Let me explain, this morning I'm waiting in line for fifteen minutes because the bread is very good! When it's my turn, the cashiers let three people pass in front of me "This can happen" So I point it out politely. At that moment, the cashier glares at me while asking me what I need! A little stunned, I ordered a fougasse and a character. The latter only brings out the bread… So I always ask politely The fougasse ordered, And there his work colleague Who says loud and clear in the store in front of my daughter one. From my work colleagues And all the customers “WHAT ELSE IS WRONG WITH THIS ONE? » 😳 Certainly, the bread is good, but “THIS ONE” will never set foot in this bakery again!!!

29/09/2024: Only one problem, but a major one despite this beautiful place where we can only congratulate the kitchen for quality dishes: the waiter... who seems to be the boss... we had the impression that we had to be at the service of this gentleman! We feel that customer requests bore him and that we just have to wait. He works so we wait for his good will. Too bad and if you have the choice try to find the charming waitress who is totally friendly, caring and smiling. Thanks to her.

22/09/2024: We have been visiting Vaison-la-Romaine at least once a year since 2007. We eat at l'Oustal for just as long. We only have fond memories of what it used to be like. Unfortunately, that is a thing of the past. Carelessly served food and third-rate wine can now be found instead. The price-performance ratio has dropped very significantly. Very unfortunate. We have decided not to come back.

10/09/2024: We'll start with the positive. The waitress was super pleasant and the bartender too. Clean toilet, that's nothing to say. On the other hand the negative point, we suppose that it must have been the manager, lack of hygiene on his part in setting the tables, licking his fingers to put the placemats in place, not smiling for a penny, lack of professionalism, unpleasant to wish with customers. Tight like a thong. We think that in business the essential point is a smile and friendliness, this does not fall into these skills, he should think about changing jobs.....
