22/04/2026: The beds are as sturdy as modeling clay (my friend Peter Pan's bed collapsed). The first minute he tried to put it back up, but he twisted his wrist. The food is disastrous, plus the portions are about the size of a rabbit's. 🐇🥕🐰
04/03/2026: Excellent service for a group of 24 students and teachers. Everyone was satisfied: comfortable beds, clean facilities, good evening meals, and very good breakfasts. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

04/05/2026: Excellent hotel value for money. Pleasant room, comfortable bed. The only minor drawback was the lack of a power outlet by the bed. We had a very good meal in the restaurant. The staff were all very welcoming. A great find, I highly recommend it.

Don't open if that's how you're going to do things!
Yet our first experience a few months ago had made us want to go back. Never again!

25/05/2026: I already ordered a chicken taco with an extra minced steak, and instead of the cutlet it was fried chicken, plus it wasn't very filling! It's a shame because the kebab inside the bread is incredibly good and topped with your white sauce, which makes all the difference!

Flavorful wines, superb cocktails, beautiful presentation, spotless.
And the pastries: to die for! This is a real challenge for the few restaurants in Saint-Dié!

17/04/2026: What a pleasant surprise it was to find this restaurant in the middle of a trip without a specific destination. The food was wonderful and the service was more than special. The person who served us was extremely friendly, despite our mix-ups with the drinks and food. There were so many good options on the menu that we changed our orders a few times. In the end, we chose it as the best lunch of our vacation. We highly recommend it!!
