A kind and friendly welcome....
A menu...at the top! Unbeatable value for money! It's good, it's hot, it's homemade....top service...no need to ask for bread or another carafe of water...(the eye of the pros!) in fact ..nothing to say...except a huge thank you and a big congratulations!

Un souvenir marquant, la paupiette de truite aux écrevisses, sauce crème et vin jaune... Ajouter une belle carte des vins et un service efficace et souriant (la première fois où je demande une précision sur la cuisson d'un plat et où on va chercher le chef en cuisine pour me répondre ....)

On y mange très bien .
Ris de veau hyper bon et une découverte : langue de bœuf salée et fumée, plat local très bon

03/11/2025: Since 2005… pioneers and still going strong. I had the chance to have a pint there on Friday. The SPAR in Arbois (like the brewery, I assume) offers a triple IPA by the bottle, which I'm now enjoying in Paris and which is absolutely delightful. Bravo!
25/08/2025: Very good craft brewery. The recipes are well crafted and the range of flavors is quite broad.
We happily return from time to time.
August 2025: We still come back; by far, some of the best craft beers we've ever tasted. As a bonus, the owners are super friendly, cheerful, and always smiling—the best 👌🏻
Don't change a thing!
PS: If you could remake your elderflower beer, that would be great 😉

05/11/2025: One star less for the food because we were disappointed with the fondue we were served. It was grainy and very runny. The taste was good, but the texture was unusual.
For dessert, the tiramisu was also runny. This meal was for my grandmother, who was celebrating her 80th birthday, and I wanted to make her happy, but we were both quite disappointed.
