carefully. The menu is original, inexpensive and very good. The chef uses many herbs from the La Citadelle botanical garden.

27/08/2024: We chose this restaurant for its quiet and secluded location. But what a bad idea to want to wash your hands before eating!! Very average cleanliness inside even though it is the end of the season... the floor has not been washed for several weeks or more... and the exceptional sink: a pipe that comes out of the wall under a mirror and a toilet that does not don't make you want to go there. The poor quality white and rosé wine... the authentic side of the restaurant clearly leaves room for tourist traps. Positive point, the boss speaks several languages ​​to make himself understood by tourists

Very personal welcome 👍... the owners are attentive, friendly and give you lots of advice regarding a visit to Chateauneuf du Pape and its winegrowers. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed...but that will be for next time. Very good.bart
