27/04/2026: The pork wasn't cooked through despite being sent back to the kitchen to fix it. I was bluntly told that it was farm-raised pork and that it should be eaten pink, not white. However, whether it comes from European farms or local farms, properly cooked pork is still properly cooked pork. Sometimes you have to be willing to question yourself and accept constructive criticism.

29/04/2026: Extremely dissatisfied, endless wait, lost order, unconcerned employees, they were completely incompetent. Luckily, there was Nadine. She took care of everything single-handedly. Without her, I would have left without eating. A very attentive, competent, and efficient person.

09/05/2026: Passing through Champagnole for one night, our hotelier suggested La Table des Délices d'Asie, and it was a fantastic recommendation as we had a wonderful time. We received a very warm welcome, the atmosphere was friendly, and the entire menu looked tempting! The food was truly delicious, and the seasoning and cooking of my dishes were perfect (the lemongrass shrimp salad was fresh and tangy, and the ginger fish had a particularly delicate texture). It's a shame I live so far away; I would gladly return!

19/04/2026: Lunch with our association today, very warm welcome, spacious dining area. Delicious meal, good quality fresh produce served with organic wines. Everything was perfect with truly excellent service and very friendly waiters. We'll definitely be back!

12/04/2026: We ate at Le Bois Gourmand restaurant. The service was excellent, the food equally so, and the welcome was more than perfect. I recommend this restaurant a thousand times over, if not more! 👌

08/04/2026: I went to get a limoncello and received two scoops of ice cream with alcohol in it, which you had to drink with a spoon. Limoncello is served in a tall glass with a straw, like in the photo I attached.

29/04/2026: Simply the best pizzas in Champagnole (and the surrounding area). The owner and staff are super friendly, the service is fast, the prices are reasonable, and there's a warm, family atmosphere among the customers. Thank you, Christelle and her sweetheart! Again last night (and as usual!), absolutely fantastic!!! We vote "Jojo Pizza"!

18/12/2025: The chef is fantastic, the owner is perfect and very kind, I highly recommend it, and the pizzas are very generously topped.

03/02/2026: The name no longer exists. It's now Union, and it looks very uninviting. Didn't eat.

02/02/2026: A quick reminder for the owner who refused to give me a doggy bag because he didn't have any containers! Since July 1, 2021, restaurants have been required to offer their customers containers for taking home leftovers, called "doggy bags" or "gourmet bags." The Agriculture and Food Law was adopted by Parliament on October 2, 2018, and published in the Official Journal on November 1. (September 2, 2021)

05/03/2026: If you want to eat a good burger, you can go there with your eyes closed; it's delicious, fresh, and the combinations are well thought out. However, I find them a little pricey! But as they say, quality comes at a price. I look forward to coming back to Lons to eat your burgers!

08/05/2026: We like going to Marie Blachere. Unfortunately, we often find that they don't have fresh pizza at lunchtime. Either they're out of cheese, the oven is broken, or the staff just doesn't feel like making a pizza. Instead, you're expected to eat the slices from the display case. That's what happened here again!! Unfortunately, the service isn't great. But the food is delicious 😋

11/03/2026: Super nice pastelerie and salon de thé, great welcome and service. We had different cakes and savoury quiche Lorraine and everything was delicious. Situated in the centre of the village. We do don't speak french and it was a very easy communication, very friendly place.
