03/06/2026: The employee or the girl was on her cell phone, the spring roll was lukewarm, just reheated in the microwave, with no lettuce! No carafe of water was poured. In short, a bad experience with both the service and the food.
23/04/2026: The service was mediocre.
The takeaway portions are very small; even for a 10-year-old, they wouldn't be enough.
Frankly, I'm very disappointed.

29/08/2026: ⭐ Friendliness: zero. Customer service: hardly any better.
I buy a rosette sausage and pickle sandwich, pay, and then realize there are… no pickles.
I simply point this out to the cashier, who replies:
“We were out of pickles.”
Fine. But in that case, why not tell the customer before they pay? So I point out that she could have told me.
And then, the rather bizarre response:
“I did it on purpose for you.”
🤔 On purpose for me? I’m still trying to figure out the connection… I never asked for a sandwich without pickles. I asked for, and paid for, a rosette sausage and pickle sandwich.
The problem isn’t even the pickle 🥒. It’s perfectly normal to be out of something. The problem is the complete lack of information and, above all, the way they respond to the customer.
A simple, "Sorry, we're out of pickles, is this still okay?" would have sufficed.
Clearly, common sense is also lacking here.
25/08/2026: Unacceptable! Unlike other Marie Blachère locations, the one in Cormontreuil systematically refuses to make more sandwiches in the kitchen when they run out...

05/07/2026: It's unbelievable. You place an order, you ask for a chicken and steak sandwich, they only give you steak, and you pay. The price of two meats for one meat, and then they tell you next time, dessert is free. It's a joke. I'm never going back there. It's not the first time they've done this.
22/06/2026: Order placed on June 22, 2026 at 1:15 PM during the restaurant's opening hours, but still not delivered (it's 2:30 PM as I write this review). They guarantee delivery within 60 minutes maximum, but as soon as a certain time passes, they decide to ignore online orders, and on top of that, no one bothers to call to let us know. I find it simply unacceptable to see this in 2026 when contacting them is so easy. I'm sure the delivery will arrive this evening, and I hope they'll offer some kind of compensation because we already pay for delivery on a €36 order, so if there's nothing else to it, I really don't understand their mentality.

They refused to serve us coffee because we were part of a cycling team, and in 17 years, I've never encountered such a closed-minded and unpleasant receptionist. When they finally told us, "It's better if you don't come next year," we realized the level of service. It should also be noted that some rooms lacked towels, and one of the shutters wasn't working. I apologize for rarely leaving reviews, but this time, we were more than surprised.
27/04/2026: The woman who works the morning shift is unpleasant and unprofessional. She spoke rudely to me about a coffee, even though the card reader failed to charge my card even once.
Yet, during my stay at this hotel, I have more than four coffees a day and always pay without any problems. I therefore find this behavior unjustified for such a minor incident.
Very disappointed with the service.

09/08/2026: This bakery really needs a complete overhaul. I bought burnt religieuses (pastries), which were already unsightly. I'd be ashamed to sell things like that! Oh, and they could give one away for free! They had absolutely no taste, and I know what I'm talking about; I'm a professional. The mille-feuille? Don't even get me started. It's like apprentices are making the pastries, and even then, they could be better. It's truly outrageous to have such poor quality for the price we pay. I even wonder why you're still open to do such a terrible job. You should really be questioning yourselves. I'd be doing a lot of serious soul-searching if I were you, even after seeing all the negative reviews. You have a lot of work to do!

24/07/2026: We usually get sandwiches there and have never been disappointed, until today. The waitress was grumpy, and there was sugary icing on top of our sandwiches... I don't think that's normal at all; the hygiene is lacking.
23/07/2026: I would like to point out the lack of courtesy and professionalism of one of the saleswomen on duty that day, who made criticisms of the customer as soon as he turned his back. I am a good customer and I deplore this attitude.

I called him last night (a Saturday night) to ask for two Mario figurines because they were the last two I needed, and he gave them to me for free. He was so incredibly kind. Anyway, a huge thank you to the gentleman, and here's my collection :))
02/05/2026: Since the previous manager, Christophe, took over, this McDonald's has been falling apart. Orders are forgotten, and sometimes even orders are taken from other people. The worst part is, two days ago, I was stuck in the drive-thru for 40 minutes because only two cars were allowed through due to a fight between two crew members. It's unacceptable; they really need to rethink things and hire competent people. I can't wait for Emma to come back as manager and bring order back to this wreck.

16/08/2026: Many thanks to the employee who offered our cat water. A sign of humanity, which we are becoming less and less accustomed to, especially in fast food chains.
15/08/2026: A very disappointing experience. Both the manager and the staff were particularly rude and unpleasant, with a complete lack of customer service and consideration.
We were with a child who needed to use the restroom. We simply asked if he could use it, but the staff categorically refused. We then asked the manager, who also refused, claiming that the establishment was about to close and that the restrooms had already been cleaned. Refusing a child access to the restroom to avoid having to clean them again is frankly unacceptable. Beyond the refusal itself, it was primarily the attitude, the tone used, and the total lack of empathy that shocked us. A minimum of understanding and customer service would have been appreciated. We will definitely not be returning to this establishment.

30/07/2026: Worst experience I've ever had.
The sandwich itself was good, but what happened afterward was awful. Four of us went, and all four of us had stomach aches, spent the night in the bathroom, and one of us even ended up in the emergency room after coughing up blood.
A serious hygiene problem that ruined the following days for us.
I saw the chef cough into his hand and then serve drinks and desserts without washing his hands.
It's even worse when you see how isolated the kitchen is from the customers.

The pizzas arrived cold and dry! It was like they'd been forgotten in the oven for 40 minutes! A catastrophe!
I called the restaurant to at least get some compensation, and they brushed me off!
Never again!
04/08/2026: Terrible pizza, completely dried out, very few ingredients, no tomato sauce or cheese, all for 20 euros!! I won't order from them again, avoid them at all costs!!

17/07/2026: I've never eaten such disgusting fries: they smelled awful, like fish, I threw them all away. The pizza was ridiculously salty and the doughnuts were doughnuts in name only. In short, avoid this place!
05/07/2026: I've been ordering from Domino's for years, and I just learned through their website, and confirmed by phone, that their food is now halal.
It's a disgrace to impose this system on people; a middle ground would be more business-friendly. It's unacceptable! We should all have a choice. It's a shame because they've lost me as a customer...
