21/03/2026: Coming from Moselle, we'll be visiting the Vosges region often, so we'll definitely be back to this restaurant that exudes authenticity! We appreciated the tablecloths and cloth napkins, but above all, the excellent dishes for such an incredible price! The restaurant was highly recommended to us, and we'll be sure to do the same!

20/03/2026: We wanted to come for lunch today, just the two of us. We were told that without a reservation, it was impossible, as the restaurant was full. (There are two or even three dining rooms, so there are a lot of tables). So we left. Across the street, there's another restaurant, offering a three-course menu for €15.50. You have two choices for each starter, main course, and dessert or cheese. We were at the window and saw a maximum of 10 people enter the first place, which was supposedly full. Just so you know, across the street, you won't be bothering anyone, and the service is provided with a smile 😁

29/03/2026: Excellent restaurant! Great selection, quality, variety, good food, no waiting at the grill, homemade dishes, friendly welcome, attentive waiter. Flavorful wines, superb cocktails, beautiful presentation, spotless. And the pastries: to die for! This is a real challenge for the few restaurants in Saint-Dié! Highly recommended. 👍👍👏👏👏👏👏

05/04/2026: We've eaten at this restaurant several times and honestly, we have no complaints. Today, for Easter, we went back with our family. When we made the reservation, an Easter menu and the regular menu were offered. Upon arrival, there was no Easter menu. Surprised, we pointed this out and were told, "Yes, that's normal, given the event in the village, we changed it." The service wasn't great; there was no salt and pepper or peanuts for our aperitifs. We were given a small amount of Baden cheese from another table so it wouldn't go to waste. The fries weren't crispy and seemed reheated. The meal was more like a brasserie meal. It's a shame for this type of restaurant, which used to be very nice, but is disappointing today.
