29/05/2026: Coffee was ok. But not very strong taste and more foamy than I like. However it’s worth noting the menu listed almost no gluten free (Only saw a brownie). We came because reviews mentioned GF options.

22/07/2026: We randomly chose a restaurant. A man at the entrance looked us up and down and said we needed to make a reservation. The restaurant was completely empty; there was only one other person dining.

31/07/2026: The culinary experience at La Rotonde des Trésoms and its chef, Eric Prowalski, is incredible. Special mention goes to the pea dessert and the John Dory tagliatelle. The setting is magnificent with its view of Lake Annecy. We had a wonderful time, thanks in particular to the staff who are lovely and very professional!

The pizzas are truly delicious, generously topped, with a flavorful crust and quality ingredients. 🍕 The welcome is warm, the service pleasant, and the atmosphere friendly. A great place to enjoy a good pizza, whether you eat in or take away. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

26/07/2026: Whatever you do, don't order pizza here. The crust is as hard as wood, the cheese is rubbery, the tomato sauce is so runny you can't eat it with your hands, and I had a terrible stomachache the next day. The other dishes are charged at full price but the portions are tiny (it's just an appetizer). In short, a total tourist trap! The service is just okay, and the atmosphere is very noisy.

31/05/2026: I had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Hotel Les Terrasses. My room was spacious and comfortable, and impeccably clean. The garden is a real bonus for relaxing and enjoying a drink served by very pleasant hosts. There's a large shopping center right next door, and an underpass beneath the train station provides quick access to the city center and old town.

28/07/2026: Lovely Patisserie with incredibly helpful and kind staff. Exceptional professionalism and were very ready to provide suggestions. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is in a courtyard that was very quaint when we visited. The food was absolutely delicious, as would be expected by a MOF. Not too sweet, well balanced, with a focus on the main fruit instead of some other gimmick. The food looks amazing and tastes amazing. Highly recommend visiting this place.

25/07/2026: A customer since the pastry shop opened, I've seen the service deteriorate over the years. As a result, I now go only very rarely, solely because the pastries themselves remain good, and some are truly unique. After the renovations, I decided to give it another try after discovering the new creations on social media. I was met with an unpleasant surprise right from the start: a young salesperson was single-handedly serving an elderly couple who were struggling to make a choice, while the line grew longer (new customers and those already served were waiting to pay). Meanwhile, two employees were chatting quietly in the back. The salesperson eventually called for help; a woman came to take care of the tea room, but I was still waiting to be served. When Ms. Rigollot finally arrived to serve me, I received a curt remark when I simply asked for a pavlova ("no, that's THE pavlova"). Not very pleasant. Regarding the products: the four macarons were simply placed in a plain paper pastry bag, and as a result, they had hardened within 24 hours. As for the pavlova—or rather, THE pavlova—I was unpleasantly surprised to find a strip of plastic wedged between the meringue and the creamy center, forcing me to dismantle the entire cake to remove it before I could even eat it. At over €6 apiece, one has the right to expect a minimum level of care, both in the preparation and the customer service. New shop, but the staff is still just as unfriendly, if not worse. It's a shame, because the pastry chefs deserve to have their work appreciated. So, I'm going to look for a pastry shop where they take pleasure in serving each customer, regardless of their purchase.

10/06/2026: Disgusting establishment, avoid at all costs. 30 euros for raclette per person, tasteless charcuterie, and boiled potatoes. 100 euros for 3 people including 1 coffee, 2 raclettes, 50cl of wine, and a small fried dish with fries.

19/08/2026: Great place, with a fantastic welcome and excellent service. Everything was done with a smile to accommodate our group of 12, which isn't easy, so well done! Good, generous food. I highly recommend it.

09/08/2026: We remain loyal to this brunch restaurant. We tried somewhere else because Haven was full, … and… we won't be going back. 😅 Very nice atmosphere and the food is excellent!
