13/11/2024: It’s a restaurant run with a lot of passion by a very good chef, Olivier. We went out of season, on November 11th, a national holiday and also my birthday - and there were very few places open in the area. Although we were the only customers that evening, we had a great time and Olivier cooked us a most delicious meal. We will return there in January for the truffle season.

02/02/2026: We love this hotel; we've been staying here regularly for the past six years and never tire of it. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, and we feel right at home. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the bedding is excellent. We enjoy having breakfast in the restaurant during the winter and on the shaded terrace as soon as the weather is nice. Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable. We highly recommend it.

04/09/2024: Excellent times spent at the ice cream parlor where the staff takes great care! Nice setting at the water's edge, comfortable both on the sofas and at the table to enjoy excellent ice creams! A little more lounge atmosphere in the evening which is very pleasant. Thank you, we will come back next year!

21/08/2025: Good God, it's good. The menu is very limited, but if what's there suits you, don't hesitate for a second. One word: EXCELLENT!! Plus, the suggestions for starters and dessert were also to die for. Remember to book.

02/07/2025: Excellent cuisine! It's always a treat to have lunch at this restaurant, where the chef and his team prepare fresh, local produce beautifully presented. The setting is also very pleasant: you'll be comfortably seated on the terrace or inside. And of course, it's always a pleasure to receive a warm welcome!

24/12/2025: We dropped by this restaurant during July 2025 while doing a road trip through Provence. They have a lovely semi-shaded patio with a beautiful view overlooking the countryside. All the dishes we ordered seemed to be prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients. The fish dish I ordered was very filling and came with some sides which I wasn't able to identify (but it tasted great!). There were clean washrooms located inside the actual restaurant across the street.

30/09/2025: Very good cuisine with varied flavors from starters to desserts. Good service. Simple atmosphere with a beautiful terrace. A place to recommend for a good meal after a day exploring the region.

02/07/2025: Stayed for two days. The room has a very good large balcony with a view, overlooking the lavender fields in front. There is a slight floral scent in the breeze. This resort is recommended for self-driving tours. There is no better hotel in Sault.

28/06/2025: Top! Beautiful location, with a view of the mont ventoux. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and dinner! Our dog was also welcome. We enjoyed it.

27/09/2024: Menu Marché for €27 pp. Super tasty food with delicious flavors of starter, main course and dessert. Plus a tasty rosé wine and coffee for €92. The service was excellent, friendly and cordial.

20/12/2025: A very nice crêperie. Good atmosphere, good selection of crêpes, friendly staff. They also have a wide variety of salads. I recommend it.

19/09/2024: Super lekker gegeten. Wijn keuze was enorm. Ik koos voor een rode wijn uit de streek, perfect op kamer temperatuur 👌👌👌 Het personeel en de service waren gewoon TOP!!! Zeer zeker een aanrader! Wij gaan in ieder geval nog terug 😀👌 Hele goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.

07/09/2024: Coincé pres d un parking de supermarché, la vue est désagréable et le bruit incessant.... arrivés à 19 h 30 on nous installe et nous sommes servis tres rapidement. La viande et les accompagnements sont irreprochables. Par contre apres 30 minutes voir plus d attente pour obtenir un dessert. Rien... 2 personnes pour servir une qui fait la conversation avec ses amis qui boivent un verre, l autre qui a du mal à prendre une commande pour une grande table... Si vous avez beaucoup de temps à perdre je recommande, pour les autres les temps d attente sont lamentables. Bref voyant que les 2 serveurs ne suivaient pas.... nous sommes allés prendre notre dessert ailleurs. dommage pour ce manque d organisation penalisant pour les clients😪

07/12/2025: Nothing bad, but rather simplistic. My pasta with a slice of ham was presented quite plainly; nothing special, and the taste was rather average. My friend, on the other hand, tasted a very good stew. The outdoor terrace is simple with basic furniture. Because of the restaurant's location, we couldn't fully appreciate the charm of the beautiful village of Oppède-le-Vieux. However, the price is very reasonable: 54 euros for two.

02/11/2025: A wonderful discovery! We came on the last day before closing for the winter. The homemade food is made with good, fresh ingredients. See you in April! :)
