25/07/2026: Sir, with all due respect, one star is very good, but in one year of shopping at your tobacconist, nothing is right. This is at least ten times I've gone to your store only to find it closed, even though your website states that you are open. I've waited an hour and a half and called several times, almost getting hung up on. It's time you fixed this problem.

09/08/2026: We went to pick up an order and when we got home we realized a panini was missing. We called them and guess what? They told us it would take 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive, lol. Like they're not making any effort at all. And on top of that, they kept asking my wife if she was sure the panini was there, like we'd lie for a panini, lol. Now it's 9:42 PM and the delivery still hasn't arrived, even though we called at 7:45 PM. Great evening, then.

05/08/2026: A dry kebab, missing sauces (which I specified as extra when ordering), meat with peppers that wasn't great, cold service (I felt like I was bothering them when I ordered), no feta cheese (which I requested), cold fries, and a rude owner. Don't tell me it was too busy; the kebab was ready in 5 minutes flat and there was no one else around. €15 for 3 extras, 2 of which weren't even there (feta and sauces), is outrageous. Prices are getting higher and higher for increasingly poor quality. I hope the owner changes, and VERY, VERY soon!!!

17/08/2026: The Toys in Display for Happy Metal are Not available, my Kids are crying. The staff can not cancel the order and gave us other Toys

14/08/2026: Visited on August 14, 2026. Two kids' meals were fine. One Big Mac meal was fine. One Caesar salad meal: just lettuce and two small pieces of fried chicken. For €11.90, it's shameful (to only have green salad). One Royal Bacon meal: no bacon! Honestly... We were takeout order number 4020. We checked before leaving and we did have all the items. But if you have to open the boxes and burgers before leaving, that's a problem...

07/06/2026: Extremely disappointed with this order. In just two years, the quality seems to have dropped considerably. The pizza was far from what was advertised: very sparsely topped, with the impression of a rushed product. I ordered a thick crust and received a thin one, which is already a significant mistake for such a fundamental element of the order. As for the spicy chicken, this was probably the biggest disappointment. Not only was it not spicy at all, but it was also excessively greasy. It felt more like eating oil than seasoned chicken. The lack of flavor and the quality of preparation left much to be desired. In the end, despite the price paid, the portions and the quality were not up to par. I was left wanting more and it's nowhere near the level I've experienced before. A very disappointing experience that unfortunately makes me not want to recommend this establishment or return, with service that doesn't live up to expectations...

03/04/2026: Order not respected, I asked for a speculoos tiramisu and he gave me a cappuccino to avoid correcting his mistake!

12/08/2026: I was generous giving it one star. The drinks and food leave much to be desired, but the worst part is the rude and dismissive attitude of the woman who serves and works the register. Never again!

The woman who served us on two occasions was rude, dismissive, and arrogant. We were drawn in by the frozen spritzes and the variety of cheeses; however, the prices and the staff's attitude are enough to put you off. Given the high prices they charge, one would expect the customer service to be up to par. Unfortunately, it is quite the opposite. Terrible customer service. They make you feel completely uncomfortable, as if your presence was a nuisance or unwelcome. The woman who served us twice was rude, dismissive, and haughty. We were attracted by their frozen spritzes and their variety of cheeses, but the prices and the staff's attitude are enough to discourage you from returning. Given the high prices they charge, one would expect the customer service to be up to par. Unfortunately, it is quite the opposite. Poor customer service. You will feel completely inconvenient, as if your presence is uncomfortable or will not be welcomed. The woman we attend to on these occasions will grow, look and change. Please note that you should be aware of the frozen spritz you have, and the variety of items, without the embargo of the prices and the activity of the personal you are aware of.
