11/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at La Sicilienne. We always receive a very warm welcome. The pizzas are excellent, especially the calzone. It's hard to choose from the menu! The Casa salad is delicious and generous, with smoked ham, fresh goat cheese, salad, and tomatoes. The service is quick. The tiramisu is a gem! We often stop in Châlons to eat at this restaurant.

02/07/2026: I had come to share a nice meal with friends when the owner started verbally abusing a waitress, apparently his partner. He was obnoxious and rude, making us feel very uncomfortable. We were embarrassed for the poor woman; you don't behave like that in front of customers. If I hadn't been with friends, I would have left the restaurant immediately, paying for our drinks. This man is truly unpleasant, never a smile. I will never return to this restaurant; I have very bad memories of it. If I could give it zero stars, I would gladly do so. Mr. Owner, show some respect for your staff, without whom you wouldn't be able to do anything, and for your customers as well.

21/08/2026: I ate there on August 21st. I stopped by in the morning to see what I was going to eat that evening. We arrived at 7 pm and nothing had changed; everything was exactly as we'd seen it. The cervelas sausage, the melon tart, and the small flies were buzzing around. The wine tap was the same—full of flies, the glass was full of streaks, I had to order a bottle. The service was deplorable; nothing was done to welcome the customer. The sauce wasn't filled, the pepper sauce was empty, and the sauce for the mussels was a bland, tasteless liquid. I don't recommend it. The chocolate mousse was runny; I don't recommend it. Even Flunch was more welcoming for the same concept.

19/08/2026: Really disappointed, the food was absolutely disgusting, that's an understatement!!! This is the first time I've been so disappointed.

10/08/2026: Great selection, quality food, friendly service, professional waitress, reasonable prices. Whenever I'm in Épernay, I go there without hesitation.

30/06/2026: Very disappointed with our meal. I thought I was going to have a great time, but no. €19.90 for a menu that looked like it belonged in a school cafeteria is a bit much (raw vegetables, pasta with a rather bland veal Milanese, and a fruit salad that wasn't very fresh). We've eaten at truck stops for €12 before and we've never been disappointed. I won't be back.

Yes — this is that type of place, where you have such a phenomenal experience that it keeps coming back to your mind long after you leave. And this place is unique for many reasons: 1. People come first This is a place where you connect, learn, and have fun with other tables. Wine is not treated as a beverage, but as a portrait — an extension of the people who worked so hard to make it. 3. Generosity Aline and Eric are incredibly knowledgeable and endlessly generous in sharing experiences, stories, and special moments. 4. A masterclass in hosting I’ve never seen better hosts. From orchestrating the wines, to the music, to thoughtfully placing guests together — everything feels natural and perfectly timed. A special shout-out to Anaïs as well — extremely knowledgeable and generous, sharing many resources that helped me continue advancing on my wine journey. Bravo. I can’t wait to come back. 22/08/2026: Beautiful spot, hugely surprised by the surroundings and the entrance. You walk across wooden footbridges towards the treehouse. However, the bartender sells a tasting for €21 per person, only to find out that you only get one meager glass of champagne. The bartender actually knew very little to say about the champagne, which was disappointing, unfortunately. The view, by the way, gets a solid ten!

31/05/2026: Cold service despite the changes to the sandwich order. I arrived at 3 PM and not a single table had been cleaned.

30/05/2026: Good evening, I went through the drive-thru this evening, so it took 40 minutes in total. I understand that things can happen, but no apology, no gesture of goodwill. I asked if there was mustard in the 280g rösti because I'm really not a fan, and I asked the employee who assured me there wasn't. I got home, and there was mustard. What if I'm allergic? This is unacceptable; I won't be back.

03/05/2026: I often stop there just to get cigarettes, a takeaway coffee, or a quick beer. I've always been well received, and finding a shop open every day is becoming very rare.

02/07/2026: A very pleasant place with friendly and very active staff, despite some of them being quite young. The food is very good and well presented. I highly recommend it.

19/08/2026: Food is good but portions are rather small. The food comes very quickly - maybe too quickly. We got the check without asking while still finishing our dessert and wine, as did the other guests who arrived around the same time. It was clear they wanted to clear the table for a second service, even though we hadn’t been there for very long.

14/08/2026: The pizzas were excellent, but the service was far too slow. The Sardinian pizzas were truly delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed them. However, the wait time really spoiled the experience. We waited a very long time before we could even place our order, and the wait for even our drinks was just as long. It's a shame, because the food is top-notch, but the service needs improvement.

23/10/2025: A smile or some kindness from the server would not be a luxury, we had the impression of bothering him, the robot is nicer than him, even if I am not sure that the clean/dirty chain is respected.... On the other hand, the food was good, no all-you-can-eat buffet that day, small quantities which avoids waste, nice place, I recommend even if I am not a fan of the robot which replaces the human

15/08/2026: Cleanliness is nonexistent. And don't even get me started on the waiters, who look like they could go on forever. Their friendliness leaves much to be desired! Want to eat? Don't go here.

31/08/2026: Welcoming staff, arrived in the evening and the tenders menu was excellent.

30/08/2026: Dirty restaurant, unfriendly staff, and filthy. The booths and chairs were covered in food and dust, and the tables weren't even cleaned with any product, just a dry cloth. The fries were cold and undercooked, and the hamburger was tiny. Honestly, this restaurant in Châlons-en-Champagne is a place to avoid at all costs; it's truly disgusting.
