09/07/2025: For the first time, I ordered takeaway for a family meal and I was extremely satisfied. The dishes (pikeperch terrine and veal with morels) were very tasty (the terrine sauce was truly exceptional!) and the portions very generous for a very reasonable price. Everyone enjoyed it, I will definitely order other meals in the future

16/09/2024: Accueil fort agréable, commande une galette au beurre salé : quelle déception !!! Une galette pas cuite , on dirait un porridge étalé sur une plaque : impossible de manger avec une fourchette !!! Je fais gentiment la remarque et pour réponse :il fallait préciser la cuisson .. À la terrasse , une cliente me dit je n’en prends plus car elle ne sont pas assez cuite !! Donc les clients sont pas comme l’on dit les rois !!! Dommage car belle boutique de produits régionaux. Fuyez cette maison , ainsi que sa propriétaire.

08/09/2024: Endroit très accueillant,propre ..Mais propriétaire très désagréable !!! J’ai pris une galette (Sarrazin) beurre salé, pas cuite du tout , une bouillie étalée et chauffée, le beurre a du être oublié !! Au fait la remarque assez gentiment : j’ai tord les galettes se servent pas cuites sinon ,il faut le demander !!Nouveaute !! Et Mme le prend de haut et même à la terrasse une dame m’a confirmé qu’elle n’en prenait plus car pas cuite … Fuyez cet endroit

02/09/2024: Very bad experience, waiting without even asking us if we wanted drinks. Then when taking the order I took the liberty of reminding the waitress that we had arrived before the next table and that we were in a hurry. Otherwise I wouldn't have done it! To make it quick I had a formula with half pizza and half salad. We were first served obviously after the famous table arrived after us and I was the last at least 5 minutes after my friend. The pizza arrived cold (not even lukewarm!!) and the goat cheese arrived hot on the salad as well. When I point this out to the waitress I am speechless at her response: “Ah, I don’t know, you have to check with the chef, it’s not me who makes the pizzas.” Bravo, it’s a flawless aberration!!! It was obvious that my remark to the little waitress displeased the boss who allowed himself to act like this! I was a restaurateur, it’s just shameful!! But beyond that…to each their own conscience!! Good luck and all the best to you.

04/09/2024: Very pleasant and quiet place to stay. The dining room is comfortably furnished and it's also nice to sit outside. The cooking is hearty and substantial, but requests regarding intolerance or similar can be expressed at any time. The boss and staff are extremely friendly. We would be happy to come back if we get the chance.

29/11/2024: Travaillant assez proche je connais bien ce restaurant. Je peux dire qu ils vont dans la mauvaise direction alors même que le changement de propriétaire laissait présager le meilleur et donnait toute confiance. Mardi ce fut pour moi un point d équilibre pour les noter désormais moyen seulement . Les plats sont irréguliers , certains habituels bien maîtrisés mais d autres sans saveur. Les quantités sont devenus insuffisantes même pour un petit mangeur. Après le dessert le serveur annonce sans aucune gêne qu il l a pas d infusion, sans même s en excuser. Je laisserai une chance mais une dernière chance…

21/09/2024: Very large, warm hotel, very good service, a warm welcome. The rooms are clean. There is a restaurant, gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and hammam. I really recommend. The hotel is well located.

12/09/2024: Even though we were neither hotel guests nor had a reservation, we were given a table for two. The staff is friendly and helpful, even if you don't speak French very well. We were very enthusiastic about the food. Great French cuisine, beautifully prepared and very tasty.

13/09/2024: Cela fait plusieurs fois que je mange chez Philippe à L'auberge de la seille et ayant déjà déguster la saucisse de morteau qui est très bonne,j'ai cette fois ci privilégié la salade franc comtoise qui est succulente avec de très bon produit frais et copieuse. Je vous la conseille .

11/09/2024: endroit parfait pour passer une bonne soirée le patron était sympa amical le repas était succulent ,,, tous les plats sont effectués maison ^^ les tartes excellentes ,,et nous avons vite sympathisé avec Philippe qui nous a offert généreusement des digestifs, merci Philippe nous reviendrons avec plaisir ^^

29/09/2024: The setting is magnificent, if you are looking for a warm welcome, this is the brasserie. I recommend the salads which for my part are the most beautiful and hearty in the Jura.

30/06/2025: Sorry for my "French" but when you actually work!!?? We passed by multiple times, wanted to sit and get some food but it is impossible, obviously because you are closed in your working hours!

20/09/2024: To avoid horrible value for money Nothing fresh, no smell of cooking upon entering Morel sauce straight from the metro or elsewhere Red fruit coulis too. 93.oo euros for two without wine or aperitif just two coffees 2 sirloins and 2 filets. A cook who is not one and above all don't wait for a thank you or a goodbye, he just looks down at you. Good luck, but without us.

27/06/2025: This was my first time here, and I ordered two takeout trays, at a very reasonable price. The welcome was extraordinary. All the staff were very polite, kind, and cheerful. The sushi is fresh, really good, by far the best I've ever eaten at an all-you-can-eat restaurant. The hot dishes are delicious too. The best all-you-can-eat restaurant I've tried so far. I'll be back!

27/06/2025: Avoid!!!! Not fresh... Questionable hygiene, I like going to this kind of restaurant and I am very disappointed.... And especially only open from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m....

11/09/2024: Très beau resto avec des spécialités italiennes. Le pizzaiolo est très bon travail avec des produits de qualité. Ces Pizzas sont tout à fait exceptionnels. Moi qui ai une pizzeria dans le nord, je peux vous dire que vous pouvez y aller sans problème Pizza de type napolitain. Le service est agréable et le personnel écoute

30/08/2024: Reservation service to be reviewed, I reserved a stay in May by telephone for the month of August, I received the reservation confirmations by e-mail, 3 days before our arrival I was surprised in taking my phone that they send me a voice message at 11:00 a.m. to confirm my stay and finally at 4:00 p.m. they send me another one to cancel it, if you have doubts about a reservation take the lead and don't Do not contact people 3 days before and above all have the decency to wait at least 24 hours before canceling, in the end our vacation was shortened by two days because the reserved room was no longer available on the first and last day of the trip. No excuses from them, no commercial gesture. No reception, disinterested reception staff, don't even bother to look at their customers when leaving. Breakfast at 14€ overpriced compared to the lack of choice. Friendly housekeeping staff and very comfortable bedding.
