le repas n'offre pas un bon rapport qualité prix, une minuscule tranche de pain par personne, pingre, le café gourmand le plus triste que j'ai pu voir, au tarif du repas on s'attend à beaucoup mieux.

A new waitress recently joined the team, another huge plus: a true professional. We don't know if that's her job! But it's worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant 🥰👏

I particularly recommend the pork with wine sauce cooked at low temperature for 49 hours.
As a digestive, the homemade raspberry liqueur goes very well after the very beautiful Jura 3 cheese fondue
19/01/2025: We had an appointment to meet you at 7:30 p.m., the dishes being served at 9:22 p.m., almost 2 hours of waiting for a fondue and a Burger is really unacceptable!!! They give us a small basket of bread for the fondue, the fondue was barely halfway over, we had no more bread, we asked the waiter for bread and a carafe of water, the carafe of water being served at the table. 'besides, the basket of bread never arrived, we went to get it ourselves at the bar!!! I honestly advise you not to go there!! Coming from redheads, I find this unacceptable!!! 👎🏼

28/10/2024: Very nice discovery for a restaurant that doesn't look like much. Arriving at 1 p.m. we found a place even though the restaurant was crowded. Excellent risotto at Mont d’Or. Fast service and friendly waitress. The same goes for chicken with Comté cheese.
The boss is involved in the integration of young apprentices. To be emphasized. We will come back

On the other hand, the service clearly needs to be reviewed, the waiter lost in the order, not at all friendly, very disappointed in that regard....
And also no high chair for babies, you should think about that!

We were able to taste the dish of the day served in a collective casserole dish, a nice concept which is reminiscent of the authenticity of the products.
I personally had a burger, excellent bread, generously garnished and a rich sauce without being cloying. A taste of the real thing.
The fries were fresh and cooked to perfection.
If you add to that the very Cosi floor, well the picture is not bad at all.
Top service and I will definitely come back to try other dishes on the menu

16/11/2024: Very well maintained hotel, the rooms are spacious and modern, large bathroom. The breakfast is very good, the pastries are fresh and you can cook eggs according to the desired cooking. The welcome is warm and communicates a lot of information. The adjoining restaurant offers a beautiful menu with cordial service. I recommend the trout actually caught in the fountain next door and very well cooked
30/09/2024: Be careful when you reserve a room 5 months in advance, for 86€ and when you arrive you are told that there are no more and that you are given a room for 120€ and in addition that we charges you €120. There is definitely a stewardship problem. Finally, for me, I have already been upgraded at no extra cost.

08/09/2024: Merci Laure et Armando pour votre accueil et dévouement ! Nous nous sommes régalés. Superbe concept (buffet entrée et buffet dessert). Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. Les plats vraiment excellent, le cadre magnifique. Merci encore on reviendra c’est sûr et certain !
04/09/2024: A simple hotel that is unfortunately understaffed. A single person who is responsible for the reception and at the same time has to serve in the restaurant. The phone rang non-stop during dinner, but the lady couldn't answer it.
In addition, high prices, a large beer €9,-! In my opinion, the regular price of €120 is excessive for the hotel; you should check the booking portals.
But rooms were clean, it is on the street and therefore very noisy. OK for a transit trip, but not at the regular price.

12/06/2025: A stopover experience, the kind of experience we'd like to see more often! The owner's experience and friendliness lead to impeccable service, a perfect stopover menu, and a perfect breakfast. The Hôtel du Commerce honors French hospitality and the tradition of the Logis de France. Period decor!
