02/02/2026: We love this hotel; we've been staying here regularly for the past six years and never tire of it. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, and we feel right at home. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the bedding is excellent. We enjoy having breakfast in the restaurant during the winter and on the shaded terrace as soon as the weather is nice. Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable. We highly recommend it.

07/04/2026: A quick visit on Sunday for an ice cream... We sat at a table for 45 minutes without even a carafe of water, while all the other tables had one... It was hot and we were thirsty... We left without having any ice cream.
24/03/2026: Delicious ice cream, excellent staff, and a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend a visit, especially in summer, to enjoy a great ice cream and a beautiful ray of sunshine.

03/04/2026: I've read all the glowing reviews, and that's great for the restaurant.
Just FYI, regarding the salads, if you love greens, order that one; otherwise, choose something else.
Because €18 for three small toasts topped with two slices of cheese and a very generous bed of salad...
(Same for my friend who chose the chicken one.) It wasn't very interesting, taste-wise.

10/09/2025: beautiful location and friendly service. we ordered the sea bream and the poire de boeuf and everything was delicious and well-portioned.
31/08/2025: Nestled in this charming village, we dined at the hotel restaurant. How can I describe it? The setting is simply incredible: a small, charming hotel with an amazing view from a beautifully landscaped and shaded terrace.
The cuisine is refined and excellent; we went on a Sunday, brunch day, and it was a delight.
And how could I not mention the truly incredible welcome! From the initial phone call to the reception, the service at our table, and even our departure from the restaurant, we were always treated with warmth and a smile. It was so refreshing to experience such kindness and friendliness.
We will be back soon to stay at this family-run hotel.
Thank you again for your hospitality and service.

I was really disappointed considering all the positive comments.
The only positive point was the very reasonable price.
But I didn't enjoy it at all.

03/05/2026: Excellent restaurant! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal from start to finish. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, and the presentation was impeccable. The atmosphere was perfect, with jazz playing in the background—kudos to Guy Martichon—making the experience even more enjoyable.
The staff were lovely, a special thank you to Jean-François, the chef.
I highly recommend it; you can go without hesitation!

03/04/2026: 3-liter bag-in-box bought in Caumont-sur-Durance. The wine was completely off, almost red in color. Undrinkable. Returned it... Reordered the same bag-in-box... Better. As expected, but by the third day, the wine was undrinkable and starting to fizz... A real shame for organic wine.

The cuisine is authentic, generous, and bursting with flavor. The dishes are expertly prepared, using high-quality ingredients and a genuine respect for traditional recipes. You can tell it's done with care, not on an assembly line.
The welcome is warm and sincere, with attentive service that's never intrusive. The staff takes their time, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Beautiful, carefully composed dishes. This is what you expect from French gastronomy. A great place.
13/02/2026: I gave it one star for the 50cl carafe of wine (but at €16!), the bread, and the presentation of the dishes. Zero for everything else. The welcome and service were cold and uninspired. The food was completely uninteresting and, above all, tasteless. The homemade foie gras was served with greens around it—disgusting. Not a word of apology, and no compensation. Three ravioli, supposedly with pumpkin and chestnut velouté? The highlight: a tasteless artichoke and, apparently, chanterelle mousse, and a "perfect" egg—a dish worthy of a bad supermarket shelf. A restaurant to avoid.

I never leave reviews, but this is too much.
The owner is haughty and aggressive, speaks rudely, shouts, is openly disrespectful, and creates a dreadful atmosphere. The worst part? She only knows how to be friendly with people who have money or who spend a lot. Everyone else is clearly looked down upon, ignored, or mistreated.
Unacceptable behavior, totally unprofessional.
The food isn't terrible, but it's absolutely not worth the prices. Nothing exceptional, a lot of pretension for very little quality.
A disastrous experience.
This establishment should be avoided; I absolutely do not recommend it.

06/04/2026: The Sevin has a very pleasant terrace, an impressive wine list, and we had some great dishes as part of the 50 euros lunch menu. Such as a pork with mushroom, well executed, and a kiwi dessert, light and original.
However, we feel the service could be improved. The example that surprised us the most, happened when asking if the menu is OK considering my wife pregnancy. The answer was : « tell me what to do - dites moi ce que je dois faire ».
We appreciate the openness to adjust as we wish, but were surprised as it was the first time we received such answer, especially from a Michelin listed restaurant.
Usually, restaurants proactively propose to cook the meet/fish a bit more, and as we, customer, do not know the recipe details, they usually check if there’s anything involving eggs (cream, mayonnaise, sauces…) or non-pasteurized cheese in the ingredients.
It’s is ok that they ask us what to do, but we were surprised that they do not seem to know. The only other restaurant where it happened to us was a pizzeria, where we had to explicitly ask if the burrata was pasteurized.
Everywhere else, starred/ listed Michelin restaurants, or others, staff always known what to do. And often (~half the time) even proactively told us what to be careful about from the moment they give the menu, as we always indicate it in the reservation comments.
So overall good food, view, nice sommelier, but our personal feeling is that the service could be improved.

Extremely good good - the cheese course is to die for. Great accommodations for a no-seafood person.
Friendly service. So-so wine pairing - the oldest, fanciest wines were definitely not to our taste. Extremely relaxed service: our 5 course meal took 3.5 hours.
