15/02/2026: My experience at Los Tios was particularly disappointing. The drinks served seemed heavily diluted, which is hard to understand given the prices. At these prices, one expects impeccable quality and a minimum level of professionalism. The welcome was also subpar: the waiter (or owner) was unfriendly and unprofessional. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere was unsettling. Some of the people present, very imposing and with an unfriendly demeanor, gave more of an impression of intimidation than conviviality. It didn't feel relaxed or welcoming, which is essential in this type of establishment. Finally, it would be more appropriate to separate the business activities: advertising a family real estate agency within the bar-restaurant seems inappropriate. This type of information is private and none of the customers' business. Between the questionable value for money and the unwelcoming atmosphere, I do not recommend it.

09/06/2026: Very disappointed with lunch today. After a salad served with pebbles and four calamari à la romaine, followed by a chicken risotto where I searched for the chicken as it was just rice and cream... and finally a fruit salad, partly canned, with two pieces of strawberries and two slices of fresh banana, and a coffee. All this for €30.50. To be honest, I find the price disproportionate to the quality and quantity served.

26/05/2026: A deplorable welcome from an insufferable young waiter. Several unpleasant remarks led us to leave. It's a shame, as this restaurant looked promising based on some reviews. Avoid it; there are plenty of other options nearby.

06/05/2026: I still enjoy coming here, it's good, you get what you need, but having a sales assistant alone at 12:30 with a rush arriving at 12:35 is unacceptable. No one else in the store to help a line of customers that barely diminishes before leaving again... no more pizza... sandwich counter emptying... baguettes also empty... so we have a sales assistant who has to redo everything while she's alone for several hours? That's not right. Perhaps you need to teach your employees how to make schedules.

12/05/2026: I'm a regular customer at this restaurant, which certainly lends some credibility to my opinion. Closed or open? It's true, you never really know; the rather austere storefront doesn't exactly invite you in. However, the welcome has always been pleasant and friendly. Usually, there's only one person to greet you, take the money, and keep the buffet stocked… not easy, even though I've never seen more than six customers at a time… but the smile is always there. Keeping the buffet stocked… that's where the problem lies. The dishes gradually dwindle and aren't always replenished. Regulars know it's best to help yourself on your first visit 😊, but given the low number of customers, you can understand the benefit of cooking "to order" and avoiding waste. As for the quality: the spring rolls and fritters are good (not homemade). The main courses are of inconsistent quality and sometimes difficult to identify 😁 Pork and chicken, what sauce??? But there are some pleasant surprises to be had, especially with the fish. The desserts are homemade and delicious. In short… decent Asian cuisine in Casteljaloux at a very affordable price is fantastic!

04/03/2026: 5/5 reviews 🤔 How is that possible? Horrible restaurant, pathetic buffet, terrible quality, and a waitress more interested in chatting with a friend than serving. (There were only 3 customers in total with us.) We were completely ripped off... Oh, and I almost forgot the dysentery that followed in the afternoon. In short, avoid at all costs.

03/04/2026: Hello, Le César has had several owners, three or four in total. I only knew the last two! So… Claire! Who was quite nice, but who probably had some personal issues that affected his professional life. It was a fun, well-run nightclub, always packed. There was a great atmosphere! Superb New Year's Eve parties! Carnival nights where laughter was guaranteed…. The security service was very professional. When Paulo Rosa was part of it, we felt safe with his colleagues. But lately, sometimes the DJ wasn't at his best! And his playlist had become a bit repetitive recently. On the smaller side, they played excellent reggae music, etc… It's a shame that, according to the rumors, this club is going to close! Because it's really very beautiful! They took too many years to include a drink with the entrance fee. If it does close, I hope someone will take it over! Because this company is part of the Agen region. Best of luck to the former owner or, if applicable, the new owners!

07/06/2026: The service was very slow despite there being few people, and the sandwiches were assembled quickly. Half of one was spilled in the packaging. The music was too loud; this isn't a bar with a lively atmosphere.

07/06/2026: Not great. Slow service for ice cream and drinks, even though there was no one there. Very noisy with the music; we're not in a nightclub. And the hygiene of the restrooms was deplorable.

23/01/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you're intruding. One of the waitresses is particularly unpleasant and clearly doesn't enjoy her job, which makes the atmosphere oppressive. Added to this are problems with the service and quality: the panna cotta was really bad, and there was a mistake with a drink (a mocktail was ordered, but an alcoholic beverage was served). Within a five-minute walk, there are many far superior alternatives.

25/04/2026: The buffet was good, lots of appetizers, but the steak was tough as a shoe (medium rare)

20/12/2025: We hadn't been there in a very long time. We were the only ones in the entire restaurant. It was cold, so we had to eat with our coats on. The appetizer buffet was decent, but it would be helpful to have small signs indicating what was available. The soup was very good, but the duck confit with garlic was served without garlic, and the fries were frozen—a real shame! The dessert buffet was mediocre; the floating island was inedible and barely stale. There was no soap in the restrooms—we were really disappointed!

05/05/2026: Very disappointed, I went to the drive-thru and proceeded to pay. The card reader said payment accepted, but the McDonald's computer malfunctioned and displayed payment refused. The manager told me to check my banking application. In the car, the payment was indeed taken, and I was told I couldn't give you my order because my computer didn't show it as paid. Up to that point, I could understand a computer glitch. However, then no, they asked me to pay for my order a second time to get it, which cost 80 euros for a McDonald's meal, and told me to come back in three days with proof that I had paid twice and that I would be reimbursed. So I did it, double-checked, came back 3 days later, showed proof, and asked for a refund, but no apology or even a free burger because I was the victim of a glitch on their part. I had paid 40 euros upfront for 3 days to get my order. If this is McDonald's business model, and they think they can get away with anything because they're big, strong, and powerful, I advise everyone against going back. You can find very good burgers for no more at small restaurants because McDonald's has become outrageously expensive!

28/06/2026: Very disappointed. Very, very, very limited choices. The dish was extremely greasy, swimming in oil—anything but appetizing. I absolutely do not recommend it. And the whipped cream was moldy, so very mediocre for a restaurant!
