25/06/2024: I think the owners are confusing the word "copious" and mixing genres... A starter that strongly resembles a main course, a velouté which resembles a puree, a dessert which resembles a starter. The impossibility of only taking main course/dessert, or starter/main course...a lot of waste because it's impossible to eat everything...well we can take doggy-bag, but that's not the goal... Photo of the starter: meat, vegetables...😕 Following the owner's response, I replied that indeed we had not understood that we could only have one starter or other, except that we had pointed out that we would not be able to finish all the dishes but the waitress did not tell us or remind us that we had the choice of only one dish...

01/09/2024: Arrivé sans réservation a deux adultes et trois enfants, nous avons été pris aussitôt. Service rapide et cuisine vraiment délicieuse. C'est la deuxième fois que nous y allons et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Serveurs vraiment très courtois et souriants. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Petit bémol : il faudrait que la ville agisse rapidement pour les guêpes qui envahissent les terrasses.

21/09/2024: Repas rapidement servi, en terrasse, un vendredi soir. Nous n'avons mangé qu'un plat, copieux et de qualité. La viande est bonne. Service très agréable.

10/08/2024: A Friday evening in a very friendly setting, the evening started well, we were seated on the terrace, while the mosquitoes had a field day passing from table to table while lemongrass candles rested peacefully in front of us on the sideboard. Installing them would have been too tiring for the staff, as they would have had to be put away afterwards. The butler does not take his responsibilities and lets his waitress be derogatory to the customers, (throwing the seat cushions on the pretext that we dared to have 2 coffees) He himself does not know who ordered what!! When the dishes arrive at the table. Delicious meal for 5 people, but deplorable and unprofessional service until 11:00 p.m. at the end of the sweets, where we were informed before we asked for a second coffee and the digestive menu, "_ok for the digestive menu , but we close in 15 minutes in a very unpleasant tone” Not to be discouraged and at the price of this evening, starters, main courses, cheeses and desserts a la carte €€€, we were not going to end up without a digestive... In case you didn't understand, We turn off the music, then the lights around you, to let you know that it's time to leave because the 15 minutes are up...it's 11:15 p.m.... Luckily for the restaurant owner, they gave us time to settle our table at 11:34 p.m. And there, the butler whom we hadn't seen for a while, asks us a subsidiary question which has no value or meaning for him: “Did everything go well? » This is the only humorous moment of the staff evening. How can we go into explanations when the staff puts customers who are still consuming at the end of their meal outside? The Boss does not need to make figures, he is complete on previous notoriety!! The icing on the cake, we go out outside the restaurant without any exterior roadside lighting, we find ourselves in complete darkness. I wanted to thank you for the customer's recognition, because now among friends we will have good memories of the establishment and lots of things to tell each other. All this is a shame for the good quality of the cuisine. If you want to be treated badly, this is it, they excel at it. Well done and good luck, Without us from now on...

10/08/2024: Too bad the place is superb, the meal was very good, consistent with all the photos posted upstream in the other reviews. However, we didn't find the team very friendly at all, especially one, we were there to have a good time, we rather had the impression of being disruptive at the slightest request or question. Damage.

16/06/2024: We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Very good menu with local and quality products. Everything is homemade. The cook is a true genius. The welcome was great, the service excellent. We received very good advice on the dishes. Great experience for more than reasonable prices. Unforgettable experience !

29/07/2024: Once again... I'm not disappointed. Pffff… they are friendly, pleasant and interested in their customers. The meal was pleasant and as good as ever, with home cooking. A menu with starter, main course, cheese and dessert for €30.50. Honestly… nothing unpleasant to say 😅

28/07/2024: De twee eigenaren Stephane en Pascale doen er alles aan om je heerlijk diner voor te schotelen. Snelle vriendelijke service met mooi opgemaakte gerechten. Aanrader als je lekker en goed Frans wil eten aan de rand van Reims. Parkeren in de straat voor de deur!

01/09/2024: Badly received by the manager, the dish was simply missed (yet a simple carbo) not the slightest word or gesture from the manager for whom apparently it is normal to serve missed dishes as long as it is not inedible! Shameful what

31/08/2024: Repas samedi soir à éviter...nous avons voulu manger leur soit disant véritable pâtes carbonara véritable recette.... Attente importante et déception totale sur le plat! L'oeuf était coagulé ( une omelette) pas le goût de parmesan gras et peu de morceau de viande. Payer presque 22euros pour des pâtes de cette qualité c'est une honte! Remarque faite à la serveuse qui indique donner l'information mais aucun geste commercial de fait! Nous n'avons pas pris de dessert nous sommes partis mécontents mais peu leur importe! Pour eux un de perdu 10 de retrouver ! Mauvaise mentalité nous n'y retournerons plus jamais!!!!

05/09/2024: De ontdekking van 2024. Dus dit jaar weer tweemaal. Wat een verademing, prima menu du jour en prima prijs. Bediening is vriendelijk, zorgt voor water voor de hond. Vast adresje voor ons.

02/09/2024: Sur la route de Verdun, avons déjeuné dans cet établissement qui ne paie pas de mine mais saura satisfaire, en autre, le vacancier de passage. Parking pas très grand mais on trouve sa place.. Façade "vieille France" et accueil très sympathique. Service efficace et souriant. Toilettes sans reproche. Cuisine "limitée", locale (andouillette, pied de cochon...) très correcte à un prix tout doux. Bonne maison tout à fait recommandable. On a bien fait de s'y arrêter!

24/09/2024: Food was excellent, very delicious take on the simple baked potatoes with cream, cheese and your choice of meat or fish. The service really good and attentive. Simple food very well made, and very reasonable prices. They even invited a Francois Mitterand lookalike (complete with Beret) to seat at the table next to us.

17/09/2024: We thought it was excellent. Traditional decor, local cuisine and staff very friendly. Quality of food very good and a lot cheaper than most restaurants in Epernay. We thought that the fact that most of the diners were "local" spoke a lot and we liked their innovative Ipad style of ordering, with the waiter than taking your order from it.

06/08/2024: We are delighted to have used Bertacchi for our wedding. The reception as well as the dinner, from starter to dessert, were excellent. The guests particularly praised the appetizers and the wine of honor workshops, notably the foie gras. The service was also of high quality. The servers agreed to play with the weather by setting up the reception tables inside initially because of the rain, then outside when the weather improved. Each guest was able to benefit from a menu adapted to their dietary constraints. Finally, we thank Elodie for her support for successful preparation. Certainly, the catering service represents a big budget but we do not regret our choice. Thank you so much !

31/07/2024: I organized a birthday party with them in the Bertacchi salons. Everything was perfect from start to finish, from making contact to the end of the service. Élodie, the sales representative, is very professional, very friendly and very efficient. She bends over backwards to ensure that the service offered meets the customer's expectations. The service team led by Head waiter Yannick is formidable. Completely discreet, the service provided is precise. All the guests spoke of their know-how, the quality and appreciable taste of the dishes served as well as the impeccable service. I thank them once again and do not hesitate to trust them.

03/10/2024: Really easy going breakfast with all you can eat continental and omelette to your liking.

29/09/2024: We enjoyed a 4 course meal paired with champagne tastings.
