25/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An address not to be missed! We had a wonderful time at the Auberge du Morbieux. The setting is full of charm, typically warm and welcoming, perfect for sharing a good meal in a friendly atmosphere. The service is attentive, friendly, and very professional. The dishes are generous, tasty, and prepared with quality products—true local cuisine, just the way we like it! An inn well worth the detour: authenticity, deliciousness, and good humor are all there. We will definitely return! The owner is very business-oriented; congratulations on your professionalism. 27/10/2025: A superb discovery of this farm inn located at the top of the mountain with a breathtaking view! We eat traditional dishes there, very well served and well garnished. We even had the privilege of chatting with the owners who told us the history of the farm and their passion. It was a great experience and we will return there during our next stay in the Vosges!

28/11/2025: The owner gave us a very warm welcome. The daily special was decent, however, we were very disappointed with our dessert choices: a homemade vanilla/caramel Italian ice cream that was completely tasteless, and a "gourmet coffee" that was rather bland... What a shame!

11/11/2024: Family meal, my son's 3 years old, around twenty guests, a small room upstairs just for us, impeccable service, a copious menu, tasty cuisine and a family atmosphere. We were like roosters in dough. We can only recommend this restaurant whether for a weekday breakfast or a big meal on the weekend. The team is great, everyone takes great care and does their best to respect the requirements of diets which are not always simple and even decorate the room for the event. Many thanks for this good time. We will come back!

30/08/2024: Des années que nous venions, pour la fondue aux cèpes. Malheureusement en été ils ne font pas aux cèpes ( hummm c'est pas un peu la saison???). Service nul, serveur qui a peur de parler? Ou pas de langue? Niveau proportion? Euh, fondue à 2 on racler le catelon tellement la quantité à diminuer... très déçu.... Pas sûre de revenir après tant d'année de fidélité...

29/08/2024: Nous nous sommes régalés. Les plats étaient délicieux. 5/5 pour le chef. Petit bémol le service en salle manque d'expérience .Il aurait été judicieux de mettre un serveur expérimenté pour les grandes tables. Le chef a rattrapé le service en nous servant personnellement. Nous recommandons ce restaurant.

22/08/2024: Thank you, thanks to you we had a great week of vacation. Very nice little hotel 15 minutes from Bresse and 20 minutes from Gerardmer. Comfortable and rather spacious rooms, nice decoration. Good quality home cooking with local products, hearty breakfast and fresh produce. The swimming pool is a real little extra. And above all a couple of really lovely hoteliers with a great sense of service.

19/06/2025: I came this Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. to discover Doc's cuisine. Excellent dishes that fit the body of an honest man, and friendly and impeccable service! The duck breast is tasty and melts in the mouth; the Sarladaise potatoes are to die for! In short, an address not to be missed!

16/12/2024: Ah, the Brasserie de Jeuxey, nestled in this modern temple that is the Carrefour shopping center. A culinary experience where the everyday mixes with the extraordinary. Panoramic view of the excitement of the Orange store, the kingdom of Micromania gamers, and of course, the majestic aisles of the Carrefour. An authentic, vibrant, almost… industrial setting. A queue at midday that would make the biggest houses jealous. The staff ? Charming, attentive, and extremely efficient. The service is fast, perfect for gourmets in a hurry or impatient stomachs. Special mention for their smile, which makes you forget the clicking of the carts in the background. On the menu, a breaded chicken escalope which surprised me. Not by its audacity, but by its disconcerting simplicity. Accompanied by overcooked pasta tenderly bathed in its cooking water, orgasmic... let's say it was an ode to culinary sobriety. The desserts proudly bear the homemade label, and it's a nice surprise: honest, generous, and perfect to end on a sweet note. In the end, a great friendly experience with friends. An unpretentious address, where you let yourself be carried away by the warm and… acoustic atmosphere. To do again, if only to find this breathtaking view of the daily life of Jeuxey and to fill up on noises and smells. A little raw pleasure, just the way we like it.

24/01/2025: Very nice hotel, well located, very quiet, with a Spa. Superior rooms and suites, varied, local and generous cuisine. Three downsides however, the stifling heat, particularly in the rooms, forced to open the window in the evening to hope to sleep, the menus are of great quality, but sometimes with questionable sequences and too little diversity and the little empathy encountered ( to remain courteous) when asking reception on the trails passable in winter from the hotel.

20/01/2025: Very good services, at more than affordable prices. €20 for 2 hours of spa.
