09/03/2026: Dear, outdated store, not very good quality for fresh produce. Doesn't follow anti-waste rules. The scanning system is useless unless you're trying to control your budget; there are always checks, and that's entirely at the discretion of management. On the plus side, thankfully the students are there; they're fantastic!

04/03/2026: It's a shame I can't give zero stars... Don't even bother with customer service; it's a disaster. And don't even get me started on the promotions that are never available in store... the bad prices, etc. It's a shame because some of the staff are conscientious.

10/01/2026: Beautifully decorated restaurant. Wide selection of dishes. Very generous portions. All-you-can-eat buffet for 52 euros for two. I recommend it. It's a shame this restaurant is a bit outside the city, but it's worth the trip.

20/12/2025: Roadside restaurant, just passing through. Very clean (dining room and restrooms). Very pleasant waitress. The beef carpaccio was very good 👍🏻. The price for the buffet alone + dessert was a bit high, but good and varied. Good coffee ☕. The only thing missing was a smile from the owner 😊

13/11/2025: The hotel is located directly opposite the cathedral and has a huge free parking lot. I had a quiet and very clean room. The heating is controlled by air conditioning, so I turned it off to sleep. The staff is very welcoming.

15/09/2025: Bathroom in its original state, non-functional dryer with the pipe completely ripped off, everything yellow. The bathroom spotlights also non-functional, one glass for two to rinse their mouths after brushing their teeth. The noisy air conditioning (hot/cold), had to be turned off. Not to mention the reception hours: 1:30 p.m. Saturday appointment and no one at reception, door closed, had to call them on a 06 number, no one there. Finally, a hotel that doesn't deserve the 3 stars or the price.

23/02/2026: We arrived around 11 a.m. and the experience was a disaster from beginning to end. The welcome was cold and unpleasant. The waitress at the bar (tall, with short hair) was dismissive the entire time. After paying €32 for a merguez sandwich, a ground beef sandwich, and a burger, we waited 10 minutes just to be told where to sit, even though the restaurant was almost empty (fewer than six people). As we were being seated, we overheard the waitress talking about us: "Do you call them 'them'?" and then later calling us "kids." We are 20 years old. This lack of respect is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. We were then directed to "special sandwich tables" at the back of the restaurant, which were not set. How could we have known this on our first visit? A total wait of 25 minutes. Sticky table. No napkins. No glasses. No water. The food? Disgraceful: • Merguez sausages burnt on the outside and cold on the inside, half-thawed bun, bad sauce. • Ground beef full of water, spongy texture, undercooked. • Cold burger, tasteless meat, unsalted fries. Paying €32 for half-frozen bun and being treated with contempt is unacceptable. Only the young waitress at the till was friendly and professional. She deserves better than the impression given by the rest of the service. I strongly advise against this establishment.

23/02/2026: Horrible. The waitress was extremely unpleasant and aggressive, and she even called us "kids" behind our backs. The younger waitress was much nicer, but €11 for an "American" consisting of a cold baguette, a well-cooked defrosted steak (even though I'd asked for it rare, it was rubbery), and unsalted, also defrosted, fries. Not to mention the sticky "sandwich" table at the very back, with no glasses, forcing us to ask for napkins even though sandwiches are meant to be eaten with our hands. In short, as you can probably guess, don't go there for anything in the world.

20/12/2025: Super friendly welcome, excellent food. Since the reopening, it's become truly top-notch! Thank you for this delicious meal.

29/11/2025: Excellent cuisine served by a smiling, pleasant, and competent staff. The cod tartare is delicious, the scallops succulent. As for the desserts, what more can I say? Don't hesitate, this is an address not to be missed.

09/03/2026: I wanted a change and thought, why not go to KFC and eat some good chicken? Big mistake! I've never eaten such dry chicken in my life; the breading was completely burnt! It's sad that the competition does a better job with the breading than KFC.

05/03/2026: My brother ordered from them via Uber Eats. They were incapable of putting the drinks in airtight cups… twice! As a result, the drinks spilled, and a €50 order arrived partially ruined. When we called the restaurant, the only response was: "Contact Uber Eats." A rather flimsy excuse… Yet, it's the restaurant that prepares the order in the first place. At least have the guts to own up to your mistakes. It's easy to make €50 for free at the customer's expense! Between the carelessness in the preparation and the refusal to take any responsibility, professionalism is clearly lacking. A lamentable experience. You can count on us to widely share this experience. And above all, DO NOT return to your establishment, and even less so order from them.

04/11/2024: The Bois Joli restaurant is located on the roadside and has ample parking. If the exterior doesn't look like much, you will be surprised by the classy atmosphere of the interior room. We nevertheless dined on the outdoor terrace which is very pleasant during the summer. We opted for the starter/main course/dessert formula at €59. The dishes are very good and the cooking well executed. The service is quality. I opted for the truffle ravioli, a house specialty and I was not disappointed, it was excellent!

15/02/2026: We had a wonderful Valentine's Day evening at Les Caudalies restaurant in Châlons-en-Champagne. We were welcomed into a very warm setting, with an atmosphere that was both elegant and convivial, perfect for February 14th. Despite the lively atmosphere, the service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and perfectly paced. The meal was delicious and very generous, offering excellent value for money. Special mention goes to the bottle of champagne offered at €60, which was simply superb. A truly wonderful restaurant that we recommend without hesitation. We will gladly return!

19/01/2026: Passing through Reims, I discovered this restaurant. The welcome and decor were friendly, the chicken bagel was amazing, the cookie for dessert, the artisanal drink, and the price was reasonable. So I'll be back soon with friends.
