04/05/2024: Tea Time is Excellent. Everything is well worked and precise. The flavors are quite surprising I find. A very nice surprise. This is a place to recommend to all lovers of great pastries. You can also buy pastries in addition to tea time (which are not all in tea time). I also liked the fact that the chef adapted his preparations to our vegetarian diet.

03/04/2024: We had an enjoyable stay at this typical Elzas style luxury hotel.. the slightly overpriced room is nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and bathroom facilities The breakfast was excellent with a large selection of fresh products. We had a tasty dinner in the Winstub

The menu immediately seduced us with its diversity and its promise of authentic flavors. Every sushi we tasted was a masterpiece, combining fresh, high-quality ingredients that danced harmoniously in the mouth. The chef's talent and creativity was evident in every bite. The service was simply impeccable, with special attention that made our experience even more enjoyable. The dish that particularly captured our hearts was the Tempura Roll – a true delight that delighted our taste buds. The elegant yet cozy setting added the perfect touch to our evening. Sushi GM has become our go-to for an exceptional sushi experience, and we can't wait to return to experience even more of their culinary artistry. A real treasure for lovers of Japanese cuisine! It was my girlfriend's birthday which we celebrated discreetly because she is very shy. The manager offered him some small treats before leaving. Thank you for being sincerely kind to us. 05/04/2024: Absolutely stunning collection of mainly Pre War Classics with an outstanding number of Bugatti Cars, but also some other classics can be seen.The space is arranged very well with no unnecessary stuff , we enjoyed the walk through the building. The only downside is the missing ability to get something to eat in the afternoon, a small bistro menu with fries, Cake, Crepe or Baguette would be a great addition.

06/04/2024: Sorry for this comment but I've known better!!! I would no longer move from a new village to Guebwiller for that!!! Experience a bit of noise in the room 😃 but the meal was worth it!!! To this day having eaten yesterday what a disappointment fried carp ooh the just soft potato 😟 and burnt carp mayonnaise no taste!!! As a bonus it was my birthday and in my memories just excellent carp preferred coming to Guebwiller than to the Sundgau 😕 what a disappointment!!! Put it back. YOU. In question !! I have much more delicious memories 🤐😉

The detailed presentation of each dish, accompanied by a perfectly matched wine, made the experience unique and delicious. Thank you to the staff and congratulations to the chef and his team. 28/03/2024: We were recommended this restaurant to eat good sauerkraut in Colmar. Well not disappointed! On the contrary, a very nice surprise. Family restaurant, the mother in the kitchen, the son and the father serving, warm atmosphere. Very good and plentiful dishes. Very fair price. We recommend +++

23/03/2024: Quite disappointed with the restaurant. The tables are plastic, the tablecloths are paper, the paper menu is not complete and you have to look at all the slates scattered around the restaurant to find the 50% of dishes not on the menu. Price wise we have a natural tarte flambée for almost €13 which is excessively expensive compared to standard prices knowing that it remains a tarte flambée all the same. The service was quite unpleasant, we waited almost 30 minutes to get the bill. The boss was nice and made jokes but the waiter was much less cool. The dishes were good but the old-fashioned setting + price + service spoiled our customer experience.

12/03/2024: A massacre !!! Everything was delicious without exception! Big favorite with the marrow bones 🥰 We also recommend the queen-style bites and the frozen nougat! The setting is very cozy and pleasant. Go for it!
