23/01/2025: Extremely expensive! 8 sushis and a few makis = €36.80 for a lunch meal. The boss was unscrupulous, and billed my 14 year old son mercilessly instead of advising him on a more economical box. Very disappointed with the owner of this store who abused my child's credulity.

19/01/2025: You are the shame of Japanese cuisine, skewers that come out of the freezer and reheated in the microwave, then bring warm/cold, cold rice and overcooked, gyozas the same taken out of the freezer and barely cooked, lots of forgetting the order, prohibitive prices compared to the competition, it's not enough to form partnerships with great chefs and take beautiful photos! Money is not everything, there is talent too! Can't wait for you to close to make way for a restaurant or business that respects its customers!

07/02/2026: Very poor value for money. Both the service and the food were lacking. The decor and the building are very pretty, which makes it all the more disappointing for a hotel like this.

15/02/2026: This Saturday, February 14th, around 1:30 PM, we wanted to order pizzas for a team lunch at work. We entered the establishment, and the person on duty didn't even greet us. We asked if we could order eight pizzas, and the person sighed and simply said "no." We had to negotiate to order eight pizzas for a bill of over 80 euros. We returned to pick up the order an hour later. The person didn't even speak to us, just took the pizzas and put them on the counter. When you work in the service/restaurant industry, there's a minimum standard to respect: "Goodbye, enjoy your meal." If you don't want to work in the restaurant industry, find something else. There's a job center nearby at 1 Terrasse Front du Médoc, 33000 Bordeaux.

26/02/2026: the waiter was really rude to us. The food wasn’t what we asked for and when we tried to complain he got really angry at us. We asked for 2 pizzas and just because he got angry at us we only got 1!!!!! it’s crazy!! we couldn’t eat because the waiter felt like it!! Don’t ever think about eating at this place

26/02/2026: The truth is, the place is nice, the prices are good, but the waiter's service leaves much to be desired. He's rude and aggressive, from his gestures to his body language. You go there to have a nice time with your family, and this guy makes you tense and prevents everything from being perfect. Unfortunately, that overshadows everything else.

20/11/2025: We ordered a set menu for two, which included a starter with cheese, but it was practically just bread... The pizza with ham and chicken kebab had an extra pepper, and it was completely tasteless. We threw everything away... Only the bottled water was good! It's a shame, Pizza Hut used to be good.

06/02/2026: A cold and icy welcome. When you say hello to the waiter, you simply expect a response—basic manners and politeness. I'm still waiting.

23/01/2026: The bar was supposed to close at 1 a.m., but it was impossible to order a drink at 9:45 p.m. because "service is over." As a result, I joined a table of friends... without anything to drink.

24/01/2025: Nice setting/neighborhood. Very nice decor and friendly welcome! Now, the croques madame are not to be had, they smell a little too industrial (even if the fries are homemade) and some prices are incomprehensible. Non-alcoholic beer? 25 cl bottle? €6.50! I thought I was choking when I found out the price. Overall, I find it too expensive for the perceived quality and I had the feeling more like I was paying for a frame. It's even better to go back down to rue Saint Rémi, a few hundred meters away, and try some little restaurants that offer real homemade food for 20 bucks, the starter/main course/dessert menu!

18/01/2026: I went there this afternoon to drop off a returned package. It was quite busy, but an employee took care of me very professionally when I arrived! No wait at all! I've been going there often to pick up packages for several months now... The staff is always friendly and understanding. Pleasant experiences, I'll definitely be back! 05/10/2025: The old lady is disrespectful to customers. She took away my drink before I even finished it. Furthermore, when I ask for something, she tells me to go get it myself from the counter. She is not at all thorough or professional.

26/01/2026: I'd been hearing about this place for ages, so I finally tried it myself (takeout) and I wasn't disappointed! The dürüm was good, as were the meat and the white sauce. I even got some chili powder (I can't remember the Turkish name) which added a nice kick to the flavor.
