06/08/2026: A lovely restaurant for a pleasant evening in Figeac. A warm welcome, an original setting (especially the terrace opposite the restaurant), a varied menu, a wide selection of delicious pizzas, generous portions, and very reasonable prices. Parking is available nearby but fills up quickly in high season. In short, an address to remember for a pleasant evening, whether alone or with company.

19/12/2025: We were just passing through and what a pleasant surprise! We had a great time: good food, friendly waitress, nice setting (we were in the veranda), parking right next door, accessible for people with reduced mobility.

14/10/2025: Lovely place five minutes from the main freeway. Good food, a real espresso machine, snacks and cheeses and baguettes (+ ice creams) and clean ADA accessible bathrooms. Very nice owners who helped by letting us speak English instead of our terrible French. Lunch kitchen closes for prepared meals after 2ish, but there are snacks and foods to buy off the shelves along with beer/wine/cocktails if someone else is driving. Easy parking where you can see the car from your table. Definitely the center of a tiny village across from the church.

Everything is thoughtfully designed: the warm welcome, the quality of the meals prepared with produce from the estate, and the attention to detail. The owners are passionate and generously share their love of the local area, gastronomy, and nature. A special mention for the sourdough bread-making workshop. An experience as enriching as it was enjoyable. The explanations are fascinating, the learning is accessible to all, and what a pleasure to leave with your own loaf and new skills! An exceptional place that we recommend without hesitation!

The property has a warm, charming feel that immediately makes you feel like you're staying somewhere with character rather than at a generic chain hotel. The staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming, and we always felt well taken care of during our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet at night, and we slept very well. One of the highlights was simply sitting outside and enjoying the surroundings, which felt authentically French and far removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection and quality ingredients, and the overall atmosphere throughout the property felt relaxed and inviting. The owner is very helpful, kind, and friendly. The owner's wife is the head chef, and she's a true professional.

02/08/2026: The waitress has absolutely no sense of service. She decides where she seats you, and you have no choice. I ordered a plate for 18 euros, and she chose to seat me in a cramped corner under a ceiling that was under construction, even though almost the entire dining room was empty. A couple arrived with their little girl; the girl wanted to sit at a specific table, and the waitress refused without any explanation, speaking to them in an arrogant tone. The owner also tends to speak in an arrogant tone and without a single smile. The main dining room is only for those ordering plates. If you order a simple kebab to eat in, you're seated two meters from the kebab preparation area, ensuring your clothes smell strongly of grease and frying oil when you leave...even if the main dining room is empty.

30/03/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant; the waitress was very friendly and professional. The meal was delicious. The atmosphere was very pleasant, as you could tell there was a great rapport between the chef and the waitress. We'll be back again when we're next in the area.

24/07/2026: During our vacation, we stopped at this so-called "Japanese" restaurant, which isn't really a Japanese restaurant at all. Let me explain. When you're offered sushi with a bowl of rice in 99% of restaurants, the rice in the bowl is served cold and slightly vinegared, not piping hot straight from the machine... Unseasoned... Basically, it's just regular rice... The sushi, oh my god... Run away! I hope I don't get sick. With every bite, I felt nauseous to the point where I couldn't finish... Again, the rice wasn't fresh, not compact, and bland... And the fish was the same... The service was quite cold and unfriendly... I really don't recommend it! They need to make a big effort!

20/07/2026: The food is good, it looks fresh. But overall, the restaurant is dated, dark, and very difficult to park in. Passing through the area, I don't think I'll be getting off the highway to come to your restaurant, even though the food is good. It's not the best Japanese restaurant I've ever had, and that's all.
