22/07/2024: I no longer recommend this restaurant. He used to be better. I went the first time in November 2023. The meal was delicious and tasted good. That's why I came back. But this time, I'm disappointed. I waited almost 1 hour for the dish. In the end, the Hu Tieu soup had no taste and nothing in it, no vegetables, except soup and vermicelli. In addition, the dish is quite expensive €15 for nothing. I will never come back to this restaurant again.

The service is also impeccable: friendly and efficient, with good advice on choosing from the different specialties. It’s the kind of restaurant where we happily return, as much for the quality of the dishes as for the charming setting.

06/09/2024: This hotel is perfect for discovering the environment of this city despite my good experience I find that this hotel is part of a type of temporary hotel (appreciable hotel but not for an entire vacation)

29/03/2024: Niquel we went there with my old branch, my young love Sebi. It was very refreshing for both of us. A moment of love, lucidity and gluttony. I thank this establishment again. Even if at the entrance to the latter we were frightened by the ton of truckers populating the place with their big arms and their bald heads. Fortunately we had a place in front of people so that we could enjoy our tasty dishes in complete peace and quiet. In addition, the prices are quite low. 13/03/2024: not knowing the area, this restaurant was pointed out to us by residents of Lons. We have a drink at the bar, and sit down at the table. We waited 40 minutes, and none of the waitresses came to see us, and no one apologized when we went to pay for the drinks. I don't recommend you. We went 2km further, to the Amaryllis, it’s a top restaurant! *it’s a shame, because when we saw the stuffed cabbages, they looked appetizing!

20/08/2024: We chose this restaurant for a quick lunch before our hike yesterday, but it was so good that we decided to take our time and really savor the meal. The Bresse chicken with morel cream was exceptional, and the Jura wine that accompanied it was perfect. The food is delicious, full of flavor, and the staff is very friendly. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We will come back with pleasure!^_^🍷

17/08/2024: On vacation, stop by chance really not disappointed. Excellent staff! And what about the very tasty dishes, as for the dessert worthy of a gastro at a very reasonable price. Without hesitation I recommend!!

17/09/2024: Family meal on a Sunday lunchtime. Good French cuisine, nothing to complain about. Good advice for wines. The servers are pleasant, smiling and competent. On the other hand, the boss...or service manager has a particular sense of humor...especially during the welcome. Sitting at the end of the bar with his mess of tables, you have to move towards him to give your name....I thought he was waiting for the dirty dishes to do them....he tried to joke during the service but too bad his humor was not appreciated

16/07/2024: Satisfactory cuisine but dessert far from up to par. A semblance of a povlova with seasonal fruits (apples roughly cut into brunoise, placed on the plate with a meringue and whipped cream laid out) seasonal fruits 🤔🤔🤔 disappointed given what was said on the networks

17/08/2024: Came at the start of the week for 2 piazzas, 2h30 wait.. and then finally we came this evening because competitor above (champa-piz) closed and very very disappointed……1 star because cannot put below.. Cold and uninteresting welcome, feeling of immense disturbance to the point. Good pizza but nothing more, no seasoning. Doubts about cooking over a wood fire…. expensive for so little as well as for a manager who pulls the mouth + the egg skull behind.. To avoid!!!

27/08/2024: We stopped by by chance as we are gourmet pastries. We did not regret the experience! This is gourmet pastry, the flavors combined are extremely well chosen, and above all a texture of incredible softness (we don't feel overwhelmed by butter and sugar which can sometimes happen in this area!) The person who served us was very kind and did not hesitate to tell us the history of the house and the desire to remain established in Arbois without seeking to expand at all costs. We felt a keen interest in craftsmanship and know-how (being a craftsman myself, I can only agree with their point of view!) So certainly the experience costs more than elsewhere, but the value for money is totally justified. If you have a sweet tooth and are sensitive to craftsmanship, don't hesitate to try one of their sweet treats!

31/08/2024: I recently celebrated my twenty-fifth birthday at a restaurant that made the day memorable. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming and attentive, and I was delighted to discover that they had prepared a special surprise for me: a white chocolate plaque with "Happy Birthday" written on it! A thoughtful gesture that added a magical touch. The dishes I sampled were simply delicious, with each dish offering a perfect balance of flavors. I also had the pleasure of discovering non-alcoholic food and drink pairings which turned out to be a great discovery. The combination of French and Italian cuisine was very interesting, bringing a comforting variation to the classics. The signature dish of this restaurant is a real marvel. I would like to congratulate the entire team, both in the service and in the kitchen, for their exceptional work. Their professionalism and passion for gastronomy are felt in every detail, and this helps to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. Thank you to them for making this day an unforgettable memory. In summary, this culinary experience was a treat for my taste buds and a real delight to celebrate my birthday. I can only recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have an exceptional time. We will come back with great pleasure, thank you very much.

02/09/2024: Very bad experience, waiting without even asking us if we wanted drinks. Then when taking the order I took the liberty of reminding the waitress that we had arrived before the next table and that we were in a hurry. Otherwise I wouldn't have done it! To make it quick I had a formula with half pizza and half salad. We were first served obviously after the famous table arrived after us and I was the last at least 5 minutes after my friend. The pizza arrived cold (not even lukewarm!!) and the goat cheese arrived hot on the salad as well. When I point this out to the waitress I am speechless at her response: “Ah, I don’t know, you have to check with the chef, it’s not me who makes the pizzas.” Bravo, it’s a flawless aberration!!! It was obvious that my remark to the little waitress displeased the boss who allowed himself to act like this! I was a restaurateur, it’s just shameful!! But beyond that…to each their own conscience!! Good luck and all the best to you.
