Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the cooking, etc. I highly recommend the steak with porcini mushroom sauce—it's absolutely delicious! 🥩😋👍 I hope to return soon. 24/08/2026: A disappointment unlike any I've ever experienced in a restaurant. Not receiving the dessert from a set menu we ordered in advance because it was given to another table during our meal is unacceptable. We called at 11:05 a.m. to reserve a table for four. Upon arrival, we wanted to order the set menus, which consisted of: - salad with tomatoes, feta, and cucumbers; - pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon; - raspberry and white chocolate tiramisu. Unfortunately, only three set menus were available. So far, so good: one of us chose the flank steak with shallots. However, several things disappointed us. I've always seen the hot dishes for the same table served at the same time. Here, the salads from the set menus were served at the same time as the hot dishes, which was quite surprising. The filet mignon was unfortunately overcooked and therefore very dry. Furthermore, the side dish wasn't specified. This might seem like a minor detail, but it's important when customers have allergies or intolerances. But the most baffling thing was the dessert. We had ordered three set menus, each including dessert, but we were told that the dessert was no longer available because it had been ordered by another table during our meal. In my opinion, when a set menu with dessert is ordered, the corresponding dessert should be reserved for the customer. They shouldn't then be told it's no longer available because another customer ordered it in the meantime. And unfortunately, the worst happened after we left. While we were still in the parking lot, a waitress called us "hicks" and essentially said we were just complaining customers, simply because we had pointed out that we found it unacceptable not to have received the dessert included in our set menu. One can understand a mistake, an oversight, or even a stock issue. What is much harder to accept is the complete lack of respect for customers. We left extremely disappointed, mainly because of this attitude. I could tell you more details, but the most important thing for us remains this lack of professionalism and especially the behavior of this waitress. An experience we won't soon forget and, unfortunately, a place we won't be returning to. I am, of course, available to speak with the restaurant owner if they would like more information regarding this situation.

17/08/2026: The atmosphere was super nice and peaceful, very scenic, and the girl serving us was very kind and helpful. The food was truly excellent, and considering we had all four dishes available on the menu at the time, I can say they were all impeccable.

01/09/2026: The atmosphere was relaxed because there weren't many of us. But the place is magical with its decor dating back over a century. And the food was excellent; I had six Burgundy snails and a tuna tataki on a bed of tagliatelle. All for a very reasonable price. So, perfect.

15/08/2026: We ate there twice during our vacation, and the restaurant is simply excellent. The local wine is superb. The roasted Camembert and the beef tartare are also magnificent! We'll gladly return, especially since the prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. Thank you for these two wonderful meals!

15/03/2026: We only stopped one night but it was perfect. Warm welcome to this family run hotel. Comfy rooms but the highlight though was the superb food . Amazing tastes locally sourced ingredients . Such a talented chef .

05/04/2026: We had lunch at this hostel last week, the food was excellent and they were able to adapt it to my (many) allergies, plus everyone was very friendly! We recommend going there and we'll gladly return if we're ever in the area again 😊

20/07/2026: Ten years ago, Michel Aprin and William Bernard brought their dreams to life, sharing their passion for fine cuisine with us. [40 years of experience.] And all this with local products. Every dish is presented and described by the two chefs, who also personally handle the service, making us appreciate the experience even more. The presentation is remarkable. A Michelin star would be well deserved. The wine list is reasonably priced. We had a wonderful culinary and convivial experience. A place to discover, but reservations are recommended.

03/08/2026: We ordered the whole menu here and it was perfect! The roast chicken was so juicy and delicious. I did not know asparagus could be as delicious as they are here. Their service was also amazing!!!! 100% returning here

15/08/2026: A very good little restaurant where we ate lunch on Friday, August 14th. The food was homemade, refined, delicious, and served with a warm welcome. We received a friendly welcome from the entire team, who were very patient with the children.

08/08/2026: I was greeted by Aurélie with a big smile, and also by Jacqueline (Jack to her friends), a magnificent and incredibly sweet Border Collie. We spent a night in the mobile home with access to the pool, which was spotless and very refreshing in the heat. The place is beautiful and clean… I highly recommend it. We'll be back! 😉
