09/06/2026: Nice, but it's become very expensive this year (2026), and there's also a lack of secure parking, which is a shame. There are much cheaper options in Dole, and with the added bonus of secure parking.

15/05/2026: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT! DON'T HESITATE! Passing through town, this is a nice little restaurant. The waitress was very friendly and smiling. We all ate well; the pizzas were generously topped, the green salad was also generous, not to mention the desserts, which were very substantial. We left with our doggy bags. VERY REASONABLE PRICE!

08/12/2025: It's a disgrace! We get a snide remark when we show up with 3 people instead of 4, and then we have a reservation with a €60 deposit made that morning. They cancel the reservation an hour before by text message. It's a disgrace, Madam!

27/04/2026: A warm welcome, no complaints there. Beautiful mountain views, they're captivating! Good breakfast selection. Clean room. A minor drawback: the meals lacked variety in vegetarian options; two choices would be nice.

09/04/2026: The overall service was of high quality. The hotel staff were welcoming and very pleasant.

07/07/2026: The "mountain chalet" decor is truly stunning. That's what drew us in. Old wood and a small fountain on the terrace. But the wait was far too long; an hour for the daily specials. The service wasn't very professional. The presentation of the dishes was a bit too elaborate, at the expense of the taste. The beef tartare was unseasoned, and the warm goat cheese salad was mediocre. All this for an exorbitant price (€23 for the daily special). It's a shame the promise wasn't kept. I won't be back.

05/07/2026: Beautiful mountain setting. The food is generally good, although we were disappointed by the tartiflette which was swimming in cream with little cheese flavor – a shame for a dish costing over 20 euros.

06/04/2026: One star out of necessity. The employees accept money to let certain customers go ahead of us, even though we've been waiting for an hour. And on top of that, some are rude. An experience I don't wish to repeat. Thankfully, some apologized.

14/06/2026: Horrible!!! The welcome was so unpleasant that we went to have lunch next door where, on the contrary, everything was perfect. Shortly after, other customers who, like us, had initially chosen this brasserie joined us next door. Avoid at all costs: if they don't like their customers, they should close down!

A remarkable selection of natural wines at very reasonable prices. And two incredibly welcoming hosts dedicated to a truly engaging and wonderful dining experience.

17/05/2026: We had lunch at the restaurant. The food was delicious! The setting is relaxing with views of the vineyards and surrounding countryside. The service was impeccable. I highly recommend this place.

07/06/2026: We tried Le Lacustre after seeing the banner announcing a change of ownership. As tourists, we hadn't been to the place before, but we decided to give it a try. We ordered two pizzas on a Thursday evening: they were ready in 15 minutes, and the phone service was very friendly. We were happy with our order. A good experience for us; we recommend it!
