23/09/2026: Very friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere and delicious lunch. Pizza, burgers, or the daily special, which included fish, rice, and vegetables. Reservations recommended. I felt very comfortable. Delicious dessert!

15/09/2026: Perfect! Let's start with the location: beachfront with a view of the turquoise waters of Corsica. A warm and welcoming reception from the staff. And the meal... My taste buds were awakened by all the flavors and textures from around the world! I ordered the Peruvian ceviche on the chef's recommendation, and I wasn't disappointed at all—quite the opposite! A delicious and very satisfying little gourmet coffee to finish. Everything was perfect!

22/09/2026: Unfortunately, we didn't find what we were looking for on the menu, but that's subjective. The tasting platter included a mediocre mussel burger, but the rest was good. Friendly service.

15/10/2026: We had a wonderful time. The welcome was warm. The location is fantastic, hidden under the trees. The food was absolutely delicious! A special mention for the black pork tenderloin! The wine pairing was perfect! Thank you!

04/10/2026: For us, the best hotel in Corsica: peaceful, intimate, and beautiful, both inside and out. The pool area is wonderful, with olive trees, flowers, and plenty of space to relax. The pool is enormous and heated. The room was lovely, designed for rest, and perfectly decorated. I would only change the shower and the mattress, which I found excessively firm. The staff were a 10/10. Their three cats are very friendly and made us laugh a lot. Breakfast on the terrace was a real treat. It has direct access to the village, although in Corsica it's best to avoid the villages. Thank you so much!

04/10/2026: This hotel is gorgeous. Staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel’s pool, its views, its architecture, its common spaces are incredible. Oletta is a gem. We loved walking in the town. Breakfast is excellent. Our room was comfortable and well decorated. One area for improvement is the bathroom. The shower was a bit difficult and didn’t match the luxurious finishings everywhere else on the property. Parking can be a bit tricky if the lot is full. But there is ample parking on the street. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone seeking a quiet, romantic getaway.

24/09/2026: We had lunch: marinated chicken skewers with yogurt sauce, fries, and assorted vegetables. Absolutely delicious! The restaurant boasts a lovely view of the sea and Galeria. Highly recommended!

07/10/2026: Warm welcome, the pizzas are very good and the desserts too. Cozy atmosphere inside.

12/10/2026: The restaurant is closed (end of season). It looks quite shabby and neglected. Behind the building, trash is simply dumped into the landscape. The beach is public and free to access. It's a natural beach that is also not maintained. Whatever the sea washes up is left there. Nobody cleans up the trash. It's a shame, because if everything were well-kept, it would be a great location. Perhaps it will be better next season?
