14/08/2026: 25 minutes without being served for 7 drinks when there were 10 customers, which confirms the other negative comments. What a shame!

28/08/2026: We had a lovely time at the restaurant for our daughter's 18th birthday. The dining room was beautiful. We received a warm welcome, the food was delicious, and we thank our waiter Antoine for his professionalism. A wonderful discovery.

02/08/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! If you want to enjoy your room in the morning… The hotel isn't exactly new, but it does have a few things going for it to attract customers to an area with limited hotel options. However, breakfast ends at 9:30 am… so if you're looking for a romantic weekend getaway and want to take your time… this isn't the place for you! As for us, having taken this into account, we were woken up the next morning by the cleaning staff who acted like bouncers, waking us up at 10:15 am to make sure we weren't staying! A very unpleasant experience considering the beautiful region. We'll come back, but not to this hotel.

05/04/2026: We stumbled upon this place during a motorcycle ride. It's a small, unassuming restaurant, but you'd be wrong not to go in. The service was very pleasant and the welcome was excellent. We started with the roasted Camembert and the porcini mushroom omelet. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and they were delicious. For our main courses, we had pan-seared foie gras with dauphinoise potatoes and flank steak with shallots, also with dauphinoise potatoes. Again, only fresh, high-quality ingredients were used; the meat was very tender, the gratin was excellent, and the foie gras was incredibly delicious and melted in your mouth. We saw a negative review for this restaurant, and I think it's a mistake because nothing is frozen here. Everything is homemade with love. We recommend it 200%! Enjoy!

03/09/2026: A café-restaurant just the way I like them. Authentic and authentic, with an old zinc bar and a beautiful antique storefront. The setting is pleasant. As for the meal, the daily menu included a seasonal salad with tomatoes and a good vinaigrette, duck breast with fries and ratatouille (also seasonal), followed by homemade apple tart. It's nothing groundbreaking, but everything is there: the ambiance, the service, the taste, and the affordable price. It was perfect, and we thank you! We will be back! Thank you.

27/07/2026: Ideally located, with a lovely young woman providing attentive service, and of course, delicious and unpretentious dishes. I had the pleasure of trying the burger with small pieces of seared foie gras: a delight. And the meat was butcher-quality. Not to mention their amazing homemade fries 😋 In short, I highly recommend it!

13/06/2026: We just spent three extraordinary weeks at the Hôtel du Commerce in Estang, and we will cherish the memories forever. A huge thank you to Yochen and Anneke, the owners, for their warm welcome, their kindness, their availability, and their constant attention. Thanks to them, we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Our congratulations also go to Émilie, the housekeeper, for her professionalism, her good humor, and the care she takes every day to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. A big thank you to Didier, the head waiter, for his efficiency, his dedication to service, his friendliness, and his constant attention to the guests. The entire team contributes to creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that makes the stay particularly enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a genuine welcome, quality service, and a warm ambiance. Thank you all for these three exceptional weeks. 04/05/2026: An interesting and innovative culinary experience (menu), original but sometimes surprising. The waiter was a bit gruff and tense (as described in many reviews) but efficient, yet you get the impression you're bothering him... The chef/owner is lovely and comes out of the kitchen whenever he can to greet departing customers. Update from Thursday, April 30, 2026: We arrived at 8:07 PM for dinner. The restaurant door was locked, even though the website indicated it was open. There was no sign on the door. People were dining at a table (probably hotel guests). So we called to inquire: extremely unpleasant responses, with no explanation as to why it was closed. 40 km for nothing.

12/09/2026: A very warm welcome; the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and offered little touches like an aperitif. We had a great time, with a lovely atmosphere both inside and outside on the terrace.

01/06/2026: Good value for money, very welcoming staff, a nice little village pizzeria, nothing to complain about! A bit heavy on the cheese, but the next day, as an aperitif, they're almost better cold! Which is very rare! We love it and we're now regulars.

24/05/2026: Honestly, a real gem! 🍕 Absolutely delicious pizzas, perfect dough, quality ingredients, and incredible flavors in every bite. You can taste the pizza maker's skill and passion. If you love truly great pizza, go for it without hesitation! 👏🔥

20/09/2026: A true artisan baker and pastry chef, the likes of which are hard to find anymore! The sourdough and honey bread is a real treat, the pastries are not too sweet and are beautifully made, and what can I say about the sourdough brioche with chocolate chips? A huge congratulations to the whole team!

28/09/2026: We have been coming here for years. It has always been a top-notch place. You had to come early for lunch, otherwise there was no room. We used to come here for the Salade Gascogne, but they weren't making it anymore, just like the rest of the menu. The choice is nil. We took the menu du jour. Neither crunch nor flavor. Very disappointing. The atmosphere of the lively hustle and bustle is gone, and by the looks of it, everyone ran to the restaurant across the street. What a shame! For us, this was the last time.

10/09/2026: It's usually fine in the evening, but don't go on Thursday at lunchtime; the person making the pizzas doesn't know how to use the oven. The pizzas were cold and tasted like goat cheese, which I hate. The Frenchy pizza looked good on paper, but it was cold and had that aftertaste; it was awful.

04/09/2026: What more can I say than the rating? Exceptional establishment, equally exceptional service and pizzas. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a pizza that's a change from the usual Italian style.

20/08/2026: Discovered on our motorcycle road trip, it was a pleasant surprise! The food was excellent! It's reasonably priced, and everyone is friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant; we promise we'll stop by again if we're ever back.
