26/08/2024: Little discovery of this restaurant on Saturday evening, a coincidence! Great choice on the menu and very pleasant staff. My children loved it.

21/08/2024: Very friendly and efficient service! We ate very well for an unbeatable price! The starter buffet (all you can eat) is simple but fresh! Our good sized hamburger steak was very well cooked and the fries were perfect! It was nice, we will come back.👍

12/06/2025: Restaurant with very good food. Very poor service. Cocktails were made with a ladle, according to the waitress. Lack of professionalism throughout the team, and an absent manager... Could do better.

10/09/2024: Finally a real and good Italian restaurant in the Vosges! Lovers of Italian cuisine, we stopped to eat on the terrace, a nice setting with the river right next to it. Always disappointed when I order a risotto in restaurants in France, I wanted to try it in this one. And the surprise! Perfect cooking, spices, sauce, octopus and fresh prawns! A delight! Finally a risotto that has flavor, that is not shaved, we are used to having. We see that there is a cook who knows and loves what he does. My wife and our son had pizzas, nothing to complain about, dough, ingredients and cooking, welcome to Italy (and even there we don't often have this quality). In short, we will return and highly recommend

We have been customers for several years and this restaurant is at the top both in the quality of the dishes and in the welcome. We eat seasonal products, many from local producers or from Italy. Better to book because this is a very popular restaurant and it’s not for nothing

10/12/2024: Nice little restaurant, unfortunately if you don't have a reservation or are not part of the hotel we place you in the breakfast room.. we ate well, nothing extraordinary but overall it was good.

09/12/2024: Certainly the location is good but restaurant-wise it's the worst restaurant I've been in so far, a terrible atmosphere, we're spoken badly to, no respect to be honest. I had a very bad experience and will not go back there again.

15/06/2025: ✨ An exceptional moment at Pavillon Pétrus in Gérardmer ✨ A true culinary experience! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and attentive, in an elegant and refined setting. The service was impeccable, both discreet and attentive. As for the cuisine... flawless! Each dish was a sensory journey: remarkably fresh ingredients, subtle and bold flavor combinations, all perfectly mastered. A special mention goes to the 7-course menu with wine pairing: a pure visual and gustatory masterpiece. A huge congratulations to the chef and the entire team for this enchanting experience. A treasured address in Gérardmer, to be recommended without the slightest hesitation. We will be back with great pleasure!

28/08/2024: Very pleasant brasserie with attentive and very polite staff. Friendly place where the food is good value for money. Making a reservation for the weekend is preferable because of the spa resort.

18/05/2024: We came 2 years ago and had dinner at the restaurant, warm, generous and delicious. Perfect mention for cheese specialties! We were accommodated in one of the rooms above the restaurant, stylish, cozy and tastefully decorated. First, we were surprised by the price increase (€65 2 years ago, €95 today) With inflation and the installation of a SPA in the meantime, we weren't really shocked... But this time we were accommodated in the "annex", an adjoining building. A disaster! Small, old-fashioned, cold, curtains and bathroom from another time, damaged and scratched wooden bed. We were as disappointed this time as we were delighted the time before. The price is, therefore, and for the rooms in the annex, not justified.

15/09/2024: Good welcome, very good quality dishes in a beautiful “brasserie” atmosphere. It was the second experience and if we come back to Épinal, there will be a third with pleasure.

14/09/2024: Very well decorated place, accompanied by a very friendly waiter! The veggie and meat burgers were excellent, as were the crispy fries!

30/11/2024: Personel désagréable. Les plat ont été servie froid obliger de demander à se que on les réchauffe. 30 min a attendre le plat et 25 min pour les dessert, et on a eu notre apéro en même temps que le plat.

30/11/2024: C’est totalement horrible les plats ne vas pas ensemble et ils sont pas bon le personnel affreux (politesse et service) puis le seul truc qui va c’est la tapisserie qui fait penser à de la boue

22/01/2025: There waitress left me alone for a moment before coming to take my first order. No menu was offered to me, dish of the day almost imposed. Following the waitress's beer suggestions, I ordered one, she served me something else. Deplorable toilets, I almost hit my head and leaking sinks. When paying, I pointed out to the boss that the beer requested was not the right one, he told me that he had made a mistake in the orders but what they served me was the same but in better (served Leffe prestige instead of a white one, the opposite in taste and degree of alcohol). Inadmissible as a response to a customer. A piece of advice, go your own way.

28/11/2024: Bad reception on the phone for a reservation at 8:30 p.m., obviously the time was not suitable, he wanted to leave their service early. Very poorly organized service, no kindness with evil and insistent looks. The managers smoke in the restaurant, the food is very poor I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. To flee!!!

09/11/2024: Honestly, nothing to say having eaten there several times, impeccable staff, very helpful, top-notch cuisine, we enjoy it every time, frankly, I recommend this pizzeria restaurant. Well done to the whole team.

04/09/2024: Malgré le fait que ce ne soit pas la première fois que nous y allons, cette fois ci fût une réelle déception pour ma part ( pas mon mari) j'ai pris des pâtes au saumon, je me faisais une joie car il n'y a qu'au restaurant que j'en mange. Quel ne fut pas ma déception de vous voir une assiette de pâte affublé d'un pavé de saumon en morceaux baignant dans la matière grasse, je n'ai pas pû finir tellement c'était écoeurant. Bref il nous on perdu !

18/08/2024: Had pizza to go, but the atmosphere looked good. American furnished. Service was great and they also spoke English. Now the most important thing. 😀 We found the pizza very tasty. 😋

29/12/2023: Accueil et service au rendez-vous, les boissons du bar sont excellentes, qualités des plats pour Le Coq à l’âne et Le Grand Cerf.
