31/07/2026: My 10:30 pm Nutella and whipped cream waffle was delicious; they weren't stingy with the Nutella, the whipped cream was great, and the waffle was just how I like it. No need to say more!

29/06/2026: A pure delight! We were just passing through and looking for somewhere to eat, and luck was on our side. We absolutely recommend it.

23/05/2026: We came for dinner. The service was pleasant. The food was simple but well-prepared, with a €39 set menu (Bib Gourmand). However, when we were told about the children's menu, the syrup was included, but we were ultimately charged €3. Given the wait and the overwhelmed service, we paid the bill without saying anything. The staff were friendly and smiling. But this billing error was quite unpleasant.

21/07/2026: The pool is unsuitable for children; the main pool is tiny, and the other pool is reserved for swimming. The lifeguard was extremely unpleasant and disrespectful, a hateful and self-important woman. The ground around the pool for placing belongings is extremely limited, undoubtedly designed to encourage customers to rent sun loungers. The showers and changing rooms are very cramped; you have to be constantly bumping into each other to move around. Avoid this place, especially considering the price.

16/07/2026: This is our third visit to this pool since we've been on vacation, and we love it. The staff are very friendly, the outdoor pool isn't crowded, and the spa area is lovely with different pools. 🏊🏻‍♀️

25/05/2026: I'm going to give you a detailed review because I think it's the first time I've ever been this low, and it deserves to be precise because behind this review are hard-working men and women in the restaurant industry. We had a reservation for 8 people at this casual, open-air restaurant near Les Sables d'Olonne. Upon arrival, there was no welcome; we waited 5 minutes standing in front of a band. No worries, we're patient, it happens. Once seated, we were offered drinks a good 15 minutes after our arrival... never mind. We were served fairly quickly after that. For our order, we had to wait another 15 minutes. Not everything is on the menu, and not everything on the menu is available. Anyway, everyone found something they liked... And then began an interminable wait... at least 45 minutes. We saw two people sharing the tables. There was no sense of energy... no efficiency, but they were smiling. The food finally arrived, and that's when the disappointment set in. The cod was very mediocre, the grilled and flambéed eels were nothing more than something dry accompanied by three steamed potatoes, the frogs' legs were acceptable, as was the burger. Side dishes were missing... they wanted to charge extra... in short, we ended up not ordering dessert. The bill was half empty... we told them so... they ended up offering us drinks for free... why not, but frankly, we have no desire to go back. Clearly, they are understaffed; the menu is too extensive to deliver on all the promises made on the plate. It's worth noting that there was a very pleasant jazz band, which was a nice surprise. I'm sure these comments don't surprise you, but I want them to be constructive. The ingredients seem to be of good quality, and the recipes are unusual, so it wouldn't take much to turn things around. I wish you good luck!

03/05/2026: Hello, just a quick update: although it was listed as open when we called to make a reservation, we unfortunately got a voicemail explaining that the restaurant is closed due to retirement. I hope they quickly update the information and find a new owner to take over the restaurant soon.

18/06/2026: On a recommendation, we came to the restaurant for dinner. The view from the terrace is magnificent. The welcome was pleasant, but the young waitress clearly doesn't know the job and isn't suited for it. She was very unpleasant, especially when we pointed out the lack of bread with our starter, which required it. The food was very average for the price we paid. We were disappointed.

18/06/2026: Bathroom needs renovation. Good bedding. Average breakfast, not much variety. The hotel needs a refresh, but its advantage is being 17 km from Puy du Fou, in a quiet location with a beautiful view.
