03/12/2024: I went to Carrefour this Saturday, November 30, I needed change so I went to reception and there she replied in a haughty tone that she doesn't give change. 1st time I've been refused in a store.

28/02/2026: We went there this afternoon, and everything was disgusting. The table we sat at was filthy; I had to use their paper towels and cleaning product to clean it. The bins for clearing away were overflowing everywhere, even onto the floor. And to top it all off, as we were leaving, at the bottom of the stairs, the security guard was helping himself to a tray a waiter was carrying upstairs. The moment he saw us coming down, he put it back—great for the customers who had just been served!

29/11/2025: It is regrettable that our experience did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, we were approached twice within three minutes to take our order, which did not give us enough time to make our choices. Furthermore, we encountered an unacceptable situation regarding the children's menu. We were refused permission to replace the ketchup with mayonnaise for our son's hamburger, despite his allergy. This inflexibility is incomprehensible and made the meal difficult. Finally, the manager's attitude, perceived as condescending and closed to any discussion, greatly contributed to our dissatisfaction. We believe that such behavior is not conducive to a positive customer experience. We believe that significant improvements are necessary to guarantee a satisfactory customer experience.

11/11/2025: Not pleasant at all. I definitely do not recommend it.

28/02/2026: We went on a Saturday at lunchtime. The first gentleman, the older one, was not at all friendly, questioned our word, and then the waitress insisted very curtly on our order several times. In short, we won't be going back.

20/02/2026: A small, always very nice restaurant

01/03/2026: We ordered several ice creams to go, but when we got home, we realized there were hardly any toppings (Kit Kat, Daim, etc.). We called the store and were helped by Lucas, the manager, who handled our complaint extremely professionally, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. He offered to let us come back the next day for the same ice creams because there was indeed a problem with the machine. This kind of service is remarkable and restores our faith in fast food service, which isn't usually so dedicated. Thank you, Lucas!

24/02/2026: Trust me, that meat-filled loaf was incredibly delicious, and filled me with joyful contentment. God bless this place of prompt feasting.

19/03/2026: Filthy place, jaded staff (one guy who was clearly unhappy, one cold woman, and another aggressive one...) Just great. I'll never go back.

04/03/2026: The sandwiches aren't bad. There's no atmosphere at the Columbus on Rue de Vesle in Reims. And the service always feels like you're bothering them.

11/02/2026: Still as good as ever, but unfortunately the portions are getting smaller and smaller. Two spoonfuls of chicken, and you spread it out as much as possible; the same goes for the raw vegetables.

29/01/2026: The staff are very pleasant and helpful; we go there often, and the welcome is always excellent and very warm. I highly recommend it.

10/01/2026: Average room. Very small shower and cramped toilet. But satisfactory value for money. Location in a quiet industrial area.

10/02/2026: Being Italian, our judgment might seem harsh... Pizzas that are more like flammekueche, veal Milanese that's too thick, breading that isn't crispy... Profiteroles and tiramisu are very average. Friendly but overworked staff... Avoid at all costs.
