30/08/2024: Discovery of this restaurant during a day in Reims. Lunch during the week at the end of August with the incredible Maréchal menu at €46. TOPISSIME. A line of original sweets, a starter of your choice including a gazpacio of peas with beautiful shrimp or a soft half-salted salmon, a dish including a rarely cooked tuna on the plancha or a rabbit confit with its Paimpol coconuts, a refreshing dessert with peach, lavender ice cream and matcha tea financier and to finish off a farandole of very delicious sweet treats. Deserves its star without hesitation otherwise what's the point of guides! Fortunately 3 toques and 16/20 in Gault et Millau. An obligation for us to come back and visit Reims!

20/08/2024: A modern and warm decoration, a welcome and top-notch service. As for the cuisine, it's a real refinement, a mixture of flavors in a resolutely fishy menu, divinely prepared! A must do ❤️

06/12/2024: 13h15 ... 25 mn d attente le serveur arrive enfin pour nous signifer pas de plat du jour. Encore 10 mn d'attente et les serveurs passent et repassent sans nous calculer priorité aux habitués. Si vous êtes de passage sur Reims à éviter. Nous avons quand même pu manger dans une brasserie juste à côté.

04/12/2024: Café immonde sans gout et cher, patron pas aimable qui nous agresse a moitié en disant de payer de suite, pensant qu’il fallait payer a la fin. Bref endroit à fuir.

21/05/2024: L’endroit était cool pour mon repas du soir, le service était rapide ,le menu était très bon, l’accueil des clients était plutôt sympa

30/04/2024: Drive à éviter absolument, très très long. 30min pour être servi et il s’agit d’une restauration rapide… si vous êtes pressé, passez votre chemin!!!

29/09/2024: Family restaurant highly recommended by our son's colleagues, we were delighted! Cozy atmosphere, high quality food (foie gras to die for), exceptional value for money (serious size of portions) and what can we say about the champagne food pairing! The real plus is meeting a chef who doesn't have a big head: for the first time we've been there he comes to offer you some extra sauce, then the local digestive. Finally, he doesn't hesitate to take you home and stay to talk with you for ten minutes. It is with great pleasure that we made an appointment in December when we return to the region, a visit to the cellar is planned.

01/12/2024: Repas qui ne mérite pas le détour rapport qualité prix à éviter ! Tous est fade sans saveur les assaisonnements sont sans recherche. Le service est médiocre

21/10/2024: Bonito restaurante clásico en Château Étoges. Muy buen y atento servicio. Muy bien presentado y platos muy sabrosos. Sería bueno estar cerca del Spa en la habitación principal cuando entras en el restaurante para no oler el Spa.

29/07/2024: Once again... I'm not disappointed. Pffff… they are friendly, pleasant and interested in their customers. The meal was pleasant and as good as ever, with home cooking. A menu with starter, main course, cheese and dessert for €30.50. Honestly… nothing unpleasant to say 😅

28/07/2024: De twee eigenaren Stephane en Pascale doen er alles aan om je heerlijk diner voor te schotelen. Snelle vriendelijke service met mooi opgemaakte gerechten. Aanrader als je lekker en goed Frans wil eten aan de rand van Reims. Parkeren in de straat voor de deur!

23/08/2024: Room without air conditioning... We warn you when you arrive... With 28 degrees outside it's difficult to rest... and difficult to find a room in the surrounding hotels during a major event. In addition, the sign on the roof indicating hotel restaurant is false... No restaurant... False advertising. Very expensive hotel 80 euros per night for dismal service.

21/08/2024: The room has everything you need to spend the night. But you have to keep in mind that there is heating in the room, but there is no air conditioning. In the summer months it can be hot inside. Otherwise, everything was very good. The staff is very friendly. There are some tables outside the rooms where it is possible to sit and eat something that has been prepared, although I do not know if there is the possibility of heating it, because we brought food that did not need it. The location of the hotel is perfect for traveling: it is close to the highway but in a quiet area in terms of noise.

21/07/2024: Cela fait maintenant plusieurs années que nous nous rendons "Chez Max" chaque fois que nous sommes en Champagne. Accueil toujours aussi chaleureux par Monsieur. Service aux petits soins. Cuisine traditionnelle de grande qualité. Produits frais joliment préparés. Bon rapport qualité/prix. A la prochaine....nous reviendrons !

19/07/2024: Je komt hier niet bij toeval terecht. Hoewel op loopafstand van centrum van Épernay, ligt het restaurantje een beetje uit de route. Ook de buitenkant wekt niet de indruk dat je hier binnengaat in een prima restaurant met traditioneel Franse keuken met veel liefde voor het vak. Wij komen om 19 uur als eersten binnen in restaurant en worden vriendelijk verwelkomd door eigenaar Max. Binnen een half uur zitten beide verdiepingen van het restaurant echter vol. Kaart met traditioneel Franse gerechten. De, door Max aan tafel bereidde, steak tartare is een aanrader (en populair). Prima prijs-/kwaliteitverhouding.

05/08/2024: Un cadeau pour un menu découverte ...2 personnes Très bon moment, de bons plats élaborés ,un joli cadre ... Dommage pour ce menu avec un seul choix d ' entrée ,alors que le menu bistrot en a 3 ! Et vraiment dommage ,notre choix de champagne ,de Chigny les roses, un rosé,que nous n ' avons pas pu terminer au dessert , vraiment très trouble en fin de bouteille ??? La réponse du sommelier disant que c ' était un champagne non filtré ne nous a pas convaincue ... Sommes champenois ,pas touristes ! Il manque un petit plus au niveau du service, Dynamisme et réactivité.

29/07/2024: Restaurant was booked up, so as suggested I asked the staff for a recommendation. Really off hand, couldn't be bothered try the bistro in epernay. Do I need to book? Why don't I drive in to find out. Breakfast way overpriced. Worst croissant I've had in a month in france!

18/08/2024: It was actually a very good place except the guy serving wanted to talk for a long time to particular clients leaving others standing for more than 20 minutes to pay.

23/09/2024: We hadden zin in Indiaas eten en troffen dit restaurant op zondagavond. Tot onze verbazing niet heel druk. Dat is jammer want de bediening is goed en gastvrij, de inrichting modern en schoon. Uit de keuken rollen louter heerlijke gerechten: Raita, mixed Pakora en als hoofdgerechten gamdas Shahi Korma en de vegetarische versie Sahi Korma. Samen met Basmati rijst en Naain brood een fantastisch diner. Aanrader in Reims!

22/08/2024: Excellent food, with lots of vegetarian options. We had the Paneer Korma and the Bharta, with rice and a naan. Plenty of food for two. The waiter was amazing and so was the rest of the staff. Highly recommended!

15/09/2024: Restaurant very well located in the center of Reims The dishes are very generous and the service is correct, congratulations to their efficiency despite the busy period The menu is varied and there is something for everyone. Prices are fair for the quality Don’t hesitate to go there with friends for a drink or a bite to eat.

14/09/2024: Superb evening at the Glue Pot, the cozy and musical atmosphere was very pleasant, all the dishes ordered were very tasty and well executed with particular effort on presentation. Nothing to say about the service which was also perfect. We will come back, thank you!
