18/12/2024: Une balade en montagne faisant une boucle au départ du Collet passant par le refuge du Sotré qui devait se faire en raquette, mais qui finit à pieds par manque de neige au départ... Après une belle montée qui m'a bien essoufflé, le Sotré a bien porté son nom de refuge, car se fut un bonheur pour moi que de pouvoir reprendre mon souffle au chaud et dans un confort montagnard si accueillant. Le personnel était fort sympathique. Nous avons repris des forces en dégustant l'assiette du Sotré et du courage en savourant leur spécialité de dessert : la forêt noire revisitèe. Si vous m'aviez déjà lu dans d'autres commentaires, vous savez que je ne suis pas fan du "revisité", mais là, j'avoue avoir été bluffé, car un dessert comme celui-ci, on s'imagine en trouvé dans un restaurant classé plutôt que dans un refuge, quelle merveilleuse surprise !!! Tant de délicatesse gustative nous a donné du baume au coeur et nous sommes repartis plein d'entrain pour le reste de la balade :-) Bravo Le Refuge Du Sotré :-)

23/09/2024: I came to plumière for just three days, I ate at the restaurant twice. Decent dish, although I came a little late once, the other time on Sunday I had not reserved. The waitress who manages a lot of things at the same time kindly welcomed me, although I noticed that she was doing a lot of things is that she (doesn't appreciate that I am not reserved) which I can understand. I told him I had time. This lady is nice and really good at her job. Thank you again, sorry for not having booked and for having done something extra for you. In any case I will come back, Madam is really efficient and manages the table well despite the rush. I wish you only good and thank you for serving me despite the stress :)

08/09/2024: Simple but very pleasant. The calm allows for a very beautiful night. The room is clean and functional. We had a great welcome from the owner. The breakfast is great and enough to start a great day of hiking. The setting with Lake Lispach not far away is idyllic.

23/08/2024: It was our aunt from Epinal who brought us to this very good restaurant, very good products. We ate well, great starter+main course+dessert formula, great value for money. We ate mimosa eggs, followed by osso bucco fries and for dessert a good damson tart. Very friendly staff. We will definitely come back

02/09/2024: Accueil parfait, chaleureux, à l'écoute, souriant. Les plats dignes d'un grand Chef, mélanges subtils de saveurs originales, l'ensemble fait de ce restaurant, une étape incontournable à Saint-Dié dont nous gardons un souvenir autant savoureux qu'heureux !

27/08/2024: We came as a couple on a Sunday evening. The value for money is excellent. From starter to dessert we enjoyed ourselves. The portions are generous but you can leave with a “doggy bag” and enjoy it again the next day at home! In addition, the cheeses tasted are available for sale (large + for the Fenugreek one).
