The sea bream was cooked to perfection, and what about the fiandone for dessert... light, lemony, and just the right amount of sweetness. A wonderful discovery for tasting Corsican specialties in a warm setting. Not to be missed if you're passing through!

25/12/2024: We just celebrated Christmas Eve by the fire. Establishment managed by a young, friendly and dynamic couple. Simple and succulent festive dinner made with fresh produce. Spacious room with very good bedding. I highly recommend

01/11/2024: À recommander ! Produits frais et locaux, à l ardoise (qui change chaque jour), un amour pour la cuisine qui se ressent dans l’assiette. Les aubergistes sont disponibles et avenants , ils racontent leurs plats , leur région, leur terroir … Ce n était pas la première fois que nous y allions , ce ne sera pas la dernière.

24/09/2024: Excellence has a name: the Auberge du Maquis. The staff, owners and chef are very nice people, the dishes (menu or à la carte) are succulent, especially the sole and the sea bream. The place is charming. To discover and re-discover!

29/08/2024: Es war ein Erlebnis! Schönes Ambiente! Nette Bedienung, der Chef auch sehr nett. Eine Bedienung konnte Englisch. Das Essen schaut lecker aus und schmeckt hervorragend.

11/11/2025: Paying €76.94 for a night out of season already seems excessive to me, but finding yourself with excrement in the shower after flushing the toilet was an experience to be absolutely avoided. Furthermore, it is impossible to go to sleep before 11pm because there is a restaurant below the rooms. Avoid!!!

31/08/2024: Terrasse bien agréable avec vue sur les montagnes et deux villages perchés Un jeune couple bien sympathique qui a repris ce restaurant en mai dernier De bonnes pizzas au feu de bois bien garnies avec pâte maison Petit bémol pas de dessert uniquement glaces à priori trop de perte du coup ils ont arrêté Tous nos vœux de réussite à ce couple!

08/08/2024: Nous avons eu l'occasion de manger se soir dans se restaurant vous ne pouvez pas le loupé arrivé a cobra le premier a gauche lever la tête vous verrez leur magnifique terrasse avec une vue a coupé le souffle ☺️ Très très bien accueilli je suis malvoyantes il y a des escaliers pour monter très sécurisé avec main courante . Nous avons très très bien mangé les patrons des gens accueillant et prenne le temps de discuter avec nous c vraiment chaleureux Les pizzas étaient vraiment très très bonnes au feu de bois Fais maison... Ma fille a mangé un menu enfant donc pizza a la taille parfaite pour un enfant sa c vraiment un plus ☺️☺️☺️ Mais vraiment si vous avez l'occasion de passer par la hésitez pas ce n'est vraiment pas si loin de île rousse nous logeons au camping ostriconni et du camping a cobra la route est vraiment magnifique nous avons pu voir le coucher de soleil en même temps ☺️☺️ Hésitez pas a vous garer un peu plus haut dans le village nous avons trouvé une place assez rapidement 😉 Et pour les patrons sa sera un grand plaisir pour nous de revenir à nos prochaines vacances ☺️☺️☺️😊 a bientôt les Alsaciens ☺️
