18/04/2026: I wanted to sincerely thank the team at L'Expert de la Bière for their intervention last Friday evening when I felt unwell, and much more besides. They were all incredibly kind and helpful in assisting me during this difficult time, which required a great deal of courage on their part. It's such a shame my experience at this bar ended this way, because beyond their intervention, my friend and I had a very promising start to the evening. Good music, a friendly atmosphere, very reasonable prices—everything for a great night out. A huge thank you again to this fabulous team.

30/09/2026: I'll start with the negative: I find it quite expensive for a kebab (a flatbread with fries and a drink) at €11.50 for one person. I think that's a bit pricey, but anyway, let's move on to the positive: it was good, I was served very quickly, the lady at the till was a bit cold, which is a shame, but otherwise I ate well, and that's the main thing.

06/09/2026: It's getting worse and worse; they think we're vegetarians. There's hardly any meat on the menu. This is the second time. I don't recommend them. (See photo.)

30/10/2026: I don't understand how they have less than 4.9 ratings. They have a diverse and varied menu, especially the tenders menu. One person is incredible, the welcome is exceptional, and there's a great atmosphere. On match days, they show all kinds of football matches (Champions League, World Cup, etc.).

26/10/2026: As a regular customer, I've been ordering here for a long time because it's the only one I like at this time of day, but that won't be the case anymore. I'll order earlier and somewhere else next time. The guy put me on hold for over an hour; it's the first time in my life I've ever seen anything like it. Don't they find it strange that they haven't had any calls for all this time? Seriously? It's completely unacceptable. In the end, I'm going to have to cook myself a meal for tonight because of them. In short, it's unacceptable and shameful.

04/06/2026: We were seated at the back surrounded by bottles. It was a Wednesday night & it was nearly full. We had the bruscetta to share for entree. It was large & covered to the max with tomato & cheese. My partner had the pork filet mignon for a main & he liked it. My salmon pasta was a bit cold, but there was a lot of salmon in it. The side of vegetables was delicious. The service was a bit up & down, forgetting some items at times. Overall, worth a visit.

21/05/2026: The hotel has taken a huge, and I mean huge, step backwards! What was once an experience in the Champagne region under the previous owners (father, mother, son, daughter) is completely gone! Which is very regrettable.

01/10/2026: I came on Thursday, October 1st, around 8:30 pm. I asked for a straw, as it had become quite difficult to drink properly since the ice cubes were reduced in size. The young blonde woman who was assembling the ice cream refused to give me one, in a rather curt and unpleasant manner. She was very cold and moved directly to the next customer before I had even finished speaking to her. I found her attitude really unfortunate, especially for such a simple request. Fortunately, the gentleman at the reception/lobby made up for the situation very well. He was very kind, warm, and attentive. Thank you to him for his welcome, but I hope the staff's attitude towards customers can be improved.

25/10/2026: Excellent value for money! Everything was delicious (especially the cheese naan) and the waitress was very friendly. I highly recommend it!
