07/09/2024: Avoid for vegetarians nothing on the menu and nothing to offer. Totally unfriendly server who gives the impression that he is being disturbed. Rest of the meal without any interest.

05/09/2024: A great stay with a magnificent view of Gérardmer, certainly the most beautiful view in the city. Stop by the restaurant, the waiters are super friendly and I recommend the caramelized ham 🤤🤤 Thanks again to the whole team for this refreshing break. I highly recommend and I have already booked my next weekend 😉

10/09/2024: Nous avons organisé notre repas de baptême pour 40 personnes à l'auberge des Hetz et nous avons été ravis. Nous étions déjà venu il y a 6 ans pour notre premier enfant et malgré le changement de propriétaire entre temps pour était très bien. La cuisine est très bonne et le chef s'adapte à nos envies pour l'organisation, la décoration de la table etc... Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons également en plus petit comité.

30/11/2024: C’est totalement horrible les plats ne vas pas ensemble et ils sont pas bon le personnel affreux (politesse et service) puis le seul truc qui va c’est la tapisserie qui fait penser à de la boue

30/11/2024: Personel désagréable. Les plat ont été servie froid obliger de demander à se que on les réchauffe. 30 min a attendre le plat et 25 min pour les dessert, et on a eu notre apéro en même temps que le plat.

21/08/2024: Very friendly and efficient service! We ate very well for an unbeatable price! The starter buffet (all you can eat) is simple but fresh! Our good sized hamburger steak was very well cooked and the fries were perfect! It was nice, we will come back.👍

The 240 g spider costs 25 euros, it's a fake spider full of nerve and fat. Oh yes, I forgot the glass of lemonade costs 5 euros. 18/08/2024: We have just returned from a magical weekend! Leaving with our two "connected" trendy sons, we enjoyed a wonderful place, splendid nature and very friendly and professional hosts. Despite our late arrival, everything was in place so that we could dine without worries, and the dishes offered, cooked with real know-how, have nothing to envy of the great restaurants around. There is poetry in your dishes, Mr. Patrick🙂, poetry that invites you to come back, which we will do without hesitation for a single second😁 Thank you very much for this pleasant moment, which even children who are usually unbearable without a TV managed to appreciate while walking in this fabulous landscape and savoring your magical cuisine! And a big thank you to the waitress who, despite the rush between the many customers, always knew how to listen.🙂

10/09/2024: Finally a real and good Italian restaurant in the Vosges! Lovers of Italian cuisine, we stopped to eat on the terrace, a nice setting with the river right next to it. Always disappointed when I order a risotto in restaurants in France, I wanted to try it in this one. And the surprise! Perfect cooking, spices, sauce, octopus and fresh prawns! A delight! Finally a risotto that has flavor, that is not shaved, we are used to having. We see that there is a cook who knows and loves what he does. My wife and our son had pizzas, nothing to complain about, dough, ingredients and cooking, welcome to Italy (and even there we don't often have this quality). In short, we will return and highly recommend
