26/03/2026: An absolutely unforgettable stay at the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa with my fiancé. Even before our arrival, everything was perfect… We were contacted to ask if we wanted to have dinner, with the option of arranging room service in advance: a rare touch that immediately set the tone. Upon our evening arrival, the welcome was remarkably warm and professional. A huge thank you to Marion, who took care of everything with incredible kindness, especially our room service. Throughout our stay, Lucile, Anaïs, Lena, and Julie were incredibly attentive, always smiling, caring, and impeccably elegant. Special mention to Julie for a perfectly smooth and pleasant late check-out, at our own pace. We truly felt privileged. Every detail was designed to make our stay easier, with a genuine desire to please—and that makes all the difference. The gourmet restaurant was simply exceptional. Refined, expertly prepared cuisine, brought to life by a passionate staff who take the time to explain each dish with precision and enthusiasm. You can feel a genuine love of gastronomy and a beautiful showcase of the region. The spa… a true gem. Sublime architecture, an intimate and ultra-luxurious setting, and treatments of remarkable quality. It's a place where you can completely disconnect, in a soothing and exclusive atmosphere. As a young couple, we were worried it might be too family-oriented, but not at all; we were practically alone in the spa. A huge thank you to the entire team for this timeless experience. We will definitely be back! 🤍

28/06/2026: I came on June 26th in the evening. It was truly excellent. We received a very warm welcome. The staff were smiling and very friendly; I even got a free miso soup—thank you so much! I had a lovely time. I ordered a sushi platter (nigiri omori), and it was excellent 😋😋😋😋—I'm still dreaming about it.

28/06/2026: €12 for a glass of champagne in a nice setting with good service – it started off well. The only problem was that the champagne chosen from the four selections of the day was undrinkable. Mediocre quality, no distinctive character, and a dreadful effervescence. A horror. €12 for a glass of good champagne is reasonable; in this case, it probably wasn't even the price of the bottle. What a shame.

12/06/2026: We are regular customers of this Burger King restaurant and, until now, our experiences had always been very positive. That's precisely why we come here so often. Unfortunately, our last visit was extremely disappointing. We placed our order around 7:30 pm and weren't served until around 8:00 pm. During that time, we noticed that our order had been sitting on the counter for quite a while before being handed to us, which probably explains why the food arrived cold. We reported the problem and asked for replacements. A new order was brought to us, but it didn't match what we had ordered. One of the sandwiches was incorrect and didn't contain the expected items. So we had to send it back a second time. After another wait, a third version of the order was brought to us. Unfortunately, there was still an error on one of the sandwiches. At this point, we had already been there for almost an hour, experiencing a series of order preparation errors and returns. Faced with this accumulation of problems, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff. I fully understand that mistakes can happen, but when the same order is repeatedly mishandled and the wait becomes excessive, it's normal for a customer to ask for an explanation. The most regrettable aspect of this experience, however, remains the attitude of an employee who openly mocked me with some colleagues, in front of other customers, while I was simply trying to explain the situation, even though patience has its limits. I found this behavior particularly disrespectful and completely inappropriate in a professional setting. This review is not intended to harm the establishment, as we have always been satisfied during our previous visits. However, I believe it's important to report this experience so that measures can be taken to improve order management and, above all, the respect due to customers when a problem arises. I sincerely hope this is an isolated incident and that the quality of service that always made us want to return will once again become the norm.

The fish (pollock fillet) was tasteless, and the Caesar salad was a disaster (the lettuce had brown tips and the bases of the leaves were starting to rot, the croutons were hard and inedible—the crispy chicken, parmesan shavings, and dressing were okay). I spent the entire meal picking through my salad... I would never serve a salad that far gone at home! And I can't believe the kitchen dared to serve this dish! The service was adequate, but the clientele of regulars was noisy and inconsiderate of other tables. In short, I do not recommend it.
