29/05/2026: Good value for money. Cheerful team.

25/05/2026: Very disappointed with my visit on May 15, 2026. I ordered the chef's special: ribeye steak with pepper sauce and a side of fries, salad, and mixed vegetables. The price was €22. The waiter told me it wouldn't be pepper sauce but mushroom sauce. He brought the dish to my table. I immediately noticed that the piece of meat wasn't ribeye. On my plate, I had two pieces of meat swimming in mushroom sauce. The sauce had also soaked the fries and salad, whose dressing had mixed with the aforementioned sauce. The meat tasted stale. The waiter noticed that my plate hadn't been eaten. I explained why. He confirmed that I was right and that he would pass the problem along. At the register, I refused to pay for my meal. It was accepted "without any apology from management." I'm very disappointed. And I'm not the only one, having spoken to others about it. Problems with food freshness. Problems with staff hygiene. Some of them meet outside the establishment to smoke before each shift. And when they return to their workstations, they don't wash their hands before touching the food. Sanitation problems in the kitchens. Facts observed by staff. When things are good, I say so. And when things are bad, I say so too.

04/02/2026: We had a great time at L'Escale. The waitresses were friendly, the food was delicious, and the chef even came out of the kitchen to serve us—thank you, Chef! The parking lot next door was easy to find. I highly recommend it. The prices are reasonable. We'll be back. Many thanks to the L'Escale team.

10/05/2026: A very pleasant surprise! The room was lovely with high-quality amenities, excellent bedding, and a spacious, very functional bathroom. Perfect location above the restaurant. The restaurant boasts a superb wine selection, with excellent advice from the owner, who is also a winemaker, and his team in the dining room. Great atmosphere and original dishes. The chocolate dessert was exceptional. We'll be back!

10/05/2026: Passing through Martel for the weekend, we discovered Le Petit Moulin, a restaurant offering refined and flavorful cuisine. We received a warm welcome, and interacting with the staff was very natural; we immediately felt like friends coming to enjoy a meal. Thank you to the entire team and the chef. It was delicious!

07/06/2026: The room was very disappointing; there was no bottle of water upon arrival, which we did receive at much lesser hotels, and the staff was unfriendly. A man behind the bar was downright rude. The food was decent, and the view was beautiful. In everything, you can tell that this hotel lacks passionate staff.

07/06/2026: This hotel from this chain is fantastic in terms of location, but less so in terms of rooms and abominable in terms of service! The front location was an ugly box-like building with an unsecured parking lot that wasn't big enough. Certainly not during peak season. The reception was astonishing… a “manager” yelled at his staff in front of the guests. 😱 Unacceptable! The rooms were disappointing. A view of a roof, no water as a welcome, no shower gel; the beds were good. The kettle had to stand on the floor because the cord is too short to put it on the desk. The chambermaids were nice; one of the receptionists (a slim lady) was very helpful. The air conditioning broke down, so we were given another room (twice), and the last time, the receptionist on duty was tapping her fingers and saying: Depeche TOI!!!! I have to go back to the reception 😱 so bad!!! The breakfast was fine! But the dinner… oh my… so bad. Apart from the piece of meat or fish we ordered, the garnish was exactly the same: pommes Anna, a smear of sweet potato, and some vague jelly-like vegetable pudding or something... in any case, yuck, yuck, yuck. The beautiful photos on the website, oh, oh, oh, how fake!!! Service extremely unfriendly. Anyway, I'm done with this place; we are never coming back, even though our expectations were high. Such a shame. People, learn from this... it will help you...

09/06/2026: We were five friends on a cycling trip, and we arrived in a downpour. But once we got to the bakery, our spirits lifted. The welcome was very friendly, and the snacks were excellent. We apologized for getting the floor wet, but no one said anything. We were offered a delicious little brioche, and as we were leaving, the owner brought us two bottles of mineral water for our water bottles. "Sir, we thank you for this thoughtful gesture," he said. Excellent place, I highly recommend it.

03/06/2026: The sandwich bread was undercooked, and the chocolate biscuit was overcooked and hard. The creamy flan tasted rancid. The sandwich shop's price, which was poorly displayed, was quite high, making for a rather unpleasant experience. We won't be going back!

14/05/2026: It's always the same, something's always missing. The staff don't seem to want to work or aren't cut out for customer service (no hello, no goodbye, not even a smile). The burgers are always thrown together haphazardly, and I never get any sauce, even when I ask for it. Great 👍🏼

14/05/2026: The food is so good, but it lacks seasoning and is sometimes very, very dry. McDonald's isn't always very clean, especially the restrooms, and when you go into the play areas, you can immediately see that they aren't very well maintained. The atmosphere is cool at first glance, very nice; you can eat peacefully without being bothered or having people come up to you. However, I also want to mention something: when I get takeout, you sometimes say, "You won't even see the receipt, I could just take something from someone else." It's the same thing. Takeout orders are often incomplete and take a very long time, sometimes even 30 minutes for a McDonald's order. I prefer to cook at home if that's the case. As for the Candy, it's not always complete; you have to constantly check. I'd like to stop checking. It would be good to check other dishes as well. Otherwise, the food is quite good if you want something quick to take away; it's pretty good.

13/06/2026: I spent a night in this gîte during my walk on the Camino de Santiago through the Célé Valley. I received a very warm welcome from Guillaume, who was very attentive and helpful. A peaceful place, in the middle of nowhere, with a lovely swimming pool and a beautiful, very clean room.
