17/09/2024: The pizza remains good and the price is good, and fortunately because 25min of waiting then there was almost no one in front of me....still (I compare to my experiences of pizzerias in the surrounding area where it's 10min or even 15 at max) . , I would wait the same if I was in a restaurant but deso it's FAST food. (The pizza is still good and the price is affordable)

15/08/2024: Great restaurant. Traditional. Very pretty, simple, effective menu with beautiful pieces of meat. Everything was very good, the meat excellent, the side dishes very good, varied and very well seasoned. Desserts too. Special mention for the boss Éric who is really great, pleasant, friendly, full of humor, no fuss, with great contact, it's nice to come across people like that.
We were desperately looking for an open restaurant, we weren't looking for a gastro but we didn't want the simple little brasserie either. Frankly, I was pleasantly surprised. Very good, good choice of good meats and well accompanied. Homemade. Why look any further?
We will return with pleasure if the opportunity presents itself.
07/08/2024: La pause à faire à Fleurance! Rapport qualité prix très bien avec des plats locaux. Le patron échange avec vous et vous conseille sur les vins et les mets locaux. Super agréable ! Il prend son temps. Assiette duo foie gras maison et magret fumé melon excellent. Plats magret à tomber purée et surtout un champignon farcie …. Filet de truite hummm et les desserts … gâteau basque et crème brûlée tout était excellent 👌 nous recommandons !

12/11/2024: A nice restaurant with nice food, but there is not much indoor seating. I visted on a Friday in November and was told that I would have to eat outdoors. Luckily the weather was fairly warm. I would always recommend booking a table.

I had the impression that the boss had a grudge against me, but I never managed to find it. Very warm welcome. Fast. Efficient and very good meal

03/07/2024: Situé sur une petite place où se tient le marché le vendredi, ce restaurant ne paye pas de mine. Il s'agit d'un hôtel, bar et restaurant. Il faut rentrer dans l'hôtel pour trouver la salle de restaurant. Les plats sont bien présentés et sont copieux. C'est la cuisine de Gascogne qui est à l'honneur. Le menu entrée, plat et dessert est à 18 euros ce qui est très raisonnable. Dommage que les desserts soient un peu moins goûteux que le reste du menu c'est pourquoi j'ai mis moyen au lieu de très bon. La serveuse est très efficace et sympathique.
