The cuisine is gourmet, refined, and of excellent quality, showcasing exquisite ingredients and flavors. The establishment offers a €41 set menu with three choices for each course: starter, main course, and dessert, allowing guests to create a culinary experience tailored to their preferences.

30/03/2026: A wonderful first time. I discovered an incredible cabaret through the prestige package. Upon arrival, we were enveloped in a royal blue haven of tranquility, surrounded by a few artists, where we enjoyed an aperitif and sweet treats to tantalize our taste buds. We were escorted to our table facing the stage for our souvenir photo with a dancer. The evening was just beginning: champagne, a refined and delicate meal, a sublime show, and interactions with the audience, which I adore. And Adriana, the host, is incredible; I loved it. One word to sum up the evening: a delight!

09/03/2026: Yesterday, I spontaneously got the last two free tables – a real stroke of luck. Excellent, honest cuisine, generous portions, and a lively, pleasant atmosphere in the dining room. The hosts are particularly impressive: warm, attentive, and full of personality. And the espresso was exceptionally good – a perfect ending. A place you'll want to return to.

23/02/2026: Very disappointed! We came once before, and it was great: fine and refined cuisine. But this Sunday, the dishes had a very heavy, overpowering sauce that was not good at all. We also had a very large portion of sweetbreads, which was sickening because it was too big, again with a heavy, thick, and very strong sauce. For dessert, we ordered sorbet, and we were brought three scoops with nothing else! Not a mint leaf, no small fruit for garnish, not a small biscuit, nothing for €15! What a disappointment for €180! We will not be returning to Karélian.

01/01/2026: Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. There was a bit of a wait, but that's the price of authenticity. The welcome was incredibly friendly and efficient. The food was excellent and delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. A wonderful discovery. I also recommend checking out their vending machine for their homemade products. They're excellent there too, and the prices are very fair. Thank you for everything!

26/03/2026: The trout was very good, as was the sauerkraut. Avoid the duck breast; the meat was smelly and acidic (especially since the waitress told us it wasn't the first time). We were offered coffee as compensation for the uneaten dish. The atmosphere and service were excellent. 😘

22/03/2026: We always receive a warm welcome at BH from the owner and his team. A delicious raclette tonight 👌🏻 A must-visit for us Gérardmer locals. Go without hesitation 🙂
