25/05/2026: We waited 30 minutes for the menu. No one served us. We introduced ourselves, yet we were told to be seated. We prefer to go to a place where we are treated with respect!

18/05/2026: A unique enjoyment of regional products, so much so that we were able to enjoy them again after a hike on the same day.

19/05/2026: We came for lunch today and had a wonderful meal. We were very happy with the set menu; everything was excellent. We rarely eat out because we're often disappointed, but you can go there without hesitation :) The service was also quick.

27/02/2026: Superb experience, refined cuisine bursting with flavor!!

23/02/2026: Very disappointed! We came once before, and it was great: fine and refined cuisine. But this Sunday, the dishes had a very heavy, overpowering sauce that was not good at all. We also had a very large portion of sweetbreads, which was sickening because it was too big, again with a heavy, thick, and very strong sauce. For dessert, we ordered sorbet, and we were brought three scoops with nothing else! Not a mint leaf, no small fruit for garnish, not a small biscuit, nothing for €15! What a disappointment for €180! We will not be returning to Karélian.

14/04/2026: We had a wonderful evening; everything was perfect: the delicious meal, the extraordinary show with top-notch performers! A huge thank you to Adriana, who was everywhere (serving, magic tricks, dancing, and singing!) from beginning to end—she was truly amazing! We will definitely be back.

30/03/2026: A wonderful first time. I discovered an incredible cabaret through the prestige package. Upon arrival, we were enveloped in a royal blue haven of tranquility, surrounded by a few artists, where we enjoyed an aperitif and sweet treats to tantalize our taste buds. We were escorted to our table facing the stage for our souvenir photo with a dancer. The evening was just beginning: champagne, a refined and delicate meal, a sublime show, and interactions with the audience, which I adore. And Adriana, the host, is incredible; I loved it. One word to sum up the evening: a delight!

19/05/2026: I don't think it's inappropriate to ask for information before eating, especially when you're with family. It's a perfectly normal question. I simply stopped by to ask about the raclette and fondue. At first, the welcome was pleasant, but as soon as I asked if the raclette was all-you-can-eat, the attitude changed and the atmosphere became colder. In Switzerland, raclette is often offered all-you-can-eat, so my question was simply to understand how it worked, especially since we're not from the area. I was then asked if I had a reservation, and then told that the restaurant was full, even though it seemed almost empty at that point. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding, but honestly, we felt a bit uncomfortable. It's a shame, because we came as a family hoping to have a good time.

01/05/2026: Are you a biker? Taking a road trip in the Vosges Mountains? Looking for a restaurant open on May 1st? Then go to this restaurant, I highly recommend it! The Vosges burger is amazing, amazingly good! 👌 The dessert is so tempting, it's irresistible! And for a reasonable price of €26 for a burger, beer, and dessert, you can't complain about the quality and quantity! Approved by a biker who was starving!

04/05/2026: A wonderful experience at Auberge Lorraine in Le Valtin! A charming setting, delicious and generous cuisine, and a warm welcome. Many thanks again to the lady who greeted us and kept us laughing throughout our meal. Ideal after a hike in the Vosges Mountains. Highly recommended!

01/05/2026: This is my fourth time eating at this restaurant. Four times I've been served exceptionally well, received a warm welcome, and eaten like a king. The cooking is perfectly executed, the meat is excellent, and the cheese is equally delicious. As for the portions... don't go there to get your summer body ready... they are very generous. Being a big eater, I wasn't hungry once afterward, and it's rare to even have room for dessert. Why look for another restaurant in Épinal when you can go to La Côte de Boeuf? The waiter is always top-notch as well: professional, welcoming, and always smiling. I recommend this establishment without hesitation.

01/01/2026: Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. There was a bit of a wait, but that's the price of authenticity. The welcome was incredibly friendly and efficient. The food was excellent and delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. A wonderful discovery. I also recommend checking out their vending machine for their homemade products. They're excellent there too, and the prices are very fair. Thank you for everything!

16/04/2026: We're from Bresse and we came last week with my partner. The meal was truly incredible, but no less so than the servers, who were very friendly and attentive! Special mention to the young waiter who's just starting out: he was fantastic!

12/04/2026: A true discovery. A warm welcome from smiling staff. The "pleasure menu" lives up to its name. It was a delight from start to finish. Perfect pairings and flavors. A special mention for the dessert, which was breathtaking.
