25/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An address not to be missed! We had a wonderful time at the Auberge du Morbieux. The setting is full of charm, typically warm and welcoming, perfect for sharing a good meal in a friendly atmosphere. The service is attentive, friendly, and very professional. The dishes are generous, tasty, and prepared with quality products—true local cuisine, just the way we like it! An inn well worth the detour: authenticity, deliciousness, and good humor are all there. We will definitely return! The owner is very business-oriented; congratulations on your professionalism. 16/08/2026: My sweetheart and I regularly eat here and we're never disappointed. We came a few days ago, and I still wanted to take the time to leave a review 😋 The food is really excellent, the portions are generous, and the value for money is fantastic. We always leave feeling completely satisfied! And a huge plus for the staff: they are all lovely, smiling, and incredibly kind. We always receive a very warm welcome, which is truly delightful. A place we highly recommend and where we will definitely return again 😊

02/08/2026: Extremely slow service: we had to wait almost an hour for our food, even though we were only a table of three. The portions served were also very disappointing, with far too small servings. When we pointed out the problem, we were told we shouldn't complain because other tables had waited even longer. This unprofessional remark did nothing to address the poor service.

17/08/2026: A great restaurant in Gérardmer. Traditional cuisine, full of flavor and very well executed. A superb, generous cheese platter and a top-notch wine selection. The sommelier is excellent and very friendly, offering a range of very high-quality and very affordable wines by the glass.

14/08/2026: My second visit to this restaurant and I'm just as impressed as before. The dishes are delicious, expertly prepared, and perfectly seasoned. The sommelier is excellent. Special mention to the young waiter with the ponytail; you can tell he truly loves his job, a real pro! Go without hesitation!

24/07/2026: Passing through Saint-Dié, the Restaurant des Voyageurs was waiting for us. Everything here is delightful: the setting, the beautiful dining room, the wine, the food, the welcome, the service… Without even reaching the town center, we found exactly what we were looking for, with unbeatable value for money. Truly a great place!

10/07/2026: Perfect! We went as a family and had a wonderful time. I don't understand some of the comments about the service because we found it absolutely fantastic! Lots of humor and everything is done to make everyone feel comfortable. They really took care of us. The meal was excellent. Plus, the place was nice and cool, which was great in this heat! Thank you to the team for a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend it!

02/08/2026: Top-notch brasserie. Superb welcome. Very attentive staff and owner. Simple yet flavorful cuisine, cooked to perfection. Absolutely nothing to complain about except that it's top-notch 👍. A huge thank you for the warm welcome, even during the busy hours.

09/08/2026: A bad experience. The servers were courteous and friendly, but the service was incredibly slow. The wine had plenty of time to get lukewarm before arriving at our table, and the ice bucket didn't arrive until 20 minutes later. The charcuterie boards are best avoided: €19 for just two small slices of bread to accompany the salmon, terrine, and foie gras. So we asked for more bread: a ten-minute wait… only to receive bread that was almost stale. After nearly an hour and a half, the server reassured us: the dishes would arrive. As the wait dragged on, we even started to worry about the chef, wondering if he had fainted, or even if he had died! Rest assured, he is fine, and that's actually one of the positive points: the three dishes we ordered were of a good standard. To sum up: a 50-minute wait for the starter, then another 50 minutes for the main courses, stale bread, and mulled wine… The experience gradually became as tedious as an endless wait at the prefecture. I even think obtaining a building permit is faster than the food arriving at this restaurant! In England, all this might pass for a normal dining experience… but in our land of gastronomy, we're still entitled to expect a little better! As for the owner, she obviously has the right to reply. Managing such an establishment is clearly difficult. Perhaps, however, it would be more constructive to take feedback into account, even when it's critical, in order to identify what could be improved in the restaurant's organization and service.

09/08/2026: My wife and I had a wonderful evening. The salads were generous and delicious, with high-quality ingredients. For dessert, I recommend the strawberries. They were excellent. Not to mention the vanilla ice cream that perfectly complemented the strawberries, Melba-style. In short, everything was excellent. I will gladly return. Special mention to the owner for her great advice on the white beer with red berries! We didn't have time to say hello to our waitress, who was incredibly kind. We will gladly return.

11/08/2026: Honestly, I received a super warm welcome. The menu was simple but very good and quite generous. The rabbit was excellent. The staff were smiling and friendly. Stopping on the terrace was a real treat. Don't hesitate to eat here. Everything was spotless and delicious.

24/05/2026: My nose was bleeding and the lady at the hostel treated me extremely well because I wasn't staying at the hostel, I was out cycling!

22/04/2026: The beds are as sturdy as modeling clay (my friend Peter Pan's bed collapsed). The first minute he tried to put it back up, but he twisted his wrist. The food is disastrous, plus the portions are about the size of a rabbit's. 🐇🥕🐰

22/08/2026: This farm-style restaurant, typical of the area, with a view practically showing where your meal came from, is not to be missed. A warm welcome, generous portions, and high-quality dishes make for a truly memorable meal. The roast beef and pork loin are simply excellent, as is the quiche starter. The blueberry tarts are a real treat. In short, stop by for a while.
