12/05/2026: Fantastic from start to finish! From the welcome to the food, everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves: the dishes were delicious, generous, and clearly prepared with care. Special mention to the owner, who was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive to his customers—it truly makes all the difference. A great place in the heart of Annecy for a delicious meal in a friendly atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

02/05/2026: Having been to Annecy regularly, I will never go to this bar again. The woman who handles the cash register should find another job or take some civics classes. Furthermore, I don't understand how they still allow smoking when the terrace is tiny.

31/05/2026: I had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Hotel Les Terrasses. My room was spacious and comfortable, and impeccably clean. The garden is a real bonus for relaxing and enjoying a drink served by very pleasant hosts. There's a large shopping center right next door, and an underpass beneath the train station provides quick access to the city center and old town.

30/05/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had dinner last night at L’Atelier des Tresoms and had a wonderful time. The cuisine was refined, full of flavor, delicacy, and creativity. Each dish demonstrated true expertise and a constant pursuit of perfect balance. Chef Éric Prowalski’s signature style, already recognized at La Rotonde, is evident in his inspired, elegant, and generous cuisine. A huge congratulations to the entire team for the warm welcome and the quality of this beautiful gastronomic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end and will definitely be back! 🍽️✨

07/05/2026: Let's start with the ambiance. We found ourselves high up, overlooking Lake Annecy. We were there in early May, from almost 8 pm until 9:30 pm. We were able to admire the sunset while enjoying our meal. The setting was magnificent. Next, the service. It was exceptional. We had a small last-minute emergency; the staff were very understanding: they expedited the service of our dishes and ordered a taxi for us. Finally, the cuisine. The harmony of the dishes prepared by Chef Éric Prowalski and his team was sublime; the cuisine was as creative as it was balanced. A big thank you to the entire team for this experience; we will gladly return!

23/05/2026: We stopped just for a coffee, and ended up with tapas (special mention for the hummus), then very generous salads (the burrata was amazing), and then another coffee. We had a wonderful, leisurely time with a warm, homey welcome. Thank you David, numbers 17, 44, and 42.

21/05/2026: We came for a family pastry tasting, and frankly, we weren't disappointed. Not too sweet, the flavors were well-defined and sometimes even surprising! I highly recommend it. The price is entirely justified by the quality of the product and the exquisite presentation. The MOF title is totally deserved.

19/05/2026: Very tasty, great flavors. The palmeritas were good, but not as good as the Argentinian ones! Good prices.

31/05/2026: It's probably the worst one on our trip, especially for a french restaurant. It feels very much like a tourist trap, and it's by the river and very crowded. The salad was very uncharacteristically oily. THe french fries were soggy. The esgargos were disappointing.

30/05/2026: Great Place for us as a big group, food was very tasty

10/06/2026: Disgusting establishment, avoid at all costs. 30 euros for raclette per person, tasteless charcuterie, and boiled potatoes. 100 euros for 3 people including 1 coffee, 2 raclettes, 50cl of wine, and a small fried dish with fries.

06/06/2026: A tourist trap… awful… We'd barely finished our coffees when they cleared our glasses to make it perfectly clear we needed to move…

01/06/2026: Delicious food in a lovely atmosphere. A good menu with a diverse selection of fine, regional cuisine, but also really good pizza. A nice touch: some appetizers can be ordered in larger portions (repas). Attentive, friendly service and refreshingly cold drinks. Highly recommended!

26/05/2026: I do NOT recommend this place! Supposedly good service! The cocktail with alcohol was tasteless, just water, sugar, and a sprig of mint for €11. The meal was decently served: half a potato with the meat for €23. I ended up having to cook at home, which is unacceptable. It's a deal-breaker; if you want to waste your money, you know where to go. The service was also lacking.

09/06/2026: Fantastic restaurant, owner is the host and very attentive to their customers. Food is superb. Nice location.

08/06/2026: Excellent service, fresh pizza, the children had their food within 3 minutes.

15/05/2026: The least you could do is specify that you are undergoing renovations and are therefore closed until further notice.

10/05/2026: The location is convenient, close to Annecy train station. The service is quick if you're in a hurry, and it's friendly with friends. The cocktails are good. The welcome was courteous. However, some points need improvement, which is essential in a restaurant: the lack of toilet hygiene, the absence of toilet paper even with two roll holders, and the lack of soap at the start of the evening service. Yet, when we arrived, the servers were waiting behind the counter. As for the food, it's basic, but that's the concept. The bread, however, lacks freshness; it tastes like it was left over from the previous service. For these reasons, I'm not giving it 5/5.

07/06/2026: Fabulous food with a great authentic atmosphere. I had dinner there last night with my family which was the best dinner of my entire holiday by far.

26/05/2026: A wonderful evening at La Porte Saint-Claire We had an excellent experience last night at this restaurant in Annecy. From the very first bite, the accras were light, perfectly seasoned, and delicious. For the main course, we enjoyed a Caribbean beef fillet and Arctic char, both cooked to perfection with incredibly fresh ingredients. The red berry dessert followed the same theme: simple yet excellent. But what truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere and the warm welcome. Pauline and Théo provide attentive and natural service, without ever being intrusive. As for Laurent, the chef-owner, you can tell he runs his establishment with great care—and has done so for over 30 years. In an industry where restaurants close as quickly as they open, 30 years at the same establishment is no small feat. Our neighbors at the next table had opted for the €27 three-course menu and seemed delighted—a formula we'll likely try next time. A handy bonus: the Porte Sinclair parking lot is right next door. An address well worth a visit in Annecy. See you soon!

16/05/2026: We were served by Lola this evening (May 16, 2026). She had to manage the entire evening service on her own, but she was wonderful: smiling, helpful, and attentive. Despite the long wait, the food was very good! We'll be back!

15/05/2026: The waiter gave us a frosty welcome; there were four of us, but only two wanted to order a drink. We were told that each person absolutely had to buy a drink, even though we just wanted a coffee before leaving.
