30/08/2026: Hello, I am writing to you to report an incident that I found particularly unpleasant during my visit to your Leclerc store today. While shopping, I picked up a flowerpot with a very worn barcode. This was obviously not our fault, but we decided to buy it anyway. When we got to the checkout, the cashier at register 10 asked us if we really wanted the item. We replied that we did. At that point, we found her attitude very unpleasant: she started sighing, as if she was annoyed at having to take a few minutes to allow us to go and get another plant. She then put us on hold so we could go and get another one, while continuing to do some of our shopping. Meanwhile, the person who had gone to get the plant realized that she also had a voucher in her pocket. So we had to wait for her return before we could use it. When she came back, the cashier started looking at the other customers, glaring, and sighing, saying there was a really unpleasant wait. I simply replied that, yes, there was a wait, but it wasn't our fault since there was no legible price tag on the plant. She then replied curtly, "I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to the other customer." I simply pointed out that we weren't responsible either for the fact that the price or the barcode on the plant wasn't legible. From then on, her behavior became even more unpleasant. She sighed, spoke to us in a very cold and disagreeable manner, and, above all, handled our products extremely roughly, even throwing and crushing them, especially the fruits and vegetables. We are not usually ones to complain, but we found this attitude completely unacceptable. We fully understand that a checkout line can experience unforeseen issues and that there may be a wait. However, we believe that this in no way justifies making a customer feel like they are bothering you, sighing openly, speaking to them rudely, or handling their purchases carelessly. Therefore, I wanted to bring this incident to your attention so that it can be taken into consideration. I hope this type of behavior will not happen again, as it reflects very poorly on the customer service in your store. Thank you in advance for your attention to my complaint, and I look forward to your reply. Sincerely.

25/07/2026: I went to buy some wines and pastries. I'm very disappointed with the quality. You might as well buy from a bakery in a shopping mall. It's the same result. Very disappointing. I'll never go back.

25/08/2026: We went for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed a truly delicious set lunch menu. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and above all, the care with which they were prepared was evident. The waiter was charming and very friendly, and the service was impeccable. And what can I say about the dessert trolley… it was impossible to choose just one! 🤭 It's wonderful to find places like this, where the food is so good and you feel so welcome. Definitely a place to return to. We loved it!

26/03/2026: The quality has dropped a bit this year. We eat sushi quite often, almost always for takeout, and lately the rolls have been coming apart; they could definitely update that. The service is good.
