27/07/2026: I ordered Subway on May 20, 2026. The ordering process went smoothly, but there was a €400 overcharge on the bill! Getting a refund was quite complicated, and the staff offered no compensation whatsoever. Completely unprofessional, I don't recommend them; you might as well go to the Subway in Thillois. And in response to the owner's reply, I don't think your team was very helpful, so naturally, having €400 taken from your account—I repeat—is a bit frustrating, especially since, as you mentioned, no code is required with Apple Pay. And when you take a customer's payment, you should present the card reader and not hide your face 😉 Anyway, all of this isn't really honest of you because I told you several times that it wasn't a big deal, but your reaction on the phone was deplorable. And yes, as you say, "a goodwill gesture"—well, that's the least you could do. Some of your employees I know outside the restaurant even told me that if it had been them, they would have offered one of the two items on the menu I ordered for free. Knowing that I'm not asking for much, but even just a dessert or a drink would have shown your good faith.

09/08/2026: I'm very disappointed with my experience. The waitress was extremely unpleasant and clearly didn't want to be there. Her attitude was cold, she constantly rushed us, and seemed to want to get rid of the customers as quickly as possible. Her gaze and the way she spoke to customers were particularly unwelcoming. It's a real shame, because such an attitude completely ruined the meal. I won't be back.

02/08/2026: The discounted prices are the same regardless of the work involved. A tartlet at the same price as an opera cake or other elaborate pastries isn't fair. Putting only éclairs and tartlets in an order is excessive. There should be two separate prices for these types of pastries.

10/08/2026: A wonderful family dinner on a Saturday night. Everything is homemade with love. We discovered a lovely little drink first (see photo 💓). For starters, burrata and tomatoes on a bed of salad: perfectly seasoned, or duck breast… For the main course: chicken or salmon with divinely prepared baby vegetables: crispy fennel with Parmesan, glazed carrot, and jacket potato with chives… and dessert (pictured): small strawberries from the garden with homemade apricot tart… a delight of textures and flavors that harmonize beautifully… in short, add to that impeccable service: because the owner does EVERYTHING! Bravo 🎈🎉, a moment in tune with life's rhythm, the seasons, and the time needed to prepare, serve, savor, and marvel at the authentic flavors of dishes prepared with precision. 🫶🫶 Thank you for this lovely time spent on the terrace in this historic abbey setting ❤️❤️

09/07/2026: An exceptional welcome, a delicious €28 set menu, everything homemade with local produce. For pianists, a superb Playel baby grand piano at the back of the room. If you are a large group, reservations are essential.

16/07/2026: The food was good, but we had to wait an hour and a half. If the waitress had been pleasant and polite, it might have made the wait more bearable, but that's not what happened. We also had to wait 40 minutes for a Perrier with lemon. There were only two of them, which could explain the wait, but in that case, they should inform the customer politely with a smile; it's much better. We also had to move the table ourselves because there were three of us, not two. Therefore, I don't recommend it.

09/08/2026: Hello, we often go to this restaurant. The kebabs, double cheeseburgers, and nuggets (for the younger one) are super good, served quickly, and the team is top-notch, always smiling and in a good mood. It's a pleasure, we'll be loyal customers ☺️

05/04/2026: The hotel was very clean and the staff were welcoming. The rooms are small but adequate. It’s a charming little hotel, just a 10–15 minute walk to the city center and very close to the stadium. Great location overall.

01/04/2026: A superb night in this campanile hotel; it's completely renovated, and the rooms are spacious and modern. The location, a 10-minute walk from the city center and along the canal, is ideal. Excellent value for money considering the prices of hotels in the area. A lounge bar with foosball and billiards is available in the lobby. We would gladly return and don't understand its current rating (probably due to the recent renovations).

01/08/2026: Excellent, my boyfriend and I go there all the time and we love it, the welcome is great, and the dining room and toilets are very clean.

19/07/2026: MAJ après visite du jour ! HONTEUX ! 15min pour préparer une commande alors qu'il y a 3 commandes à faire. Les préparateurs des sandwichs ne portent pas de gants c'est dégueulasse ! Encore pire quand celle qui encaisse les commandes en espèce passe de sa caisse où elle vient de manipuler la monnaie, à l'arrière a la partie préparation et manipule le pain le fromage etc avec les mains nues. Les boissons sont toujours à moitié diluées à l'eau. Je comprends la nouvelle législation sur la réduction des plastiques mais le gobelet avec couvercle en carton c'est dégueulasse. Le carton pue comme s'il sortait d'une poubelle au point qu'il est impossible de boire la boisson. Il s'ouvre mal et ça éclabousse partout. Avant les pailles étaient emballées. Maintenant il faut boire les lèvres posées sur du carton que tout le monde a tripoté. Les tables ne sont pas régulièrement nettoyées. Il faut se garer sur les parkings des magasins d'à côté car pas de places. Attitude désagréable des employés. Surtout le gérant avec son personnel, en public. Ai déjà vu le personnel dont le gérant se poser à une table avec des pizzas, une autre fois des kebabs lors qu'il y avait des clients.

06/08/2026: A very warm welcome, perfect service, and excellent food. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend this restaurant. We also ate on the terrace, which was very pleasant (sheltered from the wind and surrounded by beautiful vegetation).
