02/07/2026: The tapas were just frozen food. And it was served frozen and unceremoniously on a board. The waiter didn't care. Absolutely overpriced.

26/06/2026: Extremely unpleasant staff. They completely ignore what you tell them and don't remember anything you say.

27/05/2026: We had a wonderful one night stay. The hotel is traditional, in the most lovely position. The room was basic, but clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. The half board dinner was served outside and was excellent. Breakfast was taken in the interior dining room and was perfect. We we able to lock cycles in a secure garage which was a bonus. But the biggest asset of this hotel was staff. The most delightful Christel, who was so helpful and understanding and went above and beyond to make our stay a most pleasant one. Merci Beaucoup.

22/05/2026: If you're passing through, don't hesitate to stop at the Hôtel le Louvre with its magnificent market square; before or after your visit, you'll appreciate Mont Ventoux all the more! And Christel might even grant you the pleasure of dancing a rock 'n' roll tune! I certainly did... and I thank her for it, as well as for discussing accessibility and the OOrion app to make our travels easier!

28/06/2026: The service was appalling; we waited over an hour after our starter for our food. Not a single gesture of goodwill, nothing. As for the main courses, they were good.

04/06/2026: We had the pleasure of staying at Mas de Cure Bourse for our wedding anniversary. It was a stay filled with sweetness, romance, and delicacy... nestled in nature, like a refuge in the heart of Provence, a haven of peace... Our room was decorated with great care, a total immersion in Provence with the charm of a building whose history is respected and shared... ideal for daydreaming, a comfortable, peaceful, and restful cocoon. The atmosphere and Provençal style of the place transport you to another time, poetic and rejuvenating. You fall asleep and wake up to birdsong, the gentle rustling of the wind in the plane trees, and the fragrance of roses and wisteria on the terrace accompany your meals... and on cooler evenings, a charming restaurant awaits you with its magnificent fireplace and warm tones... when the weather doesn't permit you to stay on the terrace... We were welcomed by a smiling, friendly, and efficient team. They were calm and discreet, and they wanted to make our stay memorable with numerous thoughtful touches and helpful advice, particularly regarding places to visit in the region and the hotel's services... all to meet our expectations and every need. As for the restaurant, it was exceptional, a delight for the taste buds, with service of a quality worthy of a Michelin star... (and we were married in a Michelin-starred restaurant... so our judgment is not inaccurate...). The enticing and colorful dishes served were succulent, sophisticated, and a true poetry resided on each plate. An awakening of the senses and flavors, enough to awaken your taste buds... And above all, the Chef and his team's desire to showcase local produce and seasonal dishes; so much so that we tasted all the dishes on the "Seasonal Menu." Thank you to the entire Chef's team. Finally, if you are looking for a delightful and soothing Provençal interlude, a romantic getaway, don't hesitate to stop by this former 18th-century coaching inn, where Mrs. Bajolle's team will welcome you with great kindness and professionalism.

03/06/2026: Don't expect the refined and generous cuisine promised by the websites. The service was adequate and pleasant. The dishes were nicely presented but bland and tasteless, lacking any real flair. And incredibly expensive, too. When I expressed my disappointment while paying, I received no response. The setting is idyllic but unpretentious. I am extremely disappointed; it ruined my birthday. I left a message when making the reservation to mention it was my husband's birthday and our 20th anniversary, but we received no special attention whatsoever.

09/07/2026: The beef tartare was beautifully presented, and although I don't often stop there in the morning as it's not on my route, I really appreciate it when I do. The service is always excellent.

15/05/2026: I’m referring here to only the restaurant as that’s my only experience here. The service was mostly as expected for a venue of this type. The food, while tasty and visually appealing, was in my view pretentious and underwhelming. Each course lacked the elements to fully satisfy or impress. The wine list was our favorite component and the setting of the restaurant was also exceptional. Sorry to leave a less than perfect score but I want to be honest and constructive. Frankly I think the Michelin emphasis on dainty multi-colored, exotic plates is steering the restaurant industry in a wrong direction.

10/05/2026: A very pleasant fine dining restaurant with a terrace. Like all fine dining establishments, the bill adds up quickly, but it's very refined, with carefully prepared seasonal cuisine. Reservations are recommended.

23/06/2026: Disappointed with my purchase today from the vegetable vending machine; heirloom tomatoes (Rougeline brand from Marmande (department 47!!) not at all from the region and unripe; €10.50 for 1.5 kg, might as well go to the supermarket for the same quality. I bought some about two years ago and the quality was much better…

23/07/2026: If you're ever in Avignon, this is a must-visit! The crêpes are homemade, prepared right in front of you. They're delicious, large, and very reasonably priced. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling. An excellent experience that I highly recommend!

20/07/2026: The crepes were good, but the service needs improvement. There was a long wait, and the seasonal staff were unpleasant. One was on the phone, and the other had the nerve to serve me last, making a rude and condescending remark because I didn't know where to wait for my order. Not a very smart way to build customer loyalty. Furthermore, their gloved hands touched the phones, the till, and then the crepe...

17/02/2026: I'm never disappointed by this restaurant, whether I eat in or take away. The portions are generous, the staff is friendly, the food is excellent—you can tell absolutely everything is homemade—and the desserts are incredible too! =) They offer delivery in Pertuis, and ordering on their website is so convenient. It's definitely worth a visit! Thank you to the team.

09/07/2026: CORRECTION 08/07/2026: Ate there again today after a year. The ambiance is generally nice, shady, and pleasant with its misting system, although the number of guests makes the atmosphere less welcoming and more like a commercial event. The food: Generally different from last year, but overall it seems like the focus has shifted to mass production. The beer was incredibly warm, not chilled, and they only offer small drinks to maximize profits. This doesn't seem very customer-friendly at all 👎. Caesar salad: large portion, fresh meat, so far so good. 8/10 Venteux sausage: An overly seasoned Maggi sauce completely overpowered the taste. The sausage itself wasn't as tasty as it used to be. Now it's potatoes, not mashed potatoes, but with a small dollop of ready-made sauce. 4/10 The Bowle de la Place: unlike the Caesar salad, it came with cheap, processed chicken, which you can easily find in better quality at the supermarket. The rest was okay, although the dish seemed to be prepared very quickly overall. 2/10. EDIT: The next day, both of us who had eaten the chicken felt unwell. Nausea. The reaction of the previously so attentive staff was... shocking. No attention whatsoever. They only took our food order and then ignored us. When we ordered drinks, they immediately took our order for two beers. They didn't even ask about the third; the waitress just ran off. Strange. We would have liked dessert, but no one even looked at us for 20 minutes. Restaurant's development: quantity over quality 👎 The food is tasty and generally very good. Friendly staff, also multilingual and helpful. Portions are neither too big nor too small. Caesar salad: really good combination. Very original. Good chicken. Great sauce. Bravo. 9/10 Burger: The meat is good. The sauce tastes like a classic burger sauce from a tube = very sweet. The burger bun is brioche. Unfortunately, it's very dry because it was only partially cooked. It should have been crisped up briefly in the frying oil. 6/10 Venteux Sausage: Good sausage and delicious mashed potatoes. The gravy tasted like instant gravy, but it worked well. 7/10

08/07/2026: Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy our experience this time. We felt rushed, and the beer, whether bottled or pressed, was warm. My bowl was okay, except for the chicken, which was just processed meat and not tasty. It kind of put me off my food. After we finished eating, we were ignored, so we ended up paying, even though we would have liked to have dessert or an espresso. It's a shame; we really enjoyed it three years ago and one year ago. It's definitely gone downhill.
