23/10/2025: A smile or some kindness from the server would not be a luxury, we had the impression of bothering him, the robot is nicer than him, even if I am not sure that the clean/dirty chain is respected.... On the other hand, the food was good, no all-you-can-eat buffet that day, small quantities which avoids waste, nice place, I recommend even if I am not a fan of the robot which replaces the human

21/11/2025: The pizzas are very good but expensive for the small amount of toppings

15/11/2025: Order placed at 7:30 PM for 8:30 PM 3 giant pizzas with a soft crust. 9 PM, still nothing! I called, and they said my pizzas had just gone in the oven. 9:20 PM, 50 minutes late, and the pizzas are of deplorable quality!! The crust is incredibly thin, even though I asked for a soft crust, and there's no topping at all! Too bad I can't attach a photo!

26/01/2026: Excellent. Even without sauce, the kebab isn't dry. Never disappointed and I go there regularly.

15/03/2026: The waitress was very pleasant, the only reason I gave it one star, anyway… One of my friends was unceremoniously turned away because apparently she went out for two minutes and drank a completely absurd VODY (she doesn't like VODY and didn't drink anything). The security guards are acting on assumptions. We tried to talk to them, and they aggressively brushed us off. He hit one of my friends' hands several times. We tried to communicate, and he kicked us out. 💩 This establishment is a disaster. We are still stunned, outraged, shocked, overwhelmed by emotions. We weren't expecting anything, yet we're still disappointed. We'll never set foot in there again (we're going back next week). A place to avoid. At all costs, a disastrous experience; I've never been so humiliated in my entire life. The security guard practically threw me out.

06/02/2026: Beers are expensive, almost €16 for a pint and a half, even though you're not in Paris.

17/02/2026: Aside from the main course, which was really good, the starter was disappointing in my opinion, and I definitely wouldn't recommend the dessert. We ate there for Valentine's Day, and for dessert, we had several small cakes, but unfortunately, most of them were tasteless and soggy. The atmosphere was nice, and the service was pleasant, but too rushed between the starter, main course, and dessert. As for the price, I don't think it was worth the cost.

23/02/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! The owner is awful to customers. I came for a sandwich and waited 20 minutes for it to be heated up… and I left empty-handed because she made a mistake and gave it to the wrong customer, and of course, it was the customer's fault. She makes very unpleasant remarks to customers, and there are signs in the establishment clearly indicating that we are not welcome. I will never return, and I suspect many others feel the same way.

10/12/2025: I went to the Reims Christmas market on Saturday in December after a 40-minute drive and a long struggle to find parking. Pregnant and needing to use the restroom urgently, I went to the nearest bar. I politely asked to use the restroom, but I was refused entry despite my obvious and urgent need. I understand that establishments have their rules, but a little empathy, especially towards a pregnant woman, would have been appreciated. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I sincerely regret it. A little more understanding would truly make a difference for other visitors.

12/10/2025: I had a deeply disappointing stay at Hotel Le Bon Moine in Reims. For €75 per night, I expected much better, but the room was outdated and in poor condition. The cleaning was superficial at best—there was a spider with its web in the corner and dust left in several spots (see attached photos). The soundproofing was nonexistent; I could hear every single noise in the hotel, from footsteps in the corridor to doors slamming shut. This made it impossible to sleep properly. Paying €75 for such a subpar experience is outrageous, especially when I’ve stayed in other places for the same price with far superior service and comfort. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

15/10/2025: A champagne bar that serves only champagne, at €21 a glass. There's no alternative for non-champagne drinkers. We're paying for a "concept" that doesn't include friendliness and hospitality. Too bad!

21/09/2025: I went there during the perching vibes, it was magnificent with an early morning sunrise. Bravo 👏
