28/02/2026: I've bought pastries from you several times over the years, and each time I've been disappointed by how excessively sweet your creations are. A quality cake shouldn't have that much sugar, even if you enjoy it! Beyond the question of taste, we mustn't forget the health aspect. Pleasure doesn't need such excess. I no longer buy from you because of this, and that's a real shame.

16/02/2026: I wasn't familiar with this pastry shop, not being from Épernay. It was a magnificent taste experience, surely the best pastry shop in the Champagne-Ardenne region (having traveled extensively). We had eight different cakes; we embarked on eight culinary journeys of excellence. Bravo to the team!

17/02/2026: I just received my order two hours late. I paid for a burger meal even though I only ordered the burger and received only the burger. The order arrived cold, and the delivery driver told me he was here waiting in the cold for 10 minutes. It's disappointing to know they send orders cold.

14/03/2026: A true Reims institution. L’Excelsior maintains the old-fashioned brasserie style we love, with a lovely atmosphere and top-notch service that showcases its expertise. Excellent cocktails to accompany the meal: we had a perfectly executed St-Germain Spritz. As for the food, the foie gras was superb and the cod with chorizo ​​was very well done. A wonderful evening, thank you to the whole team.

11/02/2026: Honestly, a very pleasant surprise in Sézanne. The meat is flavorful, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked. The bread is fresh, the vegetables are crisp, and the sauces are delicious. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in the preparation. The welcome is warm, the service is quick, and the place is clean. It's definitely a must-try if you're passing through or in the area. I highly recommend it; one of the best kebabs I've ever had!

14/03/2026: Louise's is still as good as ever! It had been a very long time since my last visit; my daughter and I were absolutely delighted! The open-faced sandwich was very generous and delicious, and the crêpes are a must-try!! The prices are really very reasonable and affordable. The staff were very pleasant and always smiling! I will gladly return as soon as possible!

27/02/2026: The pizzas were excellent as usual. The staff was pleasant. However, the banana split dessert was a complete disaster. The chocolate, which is supposed to be liquid and warm, was in hard, rubbery chunks, completely inedible and hidden under the whipped cream. It had probably been microwaved, which hardened it. 8 euros for that! It's a shame, it somewhat spoiled our outing.

18/01/2026: I ordered a pizza burger and it was a huge disappointment. Despite trying to eat part of it, it was simply inedible. The pizza was far too greasy and frankly tasted awful. The beef was clearly not fresh, but rather industrially processed, tasteless, and of very poor quality. It was nothing like what you'd normally expect from a pizza burger. I called the restaurant to report the problem, but the person on the phone seemed completely unconcerned. No professionalism whatsoever, no solution offered. Between the poor quality of the food and the total lack of consideration for the customer, I absolutely would not recommend it.

15/02/2026: We went there for Valentine's Day dinner. It was a lovely and delicious experience. The service was also fantastic, very sweet and friendly. We were seated within 20 minutes, and without a reservation. Highly recommended in Reims; we'll definitely be back.

27/02/2026: Unfortunately, the security guards refused entry to people coming from the bar across the street, on the grounds that "it's just not done." A rather surprising concept for an establishment supposedly open to the public…

24/02/2026: Great atmosphere, inexpensive, but be aware it's not haute cuisine, though it's really very friendly.

09/02/2026: We were surprised to see some large bags in front of the elevator. They were there from the time we arrived until we left, which didn't look very nice. However, the staff were very friendly and kind. They even offered a water bowl for our dog (although they forgot to bring it). The room was quite small, but the price wasn't too bad. The location is good, with many restaurants nearby. We’ve been to their restaurant a few times and we like the atmosphere. It was quiet during our stay, and you can get a discount on parking. Overall, it's a nice hotel with small rooms.

07/02/2026: The hotel entrance is welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm. The floors are easily accessible: elevator and other amenities. The staff is very helpful. Drawbacks: The towel warmer is not working. There's a lack of towel racks in the bathroom. The capsule coffee machine isn't very user-friendly. I wasted two capsules before figuring it out. Major drawback: The television cuts out due to too many devices being connected simultaneously. This was indicated in English on the TV. Regarding the breakfast: A generous and varied breakfast is served in the restaurant area, with its beautiful bay windows overlooking the esplanade. The atmosphere is calm, with good music (my partner likes music; I don't as much when I wake up).

12/02/2026: I just called Subway over an hour and ten minutes ago and still no order. They said the delivery driver wasn't there. I asked if my order would be hot, and he said no. I hope it will be hot. It's been over an hour and I had to call Subway. It's up to Subway staff to see that the order hasn't been picked up after more than an hour. I should mention that I don't live outside of Reims, but only 5 minutes away from the delivery driver.

05/02/2026: Excellent service, the gentleman is very friendly. The opening hours allow us to go there after work.
