04/05/2026: Perfect weekend at the Safari Hotel near Spirou Park! ☀️ A huge thank you for the warm welcome; we immediately felt right at home. The decor is simply amazing, so vibrant, it warms your heart as soon as you arrive 😍 As for the food… nothing to complain about: the tapas were incredible, you can really tell the ingredients are carefully selected and of high quality 👌 A major favorite was the banana bread cookie (I'd love the recipe, haha!). Special mention also goes to the cocktails: a perfect balance of flavors, elegant presentation, and top-notch spirits 🍸 Go ahead and try the cocktail of your astrological sign without looking at the ingredients… unlike us 🤣 The room was super spacious, comfortable, absolutely perfect for relaxing. You can definitely feel the hotel's family atmosphere, and it makes all the difference. One thing is for sure: we'll be back very soon! Thank you again for this wonderful stay 💛 Dolce bianca ♡

12/10/2025: It's a shame because the restaurant offers very good products, but we couldn't get into the restaurant because we were denied access to three small tables for eight people. Perhaps we'll come back one day when the rules change.

27/05/2026: What most people who place a positive review here forget is to check their check. We love the pizza there but now for the second time after paying we find out that to much money is charged. And not a bit. We ate 4 pizzas and had a soft drink per person and some scoops of ice. Should be 99,5 but 112,5 was charged. This doesn’t sound like a lot but this is happening there structurally. We have been there now multiple times and every time they charge more. I was the only one who noticed so we were to late. So please check your receipt before you pay!

31/05/2026: This was the first shop we encountered after leaving the Palace of the Popes. I was actually a little panicked because my husband had just fallen and injured himself at the Palace of the Popes. Upon entering the shop, I first asked the staff if we could have some ice to cool him down. To my surprise, the entire staff sprang into action the next second. A very kind lady immediately came over to check on him, helping him to a sofa to sit down and rest, and even cleaning his wound. Other staff members also came to help, some bringing ice, some bringing first-aid supplies, and others checking on his condition. We only wanted to borrow some ice, but received so much warm assistance. Encountering such kindness while traveling in a foreign land is truly touching and gradually calmed my panicked emotions. After everything was mostly settled, we were finally able to sit down and rest, so we ordered drinks and a salad. I must say, the salad was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the combination was beautiful, and it was the kind of simple yet incredibly delicious dish that you couldn't stop eating. Because we were seated closer to the interior, we could see the staff preparing the food and cleaning the restaurant. The whole place felt very clean and organized, making us feel very comfortable. After returning from this trip, when I think back to Avignon, what I remember isn't just the grandeur of the Palais des Papes, but also the warmth this restaurant brought us. If you come to Avignon, I would highly recommend this place. Not just because the food is delicious and the environment is beautiful, but also because there are a group of sincere and kind people here. If you're visiting Avignon, I would absolutely recommend stopping by. Not only is the food excellent and the space beautiful, but the people here are truly wonderful. 30/05/2026: Long wait and bland food. The young waiters and waitresses were at least friendly. The terrace is nice, but maybe only for a coffee or pastry...

30/05/2026: Worst service I've ever had in my life. There are other options in the area. I sat down for coffee in the morning and they tried to get me to eat something I didn't want, the outdoor seating area was only 20% full, the staff brought the bill and asked me to pay, even though I still had my coffee and water on the table. 5 minutes of a bad experience. Very bad service, worst experience. Continue, the street has better outdoor seating areas.

28/05/2026: A really lovely setting by the water for a drink and the service was perfect. The young waiter with the ponytail was really pleasant and had a great sense of humor.

10/06/2026: This message is for the management or the owner of the hotel. We stayed at this hotel for four nights and found that the pillows on the bed and the sheets are very thin and inexpensive. For the owner of the hotel to purchase better quality sheets is worth it, because the guest sleep on them for eight hours

07/06/2026: What a magnificent hotel! The location is splendid, the welcome was perfect, and the breakfast delicious. The only slight drawback was that one of the bathrooms was perhaps a little too small, and there were some unpleasant smells coming from the drains (but it was raining heavily). I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

27/05/2026: I had a wonderful afternoon at the hotel for my birthday present. The welcome was very professional. I started with lunch at the poolside restaurant. The manager and his staff were very friendly and attentive. The main course was delicious and flavorful, but the dessert, the Royal Chocolate with its crunchy layer of dark chocolate and praline, was absolutely divine! I had the opportunity to chat with the pastry chef, who is clearly passionate about her work. She creates perfectly balanced desserts, just the way I like them. Afterwards, I enjoyed some relaxation at the spa with an effective scrub and a soothing massage, both performed with care and high quality. Thank you for the warm welcome; I will definitely be back!
