26/02/2026: I ordered a simple ham and cheese pizza and received one with an overcooked crust and extremely salty pieces of ham swimming in grease. I was a bit disappointed because the photos and the reality were quite different.

04/06/2026: We were seated at the back surrounded by bottles. It was a Wednesday night & it was nearly full. We had the bruscetta to share for entree. It was large & covered to the max with tomato & cheese. My partner had the pork filet mignon for a main & he liked it. My salmon pasta was a bit cold, but there was a lot of salmon in it. The side of vegetables was delicious. The service was a bit up & down, forgetting some items at times. Overall, worth a visit.

08/05/2026: While I no longer set foot in the downtown location, this restaurant has never let me down. We went today around 11:40 am, everything was piping hot, and we were served quickly. The only downside I found was that the person taking our order at the drive-thru was also taking orders at the same time, which could be inconvenient for customers who need information. Aside from that, the Ultrabox menu is fantastic and very generous. Thank you!

06/05/2026: Arrived this Sunday around 4:30 PM... Catastrophic! Not a single table cleaned, the floor was filthy. It's really difficult to run a restaurant, especially during the busy season, but we were the only customers. I complained to a manager who seemed overwhelmed, even though it was incredibly quiet. He told me to send someone to clean, but I had time to finish my meal before seeing anyone. A word of advice: in the children's play area, leave their shoes on; they're in a terrible state... they're sticky! 🤢 I wish you better ratings in the future.

29/04/2026: I won't eat there again, there are much better truck stops, the atmosphere is normal, the service is light and not necessarily friendly, and the food is really not great.

27/04/2026: The owner and the staff who work there in the afternoon when I stop for coffee are very friendly and polite. Just a minor issue with one of the evening waitresses, but I don't mind it anymore since I go back regularly for coffee and sandwiches to go. Nobody's perfect, but you shouldn't judge an entire establishment based on just one person. I recommend it for both the atmosphere and the value for money.

13/04/2026: Nice hotel close to the center. Beds very comfortable, bathroom a little bit small but ok. Restaurant offers very good food. All and all we felt very welcome and spent a nice weekend
