20/09/2025: Reserved a table on a Saturday evening for a meal with friends. Pleasant service. We were served quite quickly given the number of tables to be occupied and only one person to manage everything. Well done.

19/01/2026: Staying at the hotel, we decided to have dinner at the restaurant. We were delighted with our choice as we had a wonderful evening. A big thank you to Anthony, our waiter for the evening, who was very pleasant and always smiling. The food was delicious and a nice change from what we usually eat. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant. We highly recommend it!

25/05/2025: We had a wonderful evening yesterday. A very pleasant waitress and excellent food with very fresh ingredients. A cozy and intimate setting.

20/05/2025: Lunch on the terrace today with a budget-friendly menu featuring fresh produce (a simple strawberry salad for dessert) and homemade quiche Lorraine for starters). The service was just right (fast and efficient). I recommend this spot, away from the noise and crowds of Place des Vosges. 👌👌

02/11/2025: Very disappointed with this place. It seemed very nice at first, but there was no parking nearby. The waitresses were unfriendly, the toilets were filthy and smelled bad, and while the meal was okay, it wasn't very generous, under-seasoned, and tasteless. We waited over an hour for a single dish, and when I mentioned the slow service, she replied that it was busy, even though the restaurant wasn't full. She didn't apologize, so it was a very bad experience for us. Avoid it.

02/11/2025: Unfriendly waitress, dirty and smelly restrooms. Very slow service; we waited an hour before being served. No accessible parking for the restaurant.

18/12/2025: The decor was very pleasant and well-maintained, the waiters and waitresses were friendly and attentive, the service was excellent, and the pizzas were a good size. The prices were reasonable, offering good value for money. The only downside was that the person at the pizza oven near the entrance wasn't smiling or welcoming. Everything else was perfect.

12/12/2025: The owner smokes in the restaurant, the dog accompanies you throughout the meal, and the pizza 🤣🤣🤣 crust as thin as the owner's cigarette paper. In short, a very bad experience.

02/01/2026: We shared a family lunch this Thursday, January 1st, 2026. The menu was perfect, and the service was very responsive and professional. We left delighted. A great outing idea in the Vosges.

30/12/2025: Whatever you do, don't order the scallops as a main course!! €26 for four scallops (neither large nor fresh, by the way) on four slices of sweet potato (no bigger than carrot slices) and two parsnip sticks. It's fine as a starter, but definitely not as a main course! They really need to rethink the side dishes because after a plate like that, you're still very hungry!

24/01/2025: Superb hotel with a great welcome, the view is great, the breakfast is great, and our dogs were accepted with enthusiasm. I recommend.

25/01/2026: A very good restaurant, perfect for a quick meal. The steak and fries were good quality for a very reasonable price (€15, if I remember correctly). As someone with allergies, I appreciated being helped to choose my dessert.

12/01/2026: The staff were very welcoming and smiling, and they made my chicken Niçoise for me when it wasn't already prepared – really very pleasant!!

22/02/2026: It's a real shame because the food was good. The waitress was great. But unfortunately, a waiter, or maybe the owner, I don't know, couldn't manage their frustration. We barely dared to ask for the dessert menu calmly and respectfully, and they immediately became defensive, claiming they were overwhelmed and that they weren't machines, in an aggressive tone. We didn't understand their reaction at all. It's a shame because it ruined our appetite. Best of luck to you, and just so you know, there are anger management courses available.

22/02/2026: The food was decent, and the waitress was friendly. But I'm giving it one star because of the owner, who is grumpy and rude. He'd be better suited to a churro stall at the fair.

07/12/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed our night at the hotel. The welcome was warm, and we had pleasant conversations with the staff. The hotel is tastefully renovated without losing the traditional charm one expects when visiting the Vosges Mountains. The location, with its view of the lake and the town, is ideal (although it does require a car or a short walk to get into town). The ambiance—with its fireplace and dogs—made us feel right at home. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with some local specialties. The restaurant was closed, however, likely due to low occupancy. This isn't unique to this hotel, but in December, you can definitely feel the end of the winter tourism season in the Vosges, and the supply far exceeds the demand. Excellent value for money.

15/12/2025: Simple, generous, and expertly prepared cuisine. The manager is particularly pleasant, and the service is quick and efficient. The dining room offers a calm, sometimes very peaceful atmosphere when it's not full, in a pleasant setting nonetheless.

02/09/2025: A small, simple restaurant, perfect for a break on the road. The welcome is truly warm and polite, and you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. No frills, but efficient and pleasant. Ideal for a quick bite to eat in a friendly atmosphere.
