Original presentations and perfectly cooked flavors, served in a soothing elegant decor. 200% recommended for a delicious tasting and excellent time.

27/01/2025: What can I say about this experience other than that everything was perfect! Our girls' lunch in the "VIP" room went very well. The dishes are tasty and well prepared with fresh, quality products. It's very pleasant to taste simple recipes that are sublimated. Our taste buds appreciated it! The server took great care to make this moment even more convivial! We recommend and will come back with pleasure!

01/10/2024: Un charmant petit restaurant dans lequel on se régale de produits frais et sublimés par un excellent chef. L'accueil est souriant et chaleureux. On se sent bien dans cet endroit et nos papilles explorent des saveurs subtiles. Nous recommandons sans réserves.
28/09/2024: This restaurant is so incredible that we went both evenings we were in Amboise. We found it in the Rick Steve’s guidebook. We loved everything about this restaurant including the music, the food, the wine, the decor, and the service. One hopes that travel will bring experiences and memories that will continue to enrich our lives. This is the place for that. My first night back, I recreated the entree with help from Julia Child. I’m also about to decorate a wall in my flat with ceiling medallions and decorate my mantle in similar styles i saw here. Service with beauty, grace, and style is something im going to emulate too. Merci beaucoup to the people that make this restaurant so beautiful.

17/10/2024: Wunderbarer Ort, gegenüber des Schlosses von Amboise. Sehr leckere Drinks und sehr gutes Essen. Le Shaker muss man unbedingt besuchen! Leckere Drinks, super Aussicht, gute Küche, das Team: alles phantastisch!!!!
Wer nicht im Le Shaker war, war nicht in Amboise.
05/10/2024: Toujours aussi bien après quelques années. Fréquenté par les locaux et les touristes.
Et quelle vue sur le château royal d'Amboise notamment à la tombée de la nuit.

22/09/2024: Found this by chance during a cycle trip in the Loire Valley and it might've been our favourite place of the whole trip! Burger and fries were top notch, perfect for a post-cycle, and the beer was great too. Friendly bar staff and great laid-back, non-fusty atmosphere.

23/09/2024: Coming this Sunday, heritage day, without reservation we were very well received. We chose this restaurant for dessert: roasted pineapple....
Hearty dishes, respected cooking, attractive presentation and refined cuisine without looking for the complications that are now very fashionable and sometimes risky. Efficient and pleasant service, a little touch of good humor.
Well done, keep it up!
