06/09/2024: Disappointed 😞 uncooked dough just some information for your answer I will remember you; My colleague and I came to your restaurant after the fair (we are exhibitors). we were not able to eat there because it was late at 9:15 p.m. and to accommodate you we agreed to take away, which we did. Arriving at this apartment, we noticed that the two pizza doughs were not cooked. I called you immediately to inform you of our dissatisfaction. (Are 3 kms) from the Pizzeria. You apologized and asked us to come back. Something that I refused, so as not to repeat this journey. You could have alleviated this problem by delivering two more pizzas, but we were no longer delivering at a "late" time (10:00 p.m.). Consequence: Very disappointing pizza PS for dessert, I had a brownie (industrially packaged 75 grams), I thought it was homemade but no and the price is €3.5 it's the cash drawer.

04/09/2024: Generous pizza and excellent dough. The products are fresh and the staff are pleasant. We took takeaway today but won't hesitate to come and eat there because the setting is pleasant and the cleanliness is there!

29/12/2023: Très déçue! Les beepers qui ne sonnent pas, le gars à la grillade qui ne sait pas ce qu'il fait. Nous avons attendus 25 minutes pour des steaks hachés... et une côte de porc qui était complétement froide. Il y avait très peu de clients. Je l'ai ramenée pour en demander une autre et l'homme au grillades et son collègue à côté se sont moqués de moi ouvertement au lieu de s'excuser! Qualité de la nourriture très bof. En bref, n'allez pas au flunch, il y a Crescendo à Leclercl comme cafétéria pas loin qui est mieux, nourriture, propreté et surtout au niveau du personnel! Visité le 28 Décembre pour dinner.

27/12/2023: Tout était parfait, restaurant accueillant, personnel très aimable et souriant et cuisine excellente. Plus de 10 ans que je n'étais pas allée dans un fluch et je ne regrette pas 😁 Seul bémol les toilettes pas très propres... On reviendra ☺️

25/05/2025: No sushi... It's not all-you-can-eat since January. Table service is still the same as before, but you pay for each dish you order.

29/11/2025: It is regrettable that our experience did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, we were approached twice within three minutes to take our order, which did not give us enough time to make our choices. Furthermore, we encountered an unacceptable situation regarding the children's menu. We were refused permission to replace the ketchup with mayonnaise for our son's hamburger, despite his allergy. This inflexibility is incomprehensible and made the meal difficult. Finally, the manager's attitude, perceived as condescending and closed to any discussion, greatly contributed to our dissatisfaction. We believe that such behavior is not conducive to a positive customer experience. We believe that significant improvements are necessary to guarantee a satisfactory customer experience.

18/09/2024: J'ai adoré ce restaurant et les plats proposés. La cuisine et le champagne étaient délicieux. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, et le serveur était particulièrement charmant. J'y ai passé un moment merveilleux en amoureux. Merci beaucoup !

08/09/2024: Italien découvert par hasard un dimanche midi où très peu de restaurants sont ouverts. Cuisine généreuse et avec beaucoup de goût.

22/12/2025: So disappointed! We hadn't ordered for several months... and the result: it's not the same at all, unfortunately. We were very disappointed by the crispy bowl with rice soaked in sauce, compared to rice pudding! It was very disgusting. The service was quick, however, and the person on the phone was pleasant. This was absolutely not the case with the delivery driver!

20/12/2025: Kebab €7.50 for raw meat, and at that price without fries, sauces, or even a drink. If I get food poisoning, I'll know where it came from. Things have changed... but for the worse.

25/09/2024: The person at the drive-thru cashier is not friendly at all. She rolls her eyes at the customers to whom she speaks through a headset where she hears nothing and responds with rather unpleasant condescension.

16/11/2024: We went there last night. The welcome was excellent! Although they normally close half an hour later, they still agreed to take our order. The staff was very pleasant. The kebab bread was perfectly crispy, with perfectly cooked and non-greasy meat. I couldn't finish it, so I took it home, and even the next day it was still good. A big thank you to you 🙏!

10/12/2025: I went to the Reims Christmas market on Saturday in December after a 40-minute drive and a long struggle to find parking. Pregnant and needing to use the restroom urgently, I went to the nearest bar. I politely asked to use the restroom, but I was refused entry despite my obvious and urgent need. I understand that establishments have their rules, but a little empathy, especially towards a pregnant woman, would have been appreciated. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I sincerely regret it. A little more understanding would truly make a difference for other visitors.

12/10/2025: I had a deeply disappointing stay at Hotel Le Bon Moine in Reims. For €75 per night, I expected much better, but the room was outdated and in poor condition. The cleaning was superficial at best—there was a spider with its web in the corner and dust left in several spots (see attached photos). The soundproofing was nonexistent; I could hear every single noise in the hotel, from footsteps in the corridor to doors slamming shut. This made it impossible to sleep properly. Paying €75 for such a subpar experience is outrageous, especially when I’ve stayed in other places for the same price with far superior service and comfort. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

21/11/2025: The pizzas are very good but expensive for the small amount of toppings

15/11/2025: Order placed at 7:30 PM for 8:30 PM 3 giant pizzas with a soft crust. 9 PM, still nothing! I called, and they said my pizzas had just gone in the oven. 9:20 PM, 50 minutes late, and the pizzas are of deplorable quality!! The crust is incredibly thin, even though I asked for a soft crust, and there's no topping at all! Too bad I can't attach a photo!
