13/08/2026: Discovered a few years ago during our first visit to Dole, we were delighted to rediscover this restaurant's cuisine this summer during a stop in the city center. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, made with quality ingredients, and offered excellent value for money. The location, the terrace, and the dining room are also very pleasant. And what a treat to find a children's menu with dishes prepared using fresh ingredients and in portions perfectly suited to their little appetites! We will definitely return if we have the opportunity again.

11/08/2026: What a delightful discovery this tea room/pastry shop is, tucked away on a street corner in the heart of Lons! The welcome is very warm and the pastries are excellent and varied! I couldn't resist having another slice of the sublime vanilla flan. You won't be disappointed!

Each dish brought to us was presented with the utmost care, and all were exquisite in flavor and creativity. The same goes for the drinks, whose presentation was very helpful. So thank you for all these amazing, exquisite, delicious, splendid, excellent, indescribable, superb dishes... whose taste left us speechless, our taste buds completely overwhelmed! A huge thank you again for your consideration, your attentiveness, and your kind touches, which made our birthday celebration unforgettable! In short, we'll have to come back 😊

27/06/2026: We had an absolutely amazing stay! The rooms are impeccable, the attention to detail is astounding and we felt extremely welcome. We really loved the dinner and the peaceful garden view. Every dish was a delight, the wine pairings were great and also the breakfast was very tasty.

29/07/2026: While passing through the area, we tried this restaurant. It offers refined traditional cuisine in a warm and authentic setting. During the heatwave, it was very pleasant to find ourselves in a cool place. The decor is truly delightful: you find yourself in a beautifully furnished and showcased vaulted cellar. The food is generous, prepared with fresh ingredients. The service is professional, welcoming, and efficient. I can't think of any downsides. Perhaps it would be a good idea to add a few lighter dishes to the menu for summer. Indeed, most of the offerings are rich and hearty dishes, perfect for winter, but with a somewhat more limited "summer" selection. We recommend making a reservation for your meal. A great find!

28/07/2026: A lover of Jura cheese, this is the best that the capital of Comté has to offer. A magnificent vaulted setting; from the Comté tart to the spring salad and the Jura fondue with Vin Jaune and morels, everything was delicious, generous, and perfect. I highly recommend it. *****

11/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in Dole! The restaurant is ideally located, right next to Louis Pasteur's house, in a very pretty area. The food was delicious, the portions generous, and the prices quite reasonable. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere friendly. We had a great time, I highly recommend it! 😊

10/08/2026: Lunch without a reservation for 2 adults and 2 children. The concept is surprising and was discovered by the chalkboard outside the establishment, offering a set menu. However, there was no information about the menu, or perhaps we missed it. We were welcomed like family with fresh water, syrup for the children, iced tea from the Jura region, and a chilled quarter-liter of rosé wine, served at the bar. The meal was very good and generous; our only slight disappointment was the dessert, which was ice cream instead of a tart or other house specialty. The service was efficient, even if a little slow, but on vacation, a bit of a wait is to be expected. The owner was charming, although perhaps too busy with service to chat before the bill arrived. A unique place at an incredible price of €16 all-inclusive per person, drinks included. Definitely worth a visit!

02/08/2026: A truly wonderful experience: impeccable service (very friendly, warm, and attentive), marvelous local, seasonal cuisine...with a perfect balance of flavors in every dish, from appetizer to dessert. A wine list offering a wide selection to delight the palate. We were seated on the shaded terrace in the evening, overlooking the small garden...a very pleasant atmosphere as night fell. We will definitely return and recommend this restaurant.

Picturesque setting, top-notch welcome and service, quick, professional, generous menu and portions at unbeatable prices! A children's menu for under €10 (main course, drink, dessert) is very rare and of excellent quality! Go without hesitation!
