28/01/2026: I'm improving on my review from last year. It's incredible how the whole team goes out of their way, so naturally, to make every guest feel comfortable. The working-class bistro atmosphere is preserved, and the prices reflect that. The food is divine, unpretentious yet so flavorful and wholesome. Well done to everyone!

20/01/2026: Was invited to eat here by locals. The restaurant is centrally located in the city. A modest sign on the facade reveals the restaurant, but it is not eye-catching. At the entrance, it goes down a steep staircase with high steps. Down here in the depths, 3 rooms with vaulted ceilings open up. Cozy decor. For this cozy lunch, we ordered cheese fondue, with yellow wine and morels. This was accompanied by a plate of salad, potatoes, cheese and sausage. In addition, a basket of bread cut into cubes. There is definitely a tasty dish. Nice to work with the food in this way. The atmosphere in the house is good, it appears nicely decorated. The staff. Sweet, friendly, attentive and welcoming. Definitely a good place to visit if you come to the city.

12/11/2025: I often pass by this little inn. What a great idea! We stopped by for lunch today. It was delicious, with homemade savory pastries and a complimentary glass of foie gras with our meal. Everything was delicious; I highly recommend stopping at this little inn.

09/02/2026: A superb stop in the Jura region! We stayed one night with our two children in this charming establishment. The welcome was warm, the setting magnificent, and the staff truly friendly. Special mention goes to the raclette made with local products – a real treat. We highly recommend this place.

The welcome and service at the restaurant were so kind and pleasant. And all at a very reasonable price considering the quality. The icing on the cake was arriving to snow—a truly idyllic setting. 20/12/2025: The owners are very friendly and welcoming, but it's definitely not my first choice for a kebab in St. Amour. The meat is really mediocre and swimming in sauce. There are much better options just a stone's throw away.

18/01/2026: In Dole, I found most of the restaurants mediocre. Truly, congratulations! A top-notch menu, everything was excellent, especially the ravioli, even though choosing was difficult. Well done! You don't have much competition in Dole for the quality/price ratio.

08/12/2025: A restaurant located in the city center that I highly recommend. The welcome was very warm, the food truly excellent (from appetizer to dessert), and the place was pleasant and quiet. I had the "Express Menu" for €22: affordable, quick, complete, and delicious! What more could you ask for?

24/12/2025: We came as a group of four for lunch on December 24th to treat ourselves and not have to cook. We opted for the €44 set menu and were frankly not disappointed. It was delicious. The foie gras came in two more than generous slices, and the scallop and shrimp croustades in saffron sauce were gargantuan portions. We exchanged glances when we saw the plates... but the starter was truly wow! A small glass of Jura wine to cleanse our palates, followed by a beef fillet with Vin Jaune sauce and morels (in abundance), cheese, and dessert. An excellent restaurant, I highly recommend it. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff were smiling and attentive despite the restaurant being full.

06/12/2025: I came for my son's funeral, and the Hôtel de la Cloche recommended the restaurant. It was very pleasant, with excellent food and service. It reminded me of when I was the manager of Chalet Mont Roland. Thank you.

31/01/2026: Stopped here overnight on our way from Switzerland in November, an amazing spot with some outstanding food, the service was impeccable and we enjoyed the chance to try different wines from the area. A treat the following morning to be shown the wine cellar by Romuald and talk about his long career at the top of the culinary food scene

21/12/2025: This is an exceptional place. The restaurant and service is outstanding and yet manages to be unpretentious. As someone who is gluten intolerant it is one of the few establishments I have come across in France who take pride in not just accommodating the dietary preference but ensuring they had prepared special amuse bouche without gluten. It is a reflection of the care and attention to detail they take. Worth making a detour to visit (even if you are not gluten intolerant!).
