07/07/2025: Hello, my wife and I came on a Sunday evening and what a surprise when we were told that the mussels were for people who had booked. I find it unacceptable that a restaurant specializing in mussels could not serve us a mussel casserole. Knowing that the latter were on sale, 1 XL casserole at the normal price. We did not receive a discount to compensate.

31/12/2024: We came to eat lunch with the family. Everything was very good, friendly service, tasty cuisine, generous plates. Small corner designed to keep children occupied with games, books and coloring pages available. Changing table in the toilets (very clean and spacious, ideal with young children)

20/11/2024: A chic restaurant with fine cuisine and beautiful creations. The food is of good quality, the interior is cozy and inviting. You should reserve in advance as the number of guests is limited. The only drawback: the French language, and only the French language, is required for ordering, processing, invoicing, etc. ;)

30/11/2024: Good little Alsatian restaurant, very friendly for those who want to experience the flavors without having to travel all the way there. Special mention to the well-stocked Vosges salad! Small downside, at the beginning not many people so servers available but after a busy restaurant, it's hard to find one.

24/08/2024: I recommend the cauldron. Very warm welcome, a restaurateur who takes great care of her customers young and old. A simple menu that guarantees fresh, quality products. Copious and delicious plates. Well done to the cooks and a star for the calf’s head and the Vosges salad ☺️

24/08/2024: We reserved a table for a Saturday lunchtime. We were very well received. The cuisine is as pleasant as the service. Plus there's food on the plate. Value for money is more than correct. I advise you to book.

21/09/2024: Wow, I just tasted the profiteroles and the Mirabelle couple at La Passerelle, this family restaurant in La Bresse in the Vosges. It was crazy good! Profiteroles, how can I put it... the dough is crispy on the outside but super soft on the inside. They're filled with creamy cream, and there's a layer of chocolate on top with just the right amount of sweetness. Every bite makes you want more! And then the Mirabelle plum pairing, oh my... The Mirabelle plums are fresh, a perfect mix of sweet and sour. It goes really well with the soft cake. The presentation is also super pretty, like a work of art on the plate. In short, the two desserts make the taste buds dance! The chef at La Passerelle is really talented. I have to go back one of these four, I want to try the other dishes. I seriously recommend it for those passing through the Vosges!

25/05/2025: We had a wonderful evening yesterday. A very pleasant waitress and excellent food with very fresh ingredients. A cozy and intimate setting.

20/05/2025: Lunch on the terrace today with a budget-friendly menu featuring fresh produce (a simple strawberry salad for dessert) and homemade quiche Lorraine for starters). The service was just right (fast and efficient). I recommend this spot, away from the noise and crowds of Place des Vosges. 👌👌

03/08/2024: La carte évoque l’idée de quelque chose que vous ne verrez pas dans votre assiette, c’est dommage mais il faudra vous y faire même pour le dessert. Si vous aimez la cuisine traditionnelle montez en altitude ici ce n’est qu’une illusion. Pour ce qui est de l’hygiène, accrochez vous…une crasse épaisse s’est installée autour du pied du bar, une pluie de chiures de mouche décore le plafond et je n’ose pas imaginer ce que doit être la cuisine. Dans les toilettes vous toucherez un inattendu balai dans un état pitoyable qui en dit long sur l’absence d’hygiène (un balai à chiotte vaut 1€50 chez Action…). Bref je ne recommande pas.

09/07/2025: My wife and I stayed one night in the Désir chalet. The welcome was attentive and thoughtful. We waited over a complimentary drink while our chalet was made available to us, even though our arrival was scheduled for a later date. We appreciated this very kind gesture. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. As for the chalet, it was an enchanting getaway for my wife and me, as the setting was idyllic and peaceful. The rooms were perfectly cleaned and warmly decorated. As for the hammam and jacuzzi, we spent delightful moments of tranquility there. Finally, the property manager was extremely natural and charming upon our departure. We enjoyed her delightful conversation. Thank you again. We recommend it.

01/12/2024: Commande à emporter de très belle qualité. Le meilleur couscous que je n ai jamais mangé. Les quantités sont adaptée, ni trop ,ni trop peu.tous mes convives étaient ravis.
