18/08/2026: Lunch with friends (7 people). The cuisine takes you on a journey with its diverse flavors, high quality, and beautifully presented dishes. It's a shame the cod loin was a bit bland according to everyone at the table, despite being perfectly cooked. The service was excellent, with attentive staff. The atmosphere was modern and refined. However, there was a slight disappointment at the end of the meal... two people chose two scoops of ice cream from the dessert trolley, and unfortunately, we never saw them because, according to the young waiter, "there was no one left in the kitchen to prepare them." 🤔 I find this very unacceptable for a Michelin-starred restaurant. I can confirm that this waiter had all his might to take the initiative and do it... and his reaction to it is unworthy of an Oscar... no alternative was offered, even though my dessert consisted of only two tiny slices of pie, practically nonexistent. 🫣 It's a shame because this small detail will prevent us from returning a third time.

08/06/2026: A very warm welcome. Guests are received with pleasure. The room was comfortable and very clean. And the restaurant! What a wonderful discovery! Each dish is a feast for the eyes and the palate. A great deal of thought has gone into the flavors, and everything is delicious. The establishment's decor is very refined; the subtle touches reminiscent of South America and the overall design create a relaxing and very pleasant atmosphere. Add to that the choice of tableware, cutlery... everything is perfect! We had an excellent stay! Thank you for your welcome, your smiles, and the professionalism of everyone. Congratulations!

13/07/2026: The best Fleischschnacka of my life! We had lunch on the terrace with our family on a Saturday. The terrace is shaded by large trees, which immediately lowers the temperature a few degrees. The welcome was warm and friendly, and we were immediately offered a carafe of water. Given the heat, it was very welcome. The menu is varied, and the portions are very generous. I opted for the Fleischschnacka with raw vegetables, which were absolutely delicious (see photo). There's also a version with broth and green salad. The photo also shows the pig's trotter stew. The rest of the table ordered hanger steak or steak tartare. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Kudos to the excellent service and the restaurant's decor.

17/08/2026: Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our meal last night. First of all, the wait was very long: we waited almost an hour before being served. Since we were seated on the terrace, the servers rarely came to check on us, which made the wait even longer. We wanted to order raclette, but we only learned once we arrived that there were no power outlets available on the terrace. It's a shame this wasn't mentioned or anticipated, especially when you come specifically for this type of dish. I had ordered a side of vegetables with my fish. For a €28 dish, I ended up with only two steamed potatoes and two small pieces of cauliflower, which I found really meager for the price. As for the burgers, we weren't asked how we wanted them cooked. They were therefore a little overcooked for my taste, which could easily have been avoided by simply asking. I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, but unfortunately, all these little things significantly impacted our experience. For the price we paid, we expected better service and more generous portions.

17/08/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience. We waited an hour and a half to be served (even just to get a carafe of water and a bowl for the dog...) because they forgot to send our orders through their system. In short, it was a long wait, and they didn't even offer us a few peanuts while we waited. The wine was served lukewarm, or even hot. The fries were dry, as was the burger, actually. I should have known better than to ask how I wanted my steak cooked; it arrived well-done, almost impossible to cut. It's worth noting that I wasn't the only one struggling to cut my burger; other customers were also trying to slice theirs... I had hoped I was an exception, but apparently not. Given the high rating of this establishment, I'm very surprised by my own experience. It's a real shame because the setting is very nice, the decor is attractive, and the servers are all very friendly.

07/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! The service was pleasant and efficient, and the meal was delicious and hearty at a very reasonable price. The only downside was that we'd eaten a bit too much to go ziplining afterwards, but the cable held up perfectly! Thank you for a lovely time; we'll gladly return.

12/08/2026: A very warm welcome, a friendly atmosphere, local produce on the menu, we didn't stay long enough to try everything… the salads are generous, the flammenkuches are delicious (the goat cheese one, a delight!) and the crème brûlées with Vosges candy are a treat… In’houx bliable!

28/05/2026: One of the most beautiful Hotels you can get in this area, position is verry high up with a wonderful view. The Kitchen is also very premium with a tiny card but trust me, from what i tasted and saw... everything on that menu card is premium! The owners are very familiar in general which leaves a good feeling and they care about costumers in general. The Room are not modern but fit the flair very well, "wooden cabine" style and a nice view. ( you can see the stars while laying in bed) Everything is clean, no carpets (thank god i hate carpet floor in hotels) the bath also is clean, i even had a bathtub with nice soaps. The bed was a bit hard, that is why i give only 4 stars for the room. Breakfast is a quite small buffet but also with high quality products, for me quality is much more important than quantity so 5 stars for sure. ( coffe was not so tasty but i m not a coffe person ) Indoor parking for motocycles works great with a little remote to open an close the garage, just perfect!
