25/08/2024: Beautiful, very well maintained restaurant that looks quite new. Personally I was well received, everything was prepared as I asked. In short, I got what I wanted with a smile.

13/08/2024: I'm going to start this review with the positive things because it will be very quick: air conditioning when it's 35°C outside Having worked in a Subway myself for a few years, I know the procedures very well, which is why I am taking the liberty of writing this review. We were served by the manager Lucile and what can we say... - The welcome was non-existent: no response to “hello”, not even a glance. - When ordering she seemed disgusted to serve us, we had the impression of being a nuisance. She doesn't listen, for example I ask for extra meat in my sandwich, she moves on to the next one so I have to repeat several times for each change. - The proportions were ridiculous, I learned to add two spoons of meat, we barely got one. - The parmesan & oregano breads were barely seasoned, they look more like white breads. - Grated Emmental cheese which is extra (???) while American cheese is not. - When toasting, a slice of salami remains stuck to the bottom, nothing serious, but why put a cold slice among the rest of the hot meat? - As for the choice of vegetables, there are simply no more. When I worked at Subway the motto was simple "You're the boss", so why can't I choose my vegetables. I had a roast chicken, the vegetables are not predefined. - Speaking of vegetables, we arrived 2 hours before closing and there was no more salad, it takes 30 seconds to cut with the electric slicer. - I asked for sweet onion sauce and there was no more at the counter, she looks in the fridge behind and I see one but informs us that there is no more, it was in the left door I know that they are intended to replace those on the counter. - During checkout I tell her twice that we will have them as a menu and then asks me the next moment if we wish to make menus, once again she does not listen to the comments. - And finally, no polite words when we leave, two syllables must be hard to pronounce. In short, a very disappointing visit, I don't even understand how she was able to pass as manager.

09/09/2024: restaurant où on avait l'habitude d'y aller quand on passai dans la ville. pas beaucoup de choix et qualité en perte. dommage... nous choisirons un autre resto la prochaine fois

05/09/2024: Nothing really exceptional, nor new or unique, not much choice in sushi, the dishes are nice. Not against desserts to be reviewed GREATLY. Be careful when cooking samausas and chicken skewers!!! Badly cooked or raw pieces wander around. A chocolate fountain with a cardboard taste, the marshmallows don't talk about it... They are a sure bet! All for €13.90

11/09/2024: Disrespectful service! The lady is really very unpleasant and should change jobs! No service, no help when your arms are full and you have the audacity to ask for a bag, you won't be well received! Really a shame because good bakery but such odious service where you are looked down upon! I won't come back!

29/08/2024: Terrible service. I am criticized for having used a paper napkin myself when the pile was made available. Telling myself: “next time, you won’t have to serve yourself.” But there won't be a next time, that's clear. I had already paid for my sandwich otherwise I would have canceled my purchase. Also, in all objectivity, I found the sandwich disgusting and not only because the service made me lose my appetite.

08/09/2024: Worst Mac do in Reims or even in France Zero service Fries cooked several times Warmed sandwiches Order never respected, drinks without ice, hot and no longer sparkling. In short, carnage!

04/09/2024: Unable to make a complete order (how can you forget fries on a menu where there are only three things to put on). He does not answer the phone, it is always busy; unless the phone is picked up to no longer receive calls from people who have had incomplete orders.

12/09/2024: Old comment: WORST MC'DO IN FRANCE (From north to south). I came home from work thinking that I would be able to eat there, it was around 11 p.m. and it was already closed. In addition, the employees are sometimes extraordinarily contemptuous except for the bosses and some of them who manage to smile. The employee (a man) at the drive-thru is smiling, knows his job but has a sad impulsiveness which discredits him in view of all the good he has done. I'm not sure many people would have accepted being treated like that. New comment: Has improved on all the points previously criticized.

21/12/2023: Je viens souvent car il est situé en face de chez moi mais dans la majorité des cas il y a un problème… La dernière fois il n’y avait pas de frites dans ma commande, l’autre fois le sandwich était incomplet et ce soir : je paie un McCrispy pour au final me retrouver avec le filet de poulet du McChicken… Le temps d’attente est relativement long et la nourriture toujours froide… Le seul point positif est la gentillesse des salariés qui sont très polis et chaleureux. Possible d’améliorer les points cités ci-dessus SVP ?

20/12/2023: Cela fait 3 fois que je commande et trois fois que la nourriture est froide nous avons des frites froides carrément réchauffer ou les sandwiches pareil. Le personnel qui me regarde et jette un sourire en ce moquant de moi! C’est la troisième et dernière fois que je me déplace pour manger dans ce McDo! Quand j’ai demandé de changer les frites la jeune qui étais au comptoir et reparti mettre les frites froide dans l’huile pour nous servir! Et pour ajouter la quantité de la nourriture ne sont pas du tout pareil! Aucun respect et le travail et pas respecté! C’est honteux.

18/06/2025: I booked this hotel for a work trip with some clients. We couldn’t book Les Haras as it was full but this seemed good from our research. Upon arriving we realised this was a huge mistake. The hotel looks like a French Ibis il be honest. The staff were extremely rude (except Shaima, she was lovely to us all) but the two older gents were clueless and rude. The air con didn’t work, the showers didn’t go hot. There was one iron to share across the hotel (9 of us on this trip all needed the iron). To make all this worse, after the cleaners came in I noticed my ring had gone missing and so did some euros. I contacted Xavier and he completely dismissed me and done nothing to help. I will be doing everything in my power to ensure people stop booking at this hotel as it’s not safe for your belongings and it’s an awful stay to say the least

14/06/2025: Our cash got stolen from this hotel ! ! Nice view however we got stolen cash 300 euros. We never asked for cleaning however our room was wide open when we are back in the room and seems cleaner went to lunch and money was gone! Planning to call police tomorrow.

11/11/2024: Endroit à fuir! J’ai commandé 2 pizzas par téléphone. Après que la personne m’ai annoncé 36€ par téléphone, je me retrouve à payer 46€ sur place car ces derniers n’ont pas appliqué une promotion de leur site et on profité de la situation ! Après des appels le manageur n’a rien voulu savoir … je me retrouve donc à payer une pizza 23€ au lieu de 18€. Je ne commanderais plus jamais dans cette enseigne.

11/07/2024: I notice that once again the extras added to the pizza are minimal, if not non-existent. This is the third time this has happened to me. It’s really sad from restaurants that claim to provide quality service.

01/09/2024: It's a Sunday afternoon there are 5 people at the table and yet everything is disgusting, no table cleaned, it sticks everywhere... All the trash cans full to vomit. There are 2 terminals that work, no one is smiling. However the prices stop increasing, we are soon on gourmet at 14 euros per menu

01/09/2024: One star is the least we can give but it deserves zero in fact. I've been going to this McDonald's for years because it's the closest to my house, but now it's generally fed up. When you eat on site, dirty rooms, in summer no air conditioning so stifling heat, overflowing trash cans, unfriendly staff. And then the worst, which today makes me put an opinion, is that systematically for years I would say around two or three years, with each order something is missing. It's really systematic. It's really painful. They don't give the impression of working properly or being organized. They are always overwhelmed even when there are few people. In short, this McDonald's is getting worse and worse. I will also write to headquarters.
