27/08/2024: Frankly, it's super expensive for not something extraordinary.... undercooked camembert, not runny... bull rib difficult to chew... and their crème brûlée with Venice balsam is a failure! The cream was not set at all, very runny.... and a taste...... (warning the waitress not even a gesture while the crème brûlée was a failure) in short to get by at 130 had I ate in much cheaper and much better restaurants. Luckily very nice servers

02/12/2025: I went to buy a baguette, but when I got back to my car I noticed it was broken. I wanted to take it back to get another one because the bread wasn't presentable, but the owner refused to change it. He told me, "If you're not happy, that's the same thing."

30/09/2024: I was treated very badly in this restaurant. The waiter shouted at me and my friends, he didn't want to serve us, he was rude and aggressive. We waited a long time for a table, the waiter was checking us out, so we went to check another restaurant, all the tables were occupied there. We came to La Cercle again. A group of four guests finished dinner and left, so me and three friends sat down. The waiter we asked was outraged and started shouting at us. He was a young man, not tall, he had a small black beard. We have never been treated so badly anywhere in the world. We left this restaurant, I don't recommend this place to anyone. 06/05/2025: we discovered this little restaurant last week with Swiss friends, we found this little restaurant very friendly, with a very warm welcome, and very good cuisine, today we returned there, always this very warm welcome, good advice from the waitress, impeccable service, very refined cuisine, a treat for the taste buds, that's for sure we will come back, especially since we are from the region.

02/10/2025: I booked a double room at that hotel over the phone two or three days in advance of my arrival. As I always do, I asked for breakfast and was given a price (a bit high for what we were paying for these ten days of travel), but I accepted it anyway. They usually send a confirmation email, which didn't happen. Upon arrival, the manager insisted we have dinner there, but we preferred to look around and look for alternatives, especially since he also told us it was "impossible" that the price included breakfast and insisted on charging us twelve euros more each. So I paid for the room and had breakfast at a bar in the nearby town. Luckily, these tricks don't happen very often, but they do put you in a bad mood.

Whether you want to enjoy a pastis at the bar or eat the daily special on the terrace, you have a choice. For my part, I had a small Greek salad as a starter and a simple and satisfying beef stew as a main course.
